Empathy And Judgment

It seems to me, to be able to judge, one has to be able to put oneself in the shoes of another. Without that basic empathy judgment is always selfish. When we watch an interaction between people, we see it from the perspective of one of the actors. The side we chose depends on our innate perspective. In other words, our subconscious chooses which side we identify with. That side, we will see as the victim, or the hero… the other, the villain or he has it coming. Empathy then is usually a thing we apply in a bigoted fashion. It follows, that only those who are able to put themselves in both sets of shoes, are those most able to judge. The next question becomes, is everyone able to, with practice, choose to perceive a situation from all sides? Given scientific progress… the future of humanity depends on it.

People innately fall on a scale of empathy. I don’t think that can be denied. Empathy however, like anything else, can be honed. That exercise requires commitment just as body building does. One can wish to have huge guns for arms, but if we only play video games and eat chips on the sofa, that will probably not happen. No matter how much we wish it. To get huge guns, or to grow our empathy, we must exercise those “muscles.” The way to start is small. Don’t try to be a Buddhist monk, who will not kill mosquito, all at once. Heck, why would anyone want to become that empathic anyway? Start by considering the point of view of someone, who’s perspective is irrelevant to us and our wants and desires, someone safe. Then expand the exercise to people who are less safe.

Our science has advanced to the point that, not only a rogue nation could exterminate the human race, but a rogue corporation or even a lone mad scientist could. Our recent brush with the laboratory created Covid 19, that killed millions across the planet, and we have yet to see the consequences of the species wide biological experiment, is just such an example. This makes our ability to empathize all the more important. Moreover, those with empathy are less likely to use others as lab rats. Sadly, the elite usually lack empathy but make up for it with gobs of pride, envy and wrath. History is pretty clear on that. The average Joe however, has usually been filled with empathy due to our religion, life experience and education. The administrative state’s monopoly public education system inculcates the opposite.

Judgment in our age and the one to come is more important than ever. Not just for the elite but for the average man and women. Take the abortion debate. Whether you agree that a baby should be allowed to live or that the mother’s right to autonomy is paramount, your position depends on who you empathize with. The baby or the mother. While that is obvious enough, a more subtle point is… can we take that empathy and make it objective, instead of subjective? In other words, can we switch our empathy from one to another and weigh them equally? In the abortion argument, do you see carrying a baby for nine months, an equal or greater wrong, to being chopped apart? Using the Golden Rule, I personally would tolerate most discomforts for a year, rather than have parts ripped off me.

Since empathy and judgment are so intertwined, it makes sense for us to teach our kids to empathize, before judging, but that good judgment is of paramount importance. Good judgment being only possible where the judge can empathize with both sides. To be able to step into another’s shoes, and equally weigh the imagined experience between the two, despite our innate point of view. People used to have more empathy and that counterbalanced the elite’s lack. Today however, with the rapid advancement of science, without a corresponding advance of philosophy, that lack puts the human race in mortal danger. This danger is compounded in the way we are educated to despise empathy, and embrace the elite’s qualities of envy, pride and wrath… and our constant existential crisis shows it.

Bonhoeffer, Confucius and The World As It Is

I have been trying to rectify the concepts of Bonhoeffer’s stupidity idea, the world as it is and Confucius’ leaders lead by example. Bonhoeffer’s idea that the real culprit in mankind’s fall is stupidity. That even the most intelligent can be stupid, and that stupidity is a far bigger threat to humanity than we can imagine. The world as it is would appear to reflect that idea in its problems. Problems that if the elite were the least competent wouldn’t be happening, yet they are, so the elite are either stupid else malevolent. The charitable sentiment is they are idiots. Confucius had much to say on the right ordering of a society though. His teaching’s leaned on the family, then the state, that leaders lead by example whether conscious of it or not, that ritual protects culture as righteousness does prosperity.

