Dear Friends,

It seems to me, Jew hatred has a long and storied past with Lucifarians. As Blaise Pascal said in his Pencees, the Jews are the perfect witnesses to Christ, and so will always exist, but will be forever at enmity with Lucifer. Obviously the Devil wants to exterminate the Jews… so he can claim there was no Christ. He could go further and argue, “the Bible is nothing but fanciful stories not one of which is true, since there are no Jews.” The Jews are the linchpin of both Christianity and God’s aims. Every time evil rises, the Jews are attacked, vilified and slaughtered. WWII was only the latest incarnation of this. Today we see the rise of Jew hatred again, moreover, those who side with the most zealous Jew haters also abet their evil. Not as a consequence but as a correlation.

Clearly, if we accept there is Satan, then we must also admit it seeks evil, and if it seeks evil it must turn the average person away from God and his word. This is because if people have a choice between evil and good, only a very few will choose evil, but if evil is the only choice, people will have no choice at all. When corralling cattle, the fences start very wide so as to catch the most cattle. Then they narrow down little by little, until the cattle find themselves in a feedlot. If a herd of cattle were run at a open gate in a feedlot, not one would go in, but if the only choice is the corral, they really have no choice at all. That is the way Lucifer works, he makes the way into his trap wide, then once people are being pushed by the crowd, the choices become fewer and fewer.

Eliminate the witnesses, whether by “suicide” or other means, and the case cannot be made. This has been used by mafia bosses for years. There have been reams of pages written on it in fiction and documentary’s. You cannot prosecute a villain, or Lucifer, without witnesses and evidence. Like a politician’s “best friend” is found dead having “shot himself” twice in the back of the head, or a man being shown pictures of his daughters at school and told, “It would be a shame if anything were to happen to them… wouldn’t it?” No matter how it is done, once the evidence is gone, the case cannot be made against a villain, but he can then make a case for himself… by that lack of evidence! If he cannot be exposed then his machinations become invisible.

That is not to say there are not people who are Jews who are evil, just as one cannot argue that all Africans are good, nor all Europeans, Christians, Buddhists, people with brown eyes, people with cleft pallets, or any group of human beings no matter how you enclose that group. The Venn diagram of evil people overlaps any group, no matter the definition of that group, except for the group defined as not evil… but that group is impossible to actually define and so is irrelevant. Moreover, to conflate that some Jews are bad, to all Jews are bad, is like saying some Asians are bad, so all Asians are bad. It is the definition of bigotry. Proving that the absurd argument, pointing at this or that person of Jewish heritage, Rothschild, Marx, etc… is or was evil, as spurious.

Perhaps that is why those who wittingly, or unwittingly serve evil, so loathe the Jews. This hatred spawned from demonic origins always finds it’s ultimate manifestation, in calling for the elimination of Israel. As if that postage stamp of land, that was uninhabited before the Jews reclaimed it with the blessing of the UN and Harry Truman. As if their backing had any bearing… when the Bible itself says Israel is the land of the Jews. No, that microscopic speck of land is a stumbling stone, because evil needs it gone. The mere existence of Israel proves the Bible and that cannot be allowed! As our governments approve the erection of statues, dedicated to Satan himself, the rise of Jew hatred and calls for the extermination of Israel, are clearly of diabolical origin.

The Anti American Faction

It seems to me, if you are against the American Constitution… you are anti American. That should be obvious to any thinking person. Those who hate the foundation of a government… are anti that government. In the case of the USA, our foundational ethos is limited government, and even that limited power must be at the acceptance of the people. The US was not founded as a democracy though, the founding fathers agreed with Aristotle, that democracy itself is a wrong form of government. In that pure democracy is the tyranny of the majority over the minority. Those who seek to change the US then, from a constitutionally limited republic to an unlimited “democracy,” actually seek tyranny… whether they admit it or not, and therefore are anti American.

