Unequal as the new normal.

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, when you change a longstanding rule to accommodate a certain faction, a rule you wouldn’t and haven’t for any other, be it religious, political or racial, you have set that faction up as superior to the others. By doing so you have avowed that unequal is the new standard, and as such, have abandoned the Enlightenment… for the good and bad. The good is only for those who seize arbitrary rule and obviously bad for everyone else. Those that seek arbitrary rule however, should beware, if another faction seizes that arbitrary rule for themselves, your faction is out of luck. So, to say it is good policy to change a longstanding rule to cater to a faction, thus saying unequal is now the norm, is antithetical to the Enlightenment.. as is all post modernist thought.

Changing a longstanding rule to accommodate a faction, is saying that faction is more important than the factions that the government wouldn’t do that for, to the faction(s) that run the government. Which is essentially legislating the superiority of that faction to the rest of society. When any faction is legislated as superior, the laws don’t apply to them like everyone else, that is what the ancient Greeks called arbitrary rule. The rules apply arbitrarily, depending on who the offender is, who the victim is, and their standing, (their political favor), in society. We all know that political favor plays a large part in litigation and criminal law, but to legislate that a faction is superior to the rest, is to openly affirm, unequal as the new standard.

Once a society has openly accepted unequal as the standard, even in a small way, the slide to outright oppression is rapid. People may not consciously know we are unequal, but on a subconscious level, we all do. This knowledge makes us act differently. Nietzsche called it the Master Slave Morality. As we adopt the slave mindset, we also accept greater impositions on our liberties and freedom, until all we are allowed to do is debauch ourselves at the suffrage of the State. The State only too happy to murder any resulting baby, at any request, and replace the dead babies with the favored factions. Moreover, by accepting unequal as the standard, we are also insulting the Enlightenment, and by turning away from the Enlightenment, humanity will soon discover famine, cold and want.

The singular philosophical advance of the human race, was the Enlightenment, and could only have happened under Christianity. The Enlightenment advances were based on the concepts of the Golden Rule, the Good Samaritan, love thy neighbor and turn the other cheek, which underpinned the Enlightenment ideas of, equality under law, discourse rather than appeal to authority and the scientific method. These philosophical advances have allowed us to feed eight billion people better than we could one billion, with fewer starving, less disease and the possibility of a better life. To repudiate the philosophy that led to such conditions means, necessarily, a return to a place where the entire economy of the world cannot feed a billion people, let alone eight billion!

Mass famine, oppression, wars over food, chaos and crime, while the elite live like biblical kings… what is not to like about discarding the advances of the Enlightenment, for progressive dreams of a post patriarchal hegemonic utopia? When inequality is legislated, then it becomes a danger to all the other Enlightenment values. When a single faction is allowed to break the rules, and even demands it not be offended writ in legislation, the government that bends, is openly avowing that faction as superior to all other factions, be them political, religious or racial. To do so is to establish unequal as the new normal, it is the path to famine, oppression, chaos, and biblical kings. Yet, even the most sly and cagey would be king must keep in mind, once it is broken, others will vie for the role of dictator as well.

The Lesson of Micheal Cohen

It seems to me, Michael Cohen will probably spend a long time in prison for perjury, because he is stupid. The democrats love what he did but despise him for doing it.Even as he is a traitor to the Republicans. The judicial oligarchy has it in for the man who so sullied their face. Micheal Cohen is a man without allies. Of course, had he been a traitor to the democrat party, he might have got the Seth Rich treatment or possibly the Vince Foster handling, and we wouldn’t even be talking about this.The laughable part is, we discovered such “revelations” about Trump! Apparently, he tried to negotiate a deal to build a Trump Tower in Moscow! Some shadowy Russians reached out to Trump while he was campaigning, but Trump didn’t respond, and Trump paid some harlots to shut their lying mouths!