Our leaders epitomize what Bonhoeffer defined as stupid. They are overly educated, arrogant and myopic… very efficient. Efficient at what? Efficient at self destruction. The world was doing pretty good in 2019, before the corona virus was released, since then the elite have failed at everything. Turns out shutting down the economy created to shortages, that led to inflation, and now the expectation of inflation and monetizing the debt, is driving more inflation. Well done elite. The Russia and Ukraine war is the natural result of the Russia collusion hoax. The elite claimed that Russia equaled Trump for so long, progressives now despise Russia, like Trump. When Biden severed America’s energy jugular, he not only took away energy independence, but enriched the mad dogs of the world.

Confucius taught that the family is the basis for society, that the government is based on the family, that filial service is the highest calling, that rotten wood is no good for carving, that ritual is the way society protects its societal myth, the Golden Rule and most importantly for this discussion, that leaders lead by example. Stupid leaders will lead the people to be stupid, unwise and corrupt. Just as smart leaders will lead the people to be smart, wise, and virtuous. From this, if we accept Confucius’ teachings as true, we can conclude that since our world is acting stupidly, our leaders are stupid. That would be the logical conclusion, our leaders are too stupid to know they are destroying the world, so it’s not their fault. Except, I don’t think they are all stupid, some are malevolent, calculating and psychopathic.

I think elite psychopaths manipulate the stupid elite to their own ends. If you listen to Klaus, the Varmint, Schwab, and take him seriously, his claims the World Economic Forum controls most of the world’s governments… including, Russia and Ukraine. One has to wonder, if both governments are puppets of the WEF, why are they at war? Unless that war serves some greater goal of the WEF? Regardless of what that greater goal is the world is obviously being played. Klaus the Varmint is not the only elite that openly claims to be a world oligarch. George Soros is another. Along with his Open Society Foundation, that is dedicated to a world without boarders, so that globalist bankers can run the world, without the pesky people, governments, or morals getting in the way.

Look at beady eyed Biden and ask yourself, is he is a manipulator or the manipulated, stupid or wise as a serpent? The man couldn’t successfully mop the floor of a Wendy’s. With him as their front man, the manipulators expect the people to blame the half wit “in charge.” Deflecting responsibility from them and their malevolent game. Calling the elite stupid also has a certain Schadenfreude. It doesn’t actually accomplish anything though. If you accept that our leaders are for the most part stupid, and those idiots are manipulated by malevolent forces, then the first step is to get rid of the stupid leaders, next identify the manipulators, give them a good fair trial… then make examples of them. Lastly, set up a system to insure the elite never become so stupid and malevolent ever again.

Labor Unions

It seems to me, the basic idea of unions is good, the problem is in the implementation… because of the pernicious incentives created by political favor. I would never argue that a higher standard of living for the workers is a bad thing. If unions actually provided this outcome they would be unambiguously good. Sadly, political favor creates pernicious incentives for the union bosses, to defecate where they eat. Ideally a union would protect their members pay, benefits, safety… AND JOBS. Instead, unions today make it corporate suicide to hire union members, or have a union shop in the US. Not only that but unions support policies that drive jobs overseas… as well as politicians who favor offshoring. Not because they demand good pay for their members but due to the anti American faction they promote.

The first order, duty and obligation of a union boss, is to protect the jobs of the workers he or she is supposed to represent, not a political faction that is antithetical to their jobs, children and future. Political favor however creates a reverse incentive. The more political favor the fat cats at the top can garner, the fatter they can get. There is no filling a black hole of pride, greed and envy. The union bosses support a political faction that lays waste to the cities they take over, with the support of the unions. Then all the industries that had union members, go belly up, and the cities become husks of what they once were. Wastelands filled with abandoned buildings, drug addiction and a princely elite. All because of the pernicious incentives of political favor on the leaders of the unions.