Governments are founded on a societal myth, or in other words, a foundational ethos. That foundational ethos colors every aspect of the government and it’s actions. In the USA, that foundational ethos is based on individual freedoms, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom to keep and bare arms, freedom from arbitrary search and seizure, freedom in one’s person and papers, etc… those who stand against those freedoms, as postmodernists openly do, are anti American. On college campuses professors teach anti Americanism as the core curriculum. Speech is suppressed by violence, freedom of religion is overturned by establishing atheism as the state religion, and privacy is a thing of the past. To be against freedom is to be against America itself… it is to be anti American.

The only alternative to limited government is unlimited government. One cannot have it both ways. If it is not limited… it must be unlimited. Unlimited government can do anything it wants. It is the application of arbitrary rule. The trouble with unlimited government, is no matter how much you approve of what they are doing with that limitless power today, beware tomorrow, because that unlimited power can just as easily be turned against you. Nevertheless, many people around the world demand unlimited government, as an alternative to freedom, out of ignorance of it’s implications. The US Constitution guarantees limited government, so to be anti Constitution is to be pro unlimited government, or pro tyranny, and to be pro tyranny is to be anti American.

The reason progressives are so terrified of the label “anti American” is that it fits them so well. Think of it this way, if someone ribs you by calling you ugly, and you are not, you laugh. If you are ugly however, it is not a rib but an insult, and is seen as such. The same goes for any moniker. If the person called dumb is not, then it is a joke, but if they are… it is an insult. Labels only have the power to offend if there is a smattering of truth to them. Have you noticed that democrats gleefully call constitutionalists anti American, yet we laugh it off… because there is not an iota of truth to it. That is why progressives go ballistic when they are called anti American, because they know in their hearts, it is absolutely true. They are anti limited government, and pro tyranny, thereby… anti American.

If you are against our Constitution and limited government then you are anti American. Today we have an entire political faction in the US that is anti American. They run our media, government bureaucracies, our schools, corporations and culture. The anti American faction has become predominant in the nation today, and are only too happy to prove their anti American credentials, by open and obvious censorship, destroying anyone who still believes in limited government, use of violence and exploiting the legal process as a tool of political repression. It is of the utmost importance to call them what they are, as often as possible, so it is clear to everyone on the fence who and what they are… anti American, mealy mouthed would be tyrants, through and through.

The Difference Between National Socialism, Progressivism and Communism

It seems to me, democratic socialism is no different than international or national socialism. The national socialists were elected into power. The only difference between outright Marxism and national socialism is the national or international character of the philosophy. Marxists want to force socialism on the world, where national socialists, were elected to implement it in one nation only. I fail to see why those who seek it in one nation only, are on the political “right,” and those who seek to foist it on the world on the “left.” The reality is, they are the same in concept, implementation and intent. Both national socialists and communists believe in censorship, ending private ownership of the means of production, collectivism and arbitrary rule. Let’s have an honest conversation about this issue.

Socialism is socialism no matter how you qualify it. It should be obvious that if you put whatever adjective you want in front of socialism, it is still socialism. Socialists of any stripe want the same things, autocracy, state control of the means of production, censorship, universal healthcare, arbitrary rule, equality of outcomes (except for the elite), and replacing personal responsibility with collective duty. In addition all socialists will gleefully use violence to forward their agenda. Only someone blind could argue that the Red Guard under Mao, Lenin’s Bolsheviks, the Brown Shirts, ANTIFA and Pol Pot’s Khmer Rouge were/are not violent. They are cut from the same cloth. Socialists, whether national, democratic international or little red hen socialism, all have Thrasymachus’ philosophy of humanity.

Socialism can be elected into office like Hugo Chavez, or it can come to power by revolution like Fidel Castro, but it stays in power by censorship, violence and coercion. No matter if they get power by democracy and are democratic socialists, again like Hugo Chavez and Adolph Hitler, or by revolution as did Pol Pot, Mao and Lenin, once the get power, they never willingly give it up. We see this paradigm playing out today in the Chinese empire, North Korea and in Venezuela. Socialists always promise Heaven and deliver Hell itself. The national socialists brought us sixty million deaths by war, International socialists slaughtered over one hundred million people in the twentieth century alone. Socialism, no matter how you apologize for it or what you call it… is evil.