During the Roman Republican days, the days of a functioning Consular system, the Roman army was besieging an Iberian city. A handmaid met a Roman and offered to open a door through the wall. All she wanted was one of the gold rings the Roman soldiers wore. The Romans took her up on the offer, they invaded and sacked the city, slaughtering many of the inhabitants. To show their gratitude the Consul ordered all his men to toss their ring to her. She was crushed under the weight of the rings. Micheal Cohen is in the same situation. He would have been well advised to have read Livy’s Histories. While everyone wants to exploit a traitor, no one wants them around, once the deed is done. It encourages traitors among their own ranks. The democrats know how to deal with traitors though.

Eventually, it will come out that Seth Rich was the source for the DNC emails, leaked to Wikileaks. Moreover, once that fact is understood, it is not a leap to recognize his “death by robbery,” where the thief forgot to take his wallet, and his laptop is still locked up… might have been retribution. Julian Assange himself has all but attributed the leak to Seth Rich. Vince Foster on the other hand was quite another story. Once he committed “suicide,” by shooting himself in the back of the head twice, everyone recognized the Clintons for who they are, people to be afraid of. As Machiavelli said, it is better to be feared than to be loved, but it is best to be both. People are rightly scared of crossing the DNC as a result, they could end up stabbing themselves to death, like that doctor.

The oligarchical judicial system, like all oligarchies, is filthy to the core, but must maintain the semblance of purity, and so detests anyone who exposes their filth.Cohen has exposed their filth and they will make an example of him.Ostensibly to show they take lying under oath seriously, but in reality, for exposing the shady workings of the legal system. A system where justice is subservient to political favor. Ask any attorney if there is ever a time when he or she knows they will win a case. They will chuckle and answer, “If I am facing someone Pro Se,standing for themselves.” The clear point is that the justice of the case is irrelevant, only the political favor of the litigants and their lawyers.

So, Micheal Cohen has no allies.Fortunately he was a traitor to the Republicans, else he might have already stabbed himself in the chest, several times, to commit suicide. The democrats have what they need from him and are happy to crush him with their signet rings for his help. The attorney’s only hope is the judicial system, the oligarchical system that he exposed for what it is, filthy rotten to the core… and it holds grudges.The reason for the DC Double standard comes into focus because of this. No matter if you love Trump, detest him or fall anywhere in between, people do not fear him, they do fear the Clinton run DNC. That is why Comey, Ohr and the rest are so willing to perjure themselves, they have powerful allies, and will never see the inside of a cell.

A Permanent Special Prosecutor

It seems to me, perhaps it would be a good idea, from now on, that every President has to face a special prosecutor, with unlimited powers, the entire time he or she is President? You have to admit, no President in the history of this country has been under such scrutiny, even starting retroactively back to his campaign, as this President, so perhaps every president from now on should. There can be no actual scandals in the Trump administration, everyone is under a magnifying glass, the watchers being people who loathe Trump. As such, it has forced him to stay legal in everything he does, unlike past Presidents who never had to face any scrutiny whatsoever, and so engaged in extremely dangerous expeditions, endangering our Constitutional republic and safety in the process.

Such strange adventures like Fast and Furious, where the government was forcing gun dealers, along the Mexican boarder, to sell firearms to known drug gang straw buyers, then blaming the gun dealers along the boarder for fueling the violence by supplying the weapons. This worked fine until Brian Terry was shot and killed with a Fast and Furious weapon. The information came out that it was the government that was sending the weapons through straw buyers into Mexico, where, presumably, the US government could track their usage in crime by the serial numbers of recovered weapons. That was the time Eric Holder was convicted of lying under oath to Congress and was reprimanded. If such a thing happened today Mueller would be all over it. Cohen is going to jail for a far less egregious crime.