A union should staunchly protect their industry, protect the workers and especially the firms that employ their members. Why do you suppose it is that businesses fight becoming unionized so fiercely? It’s not because they don’t want to pay fair wages… it is because a union is the death knell of a firm. The union will do everything in it’s power to bankrupt, hinder and hobble every company that has the misfortune, of having a union to deal with. These negative effects are magnified when the union is a public sector union, because the firm that hires their members cannot go bankrupt! So the union can do any absurdity it wants. Take the teachers union, it undermines the education of the children, abuses the trust of the parents, and creates hopeless drug addicts who don’t know if they are a boy or a girl.

Examples abound, of unions where the fat cats at the top do everything in their power, to undermine the people they represent… or resent. By supporting legislation that is antithetical to a functional market, to gain political leverage, cutting deals under the table, maintaining an adversarial relationship between management and workers, protecting worthless workers and throwing good workers under the bus. Unions do the opposite of their duty. While there are those who would argue, it wasn’t the progressive administrations backed by the unions in Detroit, Bethlehem and Allentown, that pushed out industry, but anyone pragmatic cannot miss the correlation. Unions are like the Mayans who sacrificed people to their water god then threw the corpses into their wells.

If unions took their rightful place, as partners to business, protecting their industries instead of undermining them, defending the firms that are unionized instead of stabbing them in the back, and doing everything in their power to make the firms that hire union workers more profitable so the profits can be shared with the workers, instead of driving profits to zero as a goal. A parasite can take one of two paths. It can kill its host or it can help its host. The first path leads to eventual extinction no matter how fast the parasite is able to jump. The second leads to immortality. Sadly, unions take chosen the first, when the second would have benefited them, the workers and the nation. In this case, I would say the fat cats at the top are, as Bonhoeffer would call them… stupid.

The Fundamental Role Of Government

It seems to me, any government that doesn’t value its youth, above all things, is a government that is, in the most fundamental sense of the term… illegitimate. The reason government exists is to protect the world for the youth. Any other reason is either subordinate else a fallacy. A subordinate would be the goal of defending the nation from foreign invaders, protecting the economy from fraudulent actors and keeping the peace with equality under law. Those are subordinate goals to the overarching goal of protecting the youth. Because the youth are the nation. They are its future, squandering them is squandering the future, for a fallacy. Since anything that is counter to a basic obligation and duty is a fallacy. A fallacy that by its nature is a mortal danger to the nation and everyone who lives in it.

Using the youth to fight in a war… is like burning down your house for an addition, giving your skin to a tanner for a coat, or jumping off a cliff to fly. It is spending that which is dear for that which is mundane. What could be as dear as the life of a son or daughter? More wealth for the military industrial complex, a global corporatist utopian administrative state, or maybe more youth who’s lives the elite can also squander? That so few appear to recognize this, is not because we lack human heartedness, but because we have been educated to be stupid. The government spends a great deal of money stupefying our children so they will not be able to think for themselves. They have expended years of man hours, creating a curriculum that will turn out graduates unable, even to reason, how a wheel works.

Which brings me to the education system, that should be set up to get every student the best possible education, that serves them individually. Instead we have a system to make people stupid. Squandering the youth’s potential. Instead of educating our children personally, and with an eye to getting the most from each and every kid’s innate talents, they go to a factory to be made into bricks. With the same computing ability. Why? When we have a plethora of options in everything else. What make, model, and color car do you want? What style of clothes suits you? What kind of house do you like? What brand of soda, cereal or vodka do you prefer? Our capitalist system has made them all available, high quality and cheap… but not education. Because the government has usurped the role… and failed at it.

I cannot understand how moving manufacturing from the United States to China has benefited the youth? Replacing good jobs with opiates and hopelessness seems to me to have been another epic failure of the elite. The political class burned huge amounts of political capital, in moving the jobs away from us and our kids, and bringing in fentanyl made in China to fill the void. Since they worked so hard on this endeavor they must have thought it worthwhile. For someone, clearly not the youth, who’s interests they are obligated to protect. Then there is the fact the elite, as a bloc, not only support abortion but are now pushing to get babies murdered after they are born, up to 28 days old, so far. All of which proves, the government and thereby the elite, are intentionally failing at their most basic duty.