In reality the difference is the same as the difference between a rottweiler and a pit bull. National socialism, Marxism, communism, democratic socialism, progressivism and space alien socialism are just members of the same family. Like a doberman and a German Shepard are both types of dogs. One cannot logically argue one is a dog and the other a cat. As dogs do, socialists love to roll in carrion and eat their own feces… The carrion of their victims and the feces of their own propaganda. I’ll stop here comparing socialists to dogs, because dogs have intrinsic value, are of immeasurable worth to humanity and have delivered millions of people from suffering in a myriad of ways, while socialists have delivered millions to the gas chambers and gulags, have zero intrinsic value and are of negative worth.

The media that calls itself unbiased however, is going full time promoting democratic socialism as different in kind from national socialism or communism, when they know there is in fact no difference. Socialists though are used to lying… it is their stock and trade. Once they have power, democratic socialists will do away with any semblance of actual democracy to protect “their” power. Modern socialists hope they have succeeded in dumbing us down, to the point we cannot recognize the truth, and fall for their lies. They cleverly hide the history of socialism and misdirect us by putting nice sounding adjectives in front of socialism. While at the same time telling us that while national socialism was evil, international socialism is good. As if a Collie is not a dog but a Poodle is…

Racists, Bigots and Fascists

It seems to me, watering down the language to vilify a political position, can only result in evil. When progressives call anyone a racist who, doesn’t believe in anthropomorphic climate change, doesn’t want nuclear war, seeks to insure our democracy can be trusted, favors limited government, etc… simply waters down the term racist, until it means nothing anymore. Which is what a real racist would want. Meanwhile, progressives will say the most racist things imaginable, but since they control the media that calls itself unbiased, they get away with it. Nevertheless, their machinations will result in more of what the progressives claim they want to eliminate. Which, since they are so much smarter than us, (or so they claim) suggests they actually want more racism, violence, hate and division.

Words have meanings, and when those meanings are twisted for political points, the definitions lose their value to stop evil. Water down the term racist and sooner or later the pejorative will have no meaning. Once real racism is conflated with any position progressives disagree with… actual racist hate will be able to flourish. Like the open racism of Margaret Sanger, or Woodrow Wilson. True racists like them, who advocated for the extermination of the Negro race, one by abortion, the other by the KKK. Their naked racism is hidden, when someone who seeks to prevent nuclear war with Russia… is called a racist. Obviously, the two have nothing in common, but progressives are happy to call anyone who thinks mankind should not be exterminated in radioactive fire… racists. How Stalinesque of them.

When words no longer have value to stop evil, evil can grow unimpeded. Calling anyone who disagrees with the progressives about limited government, a fascist, hides the true evil of national socialism. The progressive pretends to hate fascism, but even a cursory glance at their tactics, shows they either are too stupid to understand what the word means, else they are diabolically pushing for actual fascism, even as they claim to be against it. Which in and of itself is diabolical. Hitler himself praised American progressives. Now that limited government is fascist, and national socialism no longer is, it opens the door to national socialists to come back into power, and foist their evil on the world once again. By abusing the language progressives are enabling real fascism to rise.

Progressive leaders are not stupid, they are psychopathic, very intelligent, charismatic, manipulative and immoral, so the argument, they know not what they do… is absurd. Why then would the progressives use a tactic they themselves know will result in the very thing they claim to be against… when they know better? Because they are actually for those things. Is it possible to deny that saying, “Every white person is a racist…” is not openly and obviously racist? Clearly, by the old definition of racist, a belief that all members of a race share a common mindset, it is, but by the new definition, (not progressive) it is not. Progressives are not only willing to foster violence, increase real racism and promote fascism to forward their agenda, they gleefully seek those evils… like Hitler did.