With the rabid way Mueller attacked the “Stormy Daniels Affair,” can you imagine how he would have gone after Trump, for having sexual relations with that woman, miss Lewinsky, while in office not years before, then lying about it? Such scandals are impossible in the Trump administration. I, for one, would like to see future administrations held to such standards. Heavens knows past administrations could not have withstood such examination. Rather than politically favored Presidents having their personal peccadilloes protected, everyone in that position should equally face the scrutiny of a special prosecutor, controlled by the opposite political faction. I wonder how Obama would have stood up under a Mueller, greeting him in office on the first day, rather than a Nobel Prize?

Wouldn’t it be nice, to have administrations in the future, that are held to the same standard as the Trump administration? The transition would be difficult at first, but thereafter, having a special prosecutor appointed and run by the opposition would become a matter of course. You could go to bed at night, not having to worry if your President is engaged in some nefarious adventure to undermine our Constitution, or break the law. That would be nice, but it certainly would not be the case if only Trump faces a special prosecutor on day one. Every President from now on should. Moreover, it should not be mandatory, but a test of the character of the incoming President. Those who deny one would prove, by doing so, they have bad intent and should face immediate justified impeachment.

If the special prosecutor as he stands now, continues his investigation up to and past the 2020 election, Trump would be wise to push the permanent special prosecutor as an enduring check, against any executive in the future gone rogue. Such an idea would immediately get populist support especially if promoted by a sitting executive! One thing we know about the Trump administration, is that it is scandal free, because if anyone steps out of line, even to tie his shoe, he will go immediately to jail, and every administration from here on out should as well. I welcome the breath of a scandal free administration. Perhaps Trump would have been a scoundrel or a saint, but now he is forced to be a saint… shouldn’t every President?

Misplaced Compassion Leads to Unjust Regulation

It seems to me, to willingly invite government regulation, is foolish. I bet everyone who invites regulation into their lives, do not believe it will ever apply to them… else they wouldn’t do it. Yet regulation is not a stone, it is more like water, and filthy water at that. It seeps into everything it touches. Even the most well intentioned regulations then, always eventually spread and interfere with normal operations, thus effecting the very people, who believed they would never be effected. I see this happen all the time, in a myriad of places, where government has no business whatsoever. Government sticking it’s long nose in. Yet we, in mindless empathy, will invite the government into the most intimate parts of our lives, never thinking how that could come back to bite us… and it does.

The latest thing I see going around, is people excited the government is going to regulate the interactions between dog owners, and our dogs. No way that could go wrong. Today people are cheering the new regulations determining how long a dog can be tied. The other meme is that a dog cannot be left outside all night. While I agree that dogs should not be tied for too long, nor should they be left outside all night, I am not willing to open the door to government interfering with my relationship with my dogs. Today they want to decide how long I can chain my dogs, and that I cannot let them out all night, tomorrow, they may decide what type of bed I need to provide them, and what calorie intake is best… with appropriate punishments for failure to comply.

Who and what agency is supposed to enforce these regulations? Is it by nosy neighbor or by a government official? If by a government official then what will be the budget to enforce this new code? I wonder, how often the official will visit every dog in town, to insure uniform compliance with the regulations? If the enforcement mechanism is by nosy neighbor, then clearly the regulations are arbitrary, and as such are unjust. Because, the definition of justice requires consistency, and enforcement by nosy neighbor is anything but consistent. Every regulation contains within itself these, not insubstantial questions, which must be answered if a regulation is to be enforced fairly. If it is a means to keep a politically disfavored group from having dogs on the other hand…

We all know regulations are only enforced against the politically weak… and regulations we invite in are even more so. The most glaring example of this is the selective punishment for perjury to Congress and the courts. When we examine the consequences of people who have verifiably and materially lied to Congress, James Comey, John Brennen, James Clapper, Eric Holder, Micheal Cohen and for good measure, H R Haldeman. In most cases, Comey, Brennen, and Clapper, they have not been charged. That is not to say, they could not be charged later, if they loose their political favor, but they have not as of today. Holder was convicted of lying to Congress and faced a slap on the wrist. Meanwhile, H R Haldeman was sentenced to eight years in prison, and served eighteen months, for his lie.