If we accept that the government is obligated to protect the youth, and their interests, then clearly the elite have failed on a magnificent scale. The babies that make it past the abortionist’s knife are educated to be stupid. In many cases, the most vulnerable kids are preyed upon by perverts, and manipulated into self sterilization. Then there is the drug epidemic, that the government has a hand in, as it punishes the youth for it. That little swindle kills about one hundred thousand kids a year in the US alone. Offshoring our jobs was a total perversion of their duty. It was the ultimate back stab. Replacing jobs with opiates and inculcating stupidity, for those who made it past the abortionist, is not protecting the youth and their interests. Now the elite are starting world wars, are they failing… or evil incarnate?

Self Awareness

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, the world is experiencing an astounding epidemic, of a lack of self awareness. Talking to people today about the news sharpens the point better than I could in words. Folks are indignant that Russia invaded Ukraine, but when asked of the US invasion of Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, etc… their response is preprogrammed… “That’s different.” Could someone be less self aware? While that lack is epidemic, the progressive faction has embraced it as a sacrament. 1984 like doublethink wanders about our culture without a speck of irony today. That people believe them without any self reflection is amazing, that no one points this out, is diabolical. If people want to be anti sentient, that is fine by me, however, that lack of sentience lowers the lot of Mankind, and so is a problem to be overcome.

Our progressive would be overlords don’t mumble their absurdities, they shout them, daring anyone to stand against their vitriol, bile and canceling. Common logic today is that a child is too immature to decide to take an aspirin, drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes… but mature enough to get sterilized on a whim. We are told that the culture has zero affect on our children… yet the same people who claim that, would burn down the school rather than allow a Christian prayer said in it. Our politicians claim they cherish life, as they try to get babies murdered even after they are born. Everyone in the elite chime in as a choir, that democracy is the highest good, even as they do everything in their power to undermine it with fraud, replacing it with the despotic administrative state. The definition of doublethink.

During the covid experience the lack of self awareness of the elite was on display for all to see. The hypocrisy was not only public it was sickening. While they ordered the arbitrary closing by unconstitutional edict of politically disfavored businesses, mandated wearing political iconography and a shot that amounted to an experimental biological agent… that, as it turns out, has a death rate of over 1%… they went on vacation to places that were not shut down, didn’t wear masks when not on camera and flaunted their own orders. Now, hypocrisy is not a lack of self awareness, but when hypocrisy is practiced with such abandon, the only explanation is a total, utter and complete lack of self awareness. Because every oligarch knows better than to expose their hypocrisy to those they oppress.

The elite’s lack of self awareness flows down to the whole culture and from there to us. Most people have the self awareness to know not to pee, poop or pick their nose in public. Yet folks mentally pee, poop and pick their noses in public, when they utter absurdities and expect to be regarded as a hero for it. Like a child learning the potty. “See, I believe there is no difference whatsoever between boys and girls… but you better treat girls with respect and boys with contempt.” People have been shown that doublethink is rewarded today by the elite. Meanwhile, logic, self awareness and perspective are punished as subversive. How do I know this? Because of the elite in Canada’s reaction to the Trucker’s protest. Requests for freedom were met with false flags, propaganda, then crushed with violence.

Open your eyes to the hypocrisy, doublethink and lack of self awareness that pervades our culture, and it will stand out like a bread line in a rainstorm. Once it is seen it cannot be unseen. The scope and scale of our elite’s hypocrisy, egoism and lack of self awareness boggles the mind. That we follow our leaders puts us at great peril of becoming as subhuman as they. The only way to protect ourselves, our culture and society from their corrupt influence, is to admit to ourselves that we are in some way complicit, then point it out to others. It is only by exposing all the hypocrisy, egoism and lack of self awareness that permeates our culture, can we rectify these things and bring our nations back to a state of health. Reading this article is the first step, the next is to look for it… and then call it out.

Does Evil Precede The Breaks… Or Do Breaks Precede Evil?