The truth is, Marxists of every stripe know that socialism has failed, it was proven not to work in the twentieth century. In fact, the primary lesson of the twentieth century was that socialism always results in famine, oppression and suffering. Yet the progressives are not willing nor able, to give up their pipe dream of a utopia, where the rest of us are their slaves. So instead of pitting the poor against the rich, they pit groups against each other… to create race and religious wars fostering societal collapse. Then they can build their socialist utopia on the ash heap of civilization. They use the tactics of Hitler and Stalin to amass power, and it should be obvious to anyone, that a would be Hitler or Stalin, should not be allowed anywhere near the levers of power, let alone given arbitrary rule they so desperately seek.

Weakness Begets Suffering

It seems to me, nature abhors weakness, and will destroy the meek, so that the strong may live. Weakness comes in many colors, it can effect the body, the mind, the spirit, character or the will. All of which can only lead to catastrophe. The strong can sense weakness. This is why there are predators and prey. The weak are the prey and the strong are the predators. Strength is not necessarily in body, mind, spirit, character or will, but can be strength of convictions, especially when those convictions are evil. This truism cannot be denied. In the history of Earth, there have been more species gone extinct than live today, showing that weakness leads inevitably to extinction. Wealth, far from providing strength… is actually a good reason for the strong to prey on those who appear weak.

A honey bee nest that shares it’s wealth, honey, with the neighboring wasps and hornets will not last long. Sooner rather than later, the hornets will kill the bees to take all the wealth for themselves. The hornets know they do not have to make the honey… they can just steal it. Wasps will lay eggs in the stunned bodies of the bees, using their suffering, to bring in another generation of wasps, with which to tyrannize other bees. The great horded wealth of the bees is no protection, nor is their willingness to share that wealth, it is actually a source of threat. No matter how hard the bees work, no matter how patriotic to the queen, or how friendly to hornets, a beehive that allows invaders in… will die. That is why bee’s do not allow hornets or wasps in their hives. They are not that stupid.

Ancient Egypt took in the Hyksos, a Palestinian people who were fleeing persecution. The Egyptians fed and housed them, bestowing a great good on the Hyksos. The Hyksos however returned that good with evil. Within a century of being saved by the Egyptians, they turned on their benefactors and conquered them. The Egyptians suffered under Hyksos rule for awhile, until they rose up and dethroned the Hyksos, ejecting them. The Hyksos sensed weakness in their benefactors, but rather than help and be thankful, the Hyksos returned evil for good. It was not that the Hyksos were evil, but that they, as are all people, animals and plants… expansionist. The strong will take advantage of the weak at every turn. It is the nature of existence.

It is no different than when the Roman Camillus asked the Gaul king Brennus, why he laid siege to the Tuscan city of Clausium, and Brennus said, “We…are but obeying that most ancient of laws which gives to the stronger the goods of his weaker neighbors, the world over, beginning with God himself and ending with the beasts that perish. For these too are so endowed by nature that the stronger seeks to have more than the weaker.” Those who believe themselves strong will attack those they consider weak… even if it is not the case. As with the Gauls, they captured and burned Rome to the ground, yet in the end, were expelled into the wastes to die of starvation. From this example we can clearly see that the strong, even if strong in fantasy only, will invade those they consider weak.

This law of nature, that the strong should conquer the weak, finds the most fertile ground in the hearts of evil men. Beasts, who cannot reason and are subject only to their appetites, like evil men, hornets and wasps, will always take the easier path. That path is, theft rather than production, envy rather than diligence and profligacy rather than thrift. Good men then, must use our reason to never appear weak to those evil men, who would harm us and ours. Because even if they are strong in fantasy only, the suffering their attacks will cause, are all too real. Moreover, in the arena of war, due to the unknowable nature of battle…the strong do not always win. So, the wise then will not appear weak, or allow hornets into the nest, because no matter how much honey there is, the hornets will take it all.

The Silencing Of Speech

It seems to me, there has been an assault on the freedom of speech of constitutionalists for a decade, and is now coming to a head. Highlighted by Obama’s IRS targeting conservatives and the recent coordinated announcement that Alex Jones is banned. The banning of Alex Jones, a person I don’t particularly think has a great deal of value, is the small edge of the wedge. Almost daily we are told of violent protests where ANTIFA protesters bring batons, sticks and other weapons to attack conservatives, one can only presume the violence is intended to silence. We have seen this movie before, in Russia, China, Cambodia, Zimbabwe, and now in the US and Europe. The players names are different, but the plan is the same, exploit violence to suppress political speech, to create autocracy.