So it is clear that regulations, like perjury, are selectively enforced, and when selectively enforced they are not just laws, but arbitrary rules, to punish the politically weak. In the case of the government stepping in and regulating how you interact with your dog, if you have political favor, you can rest assured that those regulations will not apply to you, no matter how flagrantly you flaunt them. If however, you happen to be politically weak, ie, poor, come from a “bad family,” a lower percentile in intellect, or are simply disagreeable, those regulations could be used against you, as a means to keep you from having a dog. If you think about it, there are thousands of ways government noses in, where it doesn’t belong, pushing open the door by our misplaced compassion… our own foolishness.

Kindness and Suffering

It seems to me, kindness is a trait that is in short supply today, and it is needed more than ever. We meet dozens of people every day… but how often do we take the time to project kindness to them? Plus, how hard is it to offer a bit of kindness to others? What is the cost? The cost is a calorie burned in the brain and nothing more, the reward however is great, being kind releases hormones in the brain that makes us feel better. We become happier and our personal suffering is reduced in measure to how kind we are. The world is improved and the lot of mankind is made better by our small acts of kindness. Simply recognizing the humanity of another, a smile, holding the door, allowing another to merge on the interstate, saying a kind word or asking how someone’s day is going, are forms of kindness.

It is difficult sometimes to be kind. Our world is full of suffering and none of us is immune. When we allow our personal suffering to interfere with our being kind, we are passing along suffering. When we reject our own suffering and pass along kindness rather than pain we actually reduce the amount of suffering in the world, and in doing so, we reduce our own suffering. Everyone has bad days. It is the nature of life. If every day was great, how would we know it was great? Knowledge and wisdom come from comparison. If we only feel pain, it is normal and we don’t realize there is another way, just as if we only feel love, how do we know it? By feeling unloved we understand love, by sickness we recognize health, but when we transcend our lot, we come closer to enlightenment.

Our world is drowning in anger, bitterness and suffering, recognizing that objective reality and being kind is not being soft, it is in fact the sign of a strong person. All anyone need do is watch television news. It is filled with the worse humanity has to offer, so it becomes easy to fall into the mindset, that there is nothing but evil in our world. Yet that is not the case. There is great love, charity, humanity and human heartedness. It just doesn’t motivate people to watch. Conflict grabs our attention… not kindness. Yet what we focus on is what we get more of. The new quantum physics experiments by Rupert Sheldrake, Tom Campbell and the Noetic Institute, show empirically, that our minds effect reality. So if our minds effect reality, shouldn’t we attempt to effect it in a way that makes it better?

The more the world turns away from kindness the worse the suffering of humanity. We can effect reality to make it better or worse. By rejecting kindness we create hell on Earth. Every act of bitterness, anger and intolerance leads inevitably to a more bitter, angry and intolerant world. Post modernism is all about anger, bitterness and intolerance. It claims there is no objective reality, that what is called objective reality, is only a means to power. The only thing post modernists believe in is power. To that end they project hate, intolerance and suffering. Which manifests more of those evils in our world that is plenty full of them as it is. Kindness is the answer to hate. It is like splashing cold water on a fire. Throw enough water on one and even the largest fire can be put out.

Anger and bitterness only lead to more suffering, while kindness leads to less suffering. So, if we seek more suffering in this world, then the logical path is by rejecting kindness. If we seek less suffering, kindness is the path to that end. Small acts of kindness in our daily life is enough to effect the material universe in a positive way. Every act of kindness negates an act of evil. Yes, evil people must be put to task, but the means to counter the effect of evil people is not to bring more evil into existence, but to manifest kindness and goodness. Our world is drowning in suffering, and indeed suffering is the nature of life itself, yet we can lessen the suffering in small ways by our acts of kindness. So go out today and bring goodness into the word, be a light, and let that light illuminate, because evil withers in light.