I wonder if God doesn’t give evil people the breaks, and good people tough breaks, or is it that getting all the breaks turns someone evil, while getting tough breaks turns someone good? Socrates implied the latter in Plato’s book about his death, Phaedo. Observed subjective reality implies the opposite though. That truly evil people almost always escape consequences for their transgressions. Moreover, for them, crime pays, and pays well. Take the example of George Soros. A Nazi collaborator, he made his wealth bankrupting nations central banks and impoverishing millions. I understand Soros is still under indictment in several countries around the world. Yet he is not only a free man, he changes the outcome of elections with his vast fortune, while you and I are politically limited.

Is it that Soros turned evil because he was never held to account, for anything, or is it that he was evil from the start, and thus was granted freedom of action denied to the rest of us? The Lucifarians might argue evil precedes breaks. In that their twisted philosophy has Lucifer, the snake in the Garden of Eden, as the good guy in the story. They also claim that God is a demiurge that is bent on keeping mankind ignorant. In that scenario, it would make sense that evil precedes breaks. Since their god is evil incarnate, it would only make sense in that world view, that evil, or from their point of view, the inner strength to do whatever is necessary for their personal advancement… is righteous. So, we might conclude that from a Lucifarian worldview, evil people get the breaks, or evil precedes breaks.

Could it be however, that Soros turned evil, because he never faced consequences for his actions? One might conclude from raising children, that when a child is not punished, he or she is not socialized. An unsocialized adult usually ends up in jail, on the dole and dead at a young age. Not all however. Flip a coin often enough and sooner or later you will hit a streak of heads that is unlikely. The same holds true of unsocialized people. Most quickly land a tail and go to jail, while a very few fortunate ones, always land heads, and so continue. Moreover, I expect that those who get away, up their game. Until eventually, they are evil incarnate, like George Soros, Klaus the varmint Schwab or the Rothschild family. It could be then, that the lack of punishment makes people evil, or, breaks precede evil.

Regardless of why someone turns evil, the reality is, their evil has a profound affect on the world. Since they are essentially unaccountable for anything they do, they land heads with uncanny accuracy. A few years ago, when Soros was only in his 80s, he beat the snot out of his scrawny 19 year old South American soap opera star girl friend. She went to the NYC police, bloodied… and was laughed out of the precinct. This year Soros is giving 250 million to the democrats in the 2022 election. Meanwhile, if you or I give more the 10k, we go to jail. Of course, Soros is not purely evil, no one is. Machiavelli himself told us that. In his idol of the theater, Soros is the good guy, moving power away from the gullible masses, and to the serpentine bankers… to save the world from the human race.

The damage evil people do is magnified by the stupid. One or two evil people can manipulate hundreds or millions of stupid people, into becoming demons. Does anyone really think Stalin, Lenin, Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot, Idi Amine, Fidel, or a host of other mini Lucifers, were stupid… or evil? Their flunkies and the masses that went along were stupid. These evil people that live unaccountable lives lower the lot of mankind drastically. Whether their outsized power is because evil precedes breaks, or breaks precedes evil, their power to do harm is undeniable. It is in our interests to limit their ability, to manipulate stupid people into becoming thought police. Government transparency exposes evil and so limits it. Until we demand transparency, in one voice, the elite will never subject themselves to it.

The Most Racist Philosophy Ever

It seems to me, progressives are obvious, vicious and intractable racists. They cannot help themselves. Since progressivism is based on envy, hatred and greed, it creates an enemy to rally people to its cause, fosters hatred of that enemy to solidify the followers, and exploits their followers to enrich itself at the cost to society, culture and humanity. Progressives claim to be the defenders of the downtrodden, but that is not the case at all, in fact they are the heel of the jack boot. The progressive philosophy is based on a power dynamic. To hold the banner of the poor is not a power dynamic but a compassion dynamic. Confusing the two allows progressives to point to a villain, Russians for example, and openly call for violence against them… as they usurp the high ground of charity, expertise and anti themselves.