Free speech is the antidote to violence while quelling free speech promotes violence. We all have much more in common than the political elite would allow us to know. Our differences are small but the similarities are great. Discourse allows us to understand where we agree and where we differ. It is the antidote to political violence. Those who can talk to each other can iron out differences with communication, recognize that we are more alike than unalike and that we have a common goal. This leads to peaceful solutions to political problems. Those who don’t want a peaceful solution however, will shut down free speech. So, we have to decide if we want violence as the final arbiter of what is right… or discourse. If we cannot talk to each other though, violence becomes inevitable.

Political violence is always initiated by those seeking evil. People who seek peace don’t use violence as their default practice, those who seek power and suffering do. When Alexander invaded Persia he did it by violence, when Hitler took power, he initially tried the Beer hall Putsch. Lenin exploited violence and terror during the revolution by sending his thugs to small towns to round up Mensheviks. Lenin’s thugs would cut a small incision in the Menshevik’s side and pull out a bit of intestine, and nail it to a tree. Then the Marxists would whip him or her, so they would crawl around the tree, winding their intestines around it. After they had unreeled all their intestines around the tree, the Marxists would leave them to die, a slow and horrible death… as an example. The Gulags followed.

The political violence today is a direct result of the machinations of the left. The left seeks to use violence and censorship, as did Lenin, Stalin, Mao and Hitler, to forward their agenda of socialism. The left has always believed that the ends justify the means, and they are so enamored with their idea of utopia, that there is not a bridge they will not cross getting there. That is why constitutionalists and conservatives are attacked in restaurants, the streets, the media and even our own homes. Political violence today is the abyss that Germany looked into in 1937, it is the darkness that led to the killing fields, and is done by people with the exact same agenda. Psychopaths who seek total power over us will never go away, they can only be controlled, by free speech and impatience with their violence.

We live in a time where political violence and silencing of constitutionalists, is not only allowed, but encouraged by many in positions of power. The media that calls itself unbiased tacitly justify political violence, with rhetoric, like calling the victims of it… “white supremacists.” Yet, a cursory glance at history shows that communists and socialists are responsible for far more atrocities than any white supremacist, one hundred million people slaughtered by socialists, in the twentieth century alone! Today they are silencing the low hanging fruit, like Alex Jones, tomorrow they will silence Jordan Peterson and Rush Limbaugh, and after that… you and I. Their evil agenda is clear, it is made manifestly obvious by their use of violence and censorship. Those who go along… abet the crime.

Psychopaths should be barred from office!!!!

It seems to me, every man and woman who works in any capacity for government, especially elected officials and the top of the bureaucratic hydra, should be tested for the personality disorders… psychopathy and sociopathy. That is just common sense. No one in their right mind would knowingly put a psychopath into the President’s office… unless they are diabolical. It should be obvious that people without a sense of compassion, empathy, morality or judgment, should be anywhere near the levers of power… in any society. Obviously, those in power will vigorously block any such efforts as discriminatory and mean. Because they know they are psychopaths and sociopaths and don’t want the gravy train to end.

Sociopathy is characterized by a lack of emotions other than anger. The sociopath has an emotional congenital birth defect. They are unable to feel the empathy that the rest of us do. They don’t get enjoyment from cuddling a puppy. Kittens hold no attraction for them. A sociopath will kill you, or promote you, without a care… if either forwards their agenda. A sociopath cannot feel remorse, shame, regret or loss. As a result they are rational immoral machines that do only what benefits them. I have to wonder if they are born somehow without a soul. Since the soul is the seat of compassion, empathy and all the virtues. In truth, we should feel very sorry for people born with such a disability. Nevertheless, sociopaths are utterly unqualified to lead a marching band, let alone a nation.