The Information Civil War is Upon Us

It seems to me… we are in a civil information war, one side is against open dissemination of information, while the other demands we have access to knowledge. The outcome of which is existential to our civilization, since it is a repudiation of the Enlightenment, and as such, is a return to the rights of kings. Today we hear the term “fake news” bandied about, by those who have been caught many times fabricating “news” to influence public opinion, and thus public discourse. When a liar tells you someone else is lying, a wise man doesn’t believe them, but a fool will become a zealot. Useful idiots is the term that best describes progressives who are not in the power structure. They embrace their ignorance and detest objective truth as a tool of the patriarchal hegemony.

There is a strong case to be made for a return to the rights of kings. The Enlightenment has made the common man far too uppity for the powerful. Thrasymachus made a similar argument in Plato’s Republic, that the people are sheep to be controlled by our superiors… psychopathic kings. Moreover, since discourse is tied inextricably to the free flow of truth, and post modernists do not believe in truth… only power, the free flow of information must be stopped, so the rights of kings can be reestablished. Obviously, they don’t use that outdated terminology, they use politically expedient propaganda like, we are against… racism, sexism, inequality and hegemonic patriarchy. Clearly then, post modernists, who disavow truth, discourse, political equality, etc… fight against knowledge.

Modern conservatives, who seek to conserve the advances of the Enlightenment, do believe there is such a thing as objective truth, we reject appeals to authority and value the individual. We believe the advances of the Enlightenment were a watershed moment in human history, leading to a rapid advance of science, economic efficiency and the human condition. We reject appeals to authority like anthropogenic climate change. When someone says, “the debate is over because it is settled science.” They are appealing to authority. Especially since nothing in science is ever really settled. Every theory, concept and idea is subject to a paradigm shift, once new information becomes available. Appeals to authority by definition, are not dependent on objective truth, but power over subjects.

Post modernists, who fight so strongly against the free flow of information, do so because they only believe in power. They eschew truth, science and debate, as tools of the patriarchal hegemony. As such, clearly, information is an anathema to them. Information undermines their power and since they are all about power, over you and I, knowledge is their enemy. People who only seek power, at all costs, even to the civilization itself, are Thrasymachus‘ heirs. They are the great men Thrasymachus defended. Great men like Pericles, Alexander, Alcibiades, Coriolanus and Dionysius, who were all psychopaths, and thus “Great Men.” Modern versions of them are the heroes of post modernists, Mao, Stalin, Lenin, etc… If you want to know what someone will do when in power… look at their heroes.

Post modernists have declared war on the Enlightenment, so the free flow of information must be stopped, well, from them to us, not from us to them. Information is power, and post modernists only recognize power, yet knowledge is only power when there is asymmetric information. So we have a media, that calls itself unbiased, dedicated to promoting asymmetric information, declaring Pizza gate a conspiracy theory without any need to investigate it, they say with a straight face that people beat themselves to death, Benghazi was caused by a video, while keeping Obama’s public information secret. Even as post modernists have set themselves up as the “fact checkers!” Information is the battle field of the twenty first century… and our liberty, or slavery, depends on the outcome.

The Beauty of Socialism.

It seems to me, Venezuela is the poster child for socialism. Hugo Chavez was elected to office to bring about socialism in the most wealthy South American nation. His party has overseen the destruction of the Venezuelan economy, the collapse of the oil infrastructure and mass starvation. Obviously, there is equality in outcome for the people. Not for the politicians of course, they live like kings, as the people eat their own dogs and cats. Toilet paper is no where to be found, and the zoos have been emptied of animals, to feed the starving people, but at least the Hollywood celebrities, who backed the revolution, can rest easy at night knowing that there are no wealthy people in Venezuela… only hungry, destitute and oppressed people, in other words… utopia.