Progressives always have an enemy and it is always based on race somehow. Originally progressives hated blacks. Woodrow Wilson showed the KKK film, Birth Of A Nation, in the White House when he was President. William Jennings Bryan ruled in Buck v Bell that the government can sterilize people the government deemed idiots, “Three generations of idiots are enough…” In Plessy V Fergusson that workers be separated by race. Today they hate white people, white culture and white religion. Openly condoning violence against white people for being white. Vilifying math, conscientiousness and empathy as throwbacks to the white patriarchal hegemony. In our colleges today progressives have set up “safe spaces” for people of any race, but white, to get away from “white culture.”

Since the Ukraine war started the progressive faction and all their mouth pieces have called for violence against innocent Russian people. Not much different than the progressive icon, Franklin Roosevelt, jailing all American citizens of Japanese descent… by edict. I find it amazing that people are facing stochastic terrorism, at the hands of the western elite via social media, the unbiased press and with the full backing of the bureaucracy, just because they are of Russian descent! That the bureaucracy supports the calls for violence, is proved by the fact no one is being arrested and charged, for openly calling for violence against innocent people. That is by definition stochastic terrorism. The progressive faction however, has always called for violence against innocents, in the name of peace.

Progressives use violence as a means to power. From the KKK at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, to ANTIFA and BLM today, violence is always in their playbook. When the German progressives were tried for crimes against humanity, after WWII, they pointed to a progressive ruling in the US Supreme court itself, Buck v Bell, legalizing their actions. A ruling that is being leaned on heavily today to justify the government forcing masks, experimental biological agent injections and shutdowns. Showing the progressive faction today agrees with the ruling, that the German progressives used to justify genocide, forced sterilization and ethnic cleansing. No different from today with the government arrogance backed by egoistic, anti reciprocal and anti human edicts.

Progressives are indeed the most racist people that have ever lived. Anyone with an open mind and a speck of inquisitiveness can discern that for themselves. That progressives constantly point to everyone else as racists, is merely to distract from their own open, obvious and obnoxious racism, in the past, today and in the future. Progressives and progressivism is a philosophy based on envy. That envy creates hatred which leads to vengeance. Progressives demand luxury, freedom and opulence as they demand others sacrifice, subject themselves and join in the hate of the progressive’s enemy… at the end of a gun if necessary. If we want to get rid of actual racism then, instead of pretending to fight it, as we foster it, we need to call out the progressive faction for what it is… the most racist philosophy ever.

Equilibrium

It seems to me, there is a tension in every society, one side pulling it inexorably to one form of pathology while the other to its opposite. There are not just two opposing forces, but millions, each with varying degrees of power, to pull society from the pinnacle of health, to their preferred pathology. Which means all of these competing forces need to be balanced. If one or more are cut off, or over balanced, whether from ignorance, fear or malevolence, society must be pulled from health to illness. In a balanced and thus healthy society, most of the forces cancel each other out, keeping society at the top of the mushroom of well being. Our society in the West today, has become unbalanced, by the unchecked forces of elitism, materialism and eugenics. Creating disequilibrium

Today the power of the elite is ascendant. The nihilist new class runs everything and is nearly uniform in their thinking. That uniformity is due to their indoctrination by the post modernist education system. In other words, they are captured by an ideology. Therefore today, the post modernists have a hegemony on the bureaucracy, media, big tech, the medical system, our courts, the prosecutors and any other position with a modicum of power. Pulling us to disequilibrium. Even with so much power to do anything they want, they produce a collapsing currency, hopelessness, an opioid epidemic, needless wars, people who don’t know if they are men or women, hell, they even created a chimeric virus then released it upon the world, whether by intent or stupidity. Yet the elite want even more power?!

Materialism is the hegemonic ideology among the elite today, even as its countering force, religion, is ridiculed or patronized. The average Joe is fooled into thinking science explains everything, and so is lost when trying to understand the nature of existence, evil and the mind itself. Materialists have arrogantly claimed science is the answer, but don’t know the most important questions, what is morality, why are we here and what are we really? Science is wholly unequipped to give us any insight into ethics, moral action and why be honorable. How can the nature of reality be understood through purely analytical means? Some questions require the intuition of the wise. Sages who’s wisdom has passed the test of ages. By coupling analytics with intuition can we answer those big questions.