Psychopathy is the next step beyond sociopathy in that the psychopath gets enjoyment from the suffering of others. People have a misguided view of psychopaths. They believe all psychopaths are like Ted Bundy, but many are cagey enough to seek power over a people, to make a nation suffer, rather than one person at a time. It is far more efficient. The intelligent psychopaths follow this path while the stupid ones become John Wayne Gacy. Who, by all accounts, appeared like a normal family man, while he was murdering and torturing children. Perhaps this is why the elite are so adamant to protect access to children for pedophiles… they are the consumers. We know this by the constant stream of pedophile scandals by government officials… that only come to light after they die. (And are burning in Hell).

We have to ask ourselves, do we want people with absolute power who’s only enjoyment is the suffering of others? We do… if we desire more suffering on this planet, for us and our children. Why wouldn’t a psychopath start a war… he or she cares nothing for the soldiers that will die horribly. In fact, that is a very good reason for a psychopath to start a war, to enjoy all that suffering… and the joy that comes with manipulating people into self harm. Another quality of psychopathy is that the psychopath is very charismatic. Their lack of shame, empathy and morality allow them to manipulate others with aplomb. While their charisma, lack of shame, and glibness makes them extremely electable. The two places you are most likely to find a gaggle of sociopaths and psychopaths, is prison or congress.

Our world is in the shape it is in, because our government’s and corporations are all too often led by psychopaths. Numerous studies have proven it. Sociopaths and psychopaths will claim I seek to sterilize, marginalize and even kill them, out of bigotry, which is patently manipulative… I am NOT saying they should be barred from life, only government. Everyone standing for office, elected official, and bureaucrat five levels down from the top should be tested, by a panel of qualified psychologists. If they are found to be sociopaths or psychopaths, they should be given a years severance, along with their medical benefits and allowed to keep accrued pension,.. but fired immediately. Treat them more fairly than they treat us, after all, we are not psychopaths.. we only seek to defend ourselves from them.

Democrats Worry…

Dear friends,

It seems to me, the reason the political left is so irrational is that they are projecting on constitutionalists, that which they themselves would do. During the Obama years the battle cry was that republicans would impeach Obama the moment they got in office… so the American people put Republicans in charge of both the Senate and the House. Yet the republicans didn’t impeach Obama. The democrats were blowing smoke. I do think however, democrats honestly believed republicans would impeach Obama, because they would if the positions were reversed. As they are threatening to do to Trump if they get control of the House and Senate. Moreover, if you have any memory, everything democrats said republicans would do if elected, democrats have done… unabashedly.

All people judge others by themselves since we really only know ourselves to compare. As Christians we are called not to compare ourselves to others. To do so always leaves one both arrogant and jealous. Yet it is our nature to compare each other. Since we only truly know ourselves, we are the measure we use. So when we see someone we expect them to react as we would. All of us do unless we make a determined effort not to. That is why liars think everyone is a liar, scammers always believe they are being scammed and democrats always believe the republicans are as immoral as themselves. Democrats judge republicans by the only standard they know… themselves, and by that standard, they find themselves wanting.

Leftists know what they would have done, had Hillary been elected, and they fully expect republicans to do it as well. To a leftist, power is the be all end all of human existence. They epitomize Thrasymachus’ “great men” who are not content to live their lives but are instead compelled to oppress others. The primary attribute of an aristocrat, (or democrat) is their willingness to force on another, that which they would never tolerate. That is how Cyrus the great was discovered not to be a sheep herder’s son but the grandson of the Persian king Astyages. It was his willingness to use violence to force another to do what he would not. Democrats are cut from the same cloth as Cyrus, Alexander, Xerxes, Darius, Tamerlane, Hitler, Stalin and Mao. That is why they fear losing power… they fear themselves.