Eugenics has always been the ideal of the progressive movement. From Marx, and Woodrow Wilson through Hitler and now the progressive oligarchy, eugenics has been the end. To change man himself to fit the wants of a mad scientist. The blind arrogance of someone who would change mankind itself to suit his or her pathetic needs, obviously derived from a deep inner inadequacy, is worthy of ridicule and contempt. Not content merely to rule mankind, they seek to breed us into sheep. This was Pol Pot’s reasoning for killing millions in Cambodia. He was thinning the herd of the unwanted genes. As was Lenin’s thinking in the genocide of the Kulaks. The US Supreme Court even ruled that eugenics is “constitutional,” because, “Three generations of idiots are enough…” In Buck v Bell.

This imbalance caused by the elite’s grasping, stupidity and immodesty has pulled our society from health into the pathological. Evidenced by the open censorship, lawfare and lies we are required to repeat. No honest person could argue these are healthy things in a society. Meanwhile, as the progressive insanity gets ever more insane, those opposing the idiocy back down, because we are scared of being called a racist for supporting Constitutional limits, haters for not wanting our children sterilized, or ridiculed as old fashioned for believing in the nuclear family. The more we allow the balance to be pulled from equilibrium to absurdity, the more we can expect to suffer. The answer, is to cut the power of the progressive faction, to a fraction… thus restoring equilibrium.

Civilization Is Created By The Civilized

It seems to me, we need to be more dangerous… not less. We have the misbegotten idea that to be civilized is to be docile, when that is the opposite of what it is to be civilized. A civilized man or woman is a very dangerous animal. Quick to take offense at the absurd, evil and barbaric. Tolerant of ideas but not of malevolent actions. The civilized person is not someone who allows him or herself to be attacked, belittled or dehumanized. A civilized human being is a man or woman, not a child, with all that being a man or woman suggests. That we have become so docile, gullible and weak in the face of violence, shows we are anything but civilized, more like dogs who have been hit too much. That is why a single man with a knife can kill two adults in a mugging… the two refuse to fight back.

Anyplace on Earth, there is a weapon within ten feet that can counter a knife. That no one seems to understand this, instead preferring to get stabbed, or allow their throat to be slit, shows we have become less than civilized human beings. A rock, hurled with accuracy and velocity is a deadly ranged weapon, as a knife is a close combat weapon. Where on Earth are there no rocks, ice chunks or bricks? People run and hide when there is an active shooter today. A civilized person would instead gather a weapon, and wait in ambush for the shooter, then brain him, stab him or scoop out an eye with the thumb. A weakling waits to be rescued, or killed, depending on their luck. A civilized person perseveres… because they persevere. Civilization is as much about enforcing civilization as it is a mindset.

Take the example of a dog. A dog can be out of control, it can be a spirited companion or it can be beat too much to be anything of value. A curr that bites is dangerous, but a dog that is afraid of its own shadow is worthless if you need it, the only dog that is worth its salt is one that is loving, protective, and spirited. A curr is like a barbarian, a selfish, violent egoist. It has no empathy nor does the barbarian. A dog that has been beat too much is like a modern man. They are both so unsure of themselves, their motivations and actions, they follow any order given without thought. Bowing and scraping their way through life, they harbor within them a deep resentment, to the world and humanity. Making them even more dangerous to civilization… but even more worthless for anything else.

People confuse socialization with civilization, they are not synonymous. To be socialized is to be able to interact with other people. Barbarians are not well socialized nor are patsies. A well socialized person, need not be a pushover, in fact, a well socialized person is able to interact in such a way as to get what they need from society, without offending society. That is not the same as being civilized. It is similar but the difference is in the definition. While being socialized is being able to act within society, to be civilized is to create civilization around us. The docile think they are socialized, in fact that is their claim to virtue, in that they are so socialized they are easy marks for swindlers, propaganda and muggings. One must be socialized, and civilized as well, to create a world we want to live in.