This is why we see so much political violence coming from the left. Since power is the goal, and the means irrelevant, they will happily use violence to forward their goal of absolute power over the rest of us. Many leftists even have convinced themselves it is for the common good, that they become tyrannical autocrats, wielding arbitrary power. It is obvious, that someone willing to use violence to forward a political goal… will also stoop to such things as deceit, manipulation, colluding with enemies, exploiting the Hegelian dialectic, etc… there is not a bridge they will not cross. Moreover, blind lust for power is not normal, but is the result of a personality disorder, like sexual dimorphism disorder, in the case of leftists… it is psychopathy and sociopathy.

When a democrat says he or she “worries” if a republican, gets power, they will kill the first amendment, exploit impeachment as a political tool, twist the Constitution, (back to it’s original intent), hold violent protests, create intolerance, not enforce laws republicans don’t like, undermine democracy, etc… in short, everything democrats have done. Obama’s not enforcing laws he didn’t like is legendary, leftists openly call for impeachment, coast to coast violent political riots by leftists, perverting our Constitution, register and protect aliens to vote in our elections, actively destroying freedom of religion and free speech, as well as the second Amendment. That is why they are so irrational today, they know what they would do if they got power, and expect republicans to do it too.

A Consumer or Producer Based Society?

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, instead of promoting a consumption based society, we as a people should make the conscious decision to advocate for a creative mindset instead. There are many advocates that say consumption should be favored over invention. The entire world economic paradigm today is based on American and European consumption. Others play a beggar thy neighbor game to feed that black hole of demand. Demand for the garish to the sublime and everything in between. Banks make out under this paradigm. They lend at usury rates to poor people, so they can buy an eight hundred dollar I phone, and get a five hundred dollar tribal tattoo across their face, that will insure their unemployability for the rest of their lives… a great investment by any standard… Or is it?

While consumption is required to keep the wheels of our economy turning, it shouldn’t be the focus of people’s lives. No different than should drugs, food, sex or gambling be the focus of someone’s life. Even becoming enthralled with water, and drinking it constantly, making sure it is the most pure it can be, will lead to problems. We need to consume, and I am not saying it is bad, only that consuming as a mode of being, is bad. Why not consume, after all many of us have the wealth, and in a roundabout way it does help the economy. Buying food keeps farmers in business and purchasing cars keeps the car manufacturers going. Buying the means of production however, provides much more than a meal, it can provide a lifetime of meals. So go ahead and consume, but use it as a tool, not a distraction.

Consumption as a way of life benefits some powerful interests. As I mentioned before, banks are the primary recipient of the largess of our consumption. They create the money we need to purchase all those things, that will be sold in a yard sale for pennies on the dollar a few years down the road. After we have spent a small fortune in storage locker fees to hold onto it. To add insult to injury, some states are even talking about taxing those pennies on the dollar! The government even encourages consumption by holding interest rates unnaturally low. Banks are protected as an industry by a quasi governmental agency, (the FED), set up to funnel taxpayer dollars into their coffers. Clearly, the elite will not find any favor with our attempt to move to a productive mindset.

Production can also be a way of enjoyably passing the time, but instead of consuming time and money leaving one empty, driving ever more consumption, like crack cocaine. Invention produces both money and the self satisfaction that comes from having made something. Even something as foolish as a PVC potato cannon. It yields something of greater value than the inputted materials, but the production of it, taking credit for producing it and shooting potatoes out of it, are all extremely fun. From fashioning prose to molding clay, the life that produces rather than consumes or destroys, is one that improves the lot of mankind, and is fulfilled doing it. So it is in all of our best interests to teach our children to enjoy producing things, rather than consuming them.

I am a libertarian, I don’t care what you do, consume all you want or produce all you want… as long as you are not infringing on the Rights of another. It is your choice as a sovereign human being. Moreover, I am NOT advocating for governmental action to change my fellow man in any way. I am advocating to my fellow man… to willfully change from consuming to producing. Find something you enjoy. Tie flies, weave textiles, machine new toys, burn out a 3D printer, draw, and wear out the knees of dozens of pairs of pants, find a passion and put your time to building, making, and creating it. Never change because someone orders you to, only change when you are persuaded by rational discourse and argument, then only once you are convinced it will benefit you. So… what do you think?