Let’s become civilized men and women. Stop being door mats and instead become human beings… dangerous, powerful and cunning. Pretending to be stupid, compliant and pathetic, does nothing to advance the cause of humanity. It only lowers us. Read the news with an eye to seeing if those in it are barbarian, servile or civilized human beings? Most are barbarians preying on the meek. The well socialized person can interact in civilization… while the civilized man or woman creates civilization around them. Any time we do a thing that is outside our comfort zone we become uncomfortable. That discomfort is weakness leaving the body, mind and soul. Take a small step at being more civilized and less tame, small steps lead to big changes over time. Changes our civilization needs.

American Politics

It seems to me, the democrat party espouses anti corporatism, but is wholly captured by the corporatist elite, while the republican party espouses constitutionalist principles, but is too weak kneed to stand in a breeze. The democrats are lions while the republicans are sheep. We all know what lions do to sheep. The establishment republicans claim that they are foxes, who wait until the time is right… except to an establishment republican the time to act is never right. For them there is only scraping and keeping quiet. Meanwhile, democrats will fight tooth and nail for their corporatist masters, while vilifying everything they are fighting for… without a moment of self reflection. That these two parties have ruled the US for so long, and the US still exists, proves the US system must have been set up pretty well.

The two parties in the US are like parts of an engine that don’t really function. Some do the job of others, while others don’t do anything at all but get in the way. Spark plugs that want to be pistons, pistons that want to be cam shafts and a cam shaft that wants to be the block. Yet the thing runs, albeit poorly, but it runs. That is the way republicans and democrats have jury rigged the American system to get around constitutional restraints. Legislators want to adjudicate, have hearings and grandstand like prosecutors. The executive has become a figure head kept in check by his bureaucratic masters. While the Judicial branch is the administrative state’s best friend. What geniuses the Founders were… to have built an engine that still runs, despite so few of the parts doing what they are supposed to.

One thing you can count on with republicans, is they will fail to act when action is most needed. Republicans instead prefer to wait and allow democrat usurpations to be checked by the judicial branch, so they don’t have to stand, especially against a stiff political wind. When republicans had a majority in the House, Senate and the Presidency, they failed to erase Obama care, stop a special prosecutor investigating a hoax, or secure the 2020 election. They failed at their most fundamental obligation. Instead shrinking at democrat accusations of abuse of power. If republicans win a majority in the House and Senate again, even if their majority is geologic, they will fail to pass meaningful legislation, instead holding hearings and grandstanding while pretending to be prosecutors.

One thing you can count on with democrats, is that they will act when action is the worst thing to do. The moment they have a single seat majority the despot in them comes out. Acting like their mandate is from heaven, clutching at power like a drowning man does a rescuer, democrat overreach is a given. They could care less about public opinion, that can be changed by fiat, propaganda and force. All they care about is getting their way, always and forever. To that end there is no one more brave than a democrat. They will stand for their ideology in the face of any wind. No matter if it is political, legal or moral, a democrat is eager to fall on his sword. Those that do are richly rewarded by the establishment too. Take the example of attorney Kevin Kleinsmith’s hand slap for perjury to the FISA court.

The long and short of it is we are poorly served by our public servants. They are pathological liars, egoists and in many cases, actual psychopaths. If a democrat tells you something, you can rely on it as much as if a republican had said it… not at all. The republican party is worthless as a loyal opposition party because it refuses to oppose. Just as the democrats are useless at being a loyal opposition party because they are not loyal. The republicans cannot rule because to rule, one must have a spine, even as democrat’s rule is oppression writ large because power is all they desire. I think even if we replaced them with different parties the situation would remain the same. Because the incentives are the same. Instead, force absolute transparency on the elite, they will have to act and be loyal else be exposed.