Socialism always has the same results. Like any road. It takes you to the same place every time you get on it. That is the utility of a road, it reliably takes you where you want to go, every time. Socialism is the same. Every nation that has ever got on the road of socialism, has ended up in the same place, famine, oppression and want for the people, but wealth beyond anyone’s wildest dreams for the politicians. Who would deny the politicians their solid gold toilet? Don’t they have a right to excrete? Why would anyone begrudge the politician’s mansions and luxury when they work so hard to make everyone equal? Well, everyone but themselves. Just because the people is starving, why shouldn’t the politicians get the best food? It is only fair.

All the great famines where millions of people starved to death were the result of socialism. Stalin’s artificially created famines were a godsend to the people of the Soviet Union. The population would have grown out of proportion had Stalin not taken the food from the Ukraine and sold it. Imagine how many more people would be on Earth today, if He hadn’t had the forethought, to starve to death between six and fifteen million people? Mao one upped Stalin by making a real stand against overpopulation by starving to death around thirty million Chinese people. Now there was a man who was willing to make a stand against overpopulation! Obviously Mao, being the fat bastard he was, ate like a king, but why quibble about the deaths of a few tens of millions of people when Mao was hungry?

Socialism, while a disaster for the people, is a windfall for the politicians. Maduro in Venezuela has all the toilet paper he needs, lives in a mansion and eats nothing but the best food. The nation he rules with an iron fist is a dumpster fire for the people, but his cronies live like kings… as it should be. So the people have to eat their own dogs, there are too many dogs in Venezuela anyway. Progressives in the US love the legacy of Hugo Chavez. Now only the politicians live like kings, and no one has to worry someone else is making more than them, just because they merit it. Venezuela has done away with the gulf between the rich and the poor. Because the rich have left and only the poor live there. So everyone is equally suffering, well, everyone but the politicians and generals.

I have to give it to modern socialists, they don’t let a little thing like the deaths of millions of people, stand in the way of their dreams of a one world socialist authoritarian government. Many people might be dissuaded by the weight of the human suffering socialism has brought into the world. Today’s progressive socialists are made of hardier stuff! They look at Venezuela and see beauty. So the stolen oil infrastructure is crumbling from lack of investment, so the people are starving, and so what that the people are oppressed… American progressives love it! Venezuelans must be much happier, not being burdened with plenty to eat, the stress of freedom and cuddling a beloved dog. Those worries have been lifted from them! Progressives who backed Hugo must be so proud of that utopia.

Evil People Use Evil Means

It seems to me, chaos, violence and strife are not the goal of the globalist elite, but a means to their end. That end is obviously, world government. Socialists, communists and progressives all have a world government as their goal. In private when they believe you are one of them they will go on all day how nations like the US need to give up sovereignty so we can live under a one world government. Watch progressive television shows. Star Trek assumes a one world government will solve all our problems. Stargate SG1 shows all the planets they go to, as having a one world government, else they are at existential war. Meanwhile, in public progressives will exclaim their patriotism, calling anyone who tells the truth about their intentions a racist, hate monger. Showing their duplicity.

Only a fool would believe, bringing in millions of people from third world countries where a European cannot walk the streets without being murdered, will lead to anything but violence, chaos and strife. People who have grown up in a third world country, mired in crime, hunger, oppression and violence, created by socialism, are only used to that kind of existence. It is the height of folly to believe that you can replace the population of an enlightened first world nation, with people from a backward country, and there will be no negative consequences. Take the Harrapan empire. They had running water, astoundingly well built cities and a high level of technology for the age. Yet after they disappeared, other less advanced people moved into the abandoned cities, but could not make them work.

It is called the Hegelian dialectic. Hegel created a system where the people can be tricked, to change positions, even against our own interests. It starts with the elite deciding they want something that would never be accepted. A police state for example. The first thing to do is create chaos, violence and strife. After a while the people will exclaim, “ENOUGH!” Demanding a stop to it. The elite then can offer a police state as the only reasonable means to stop the violence. If the people are traumatized enough, we will fall into the trap. Obviously, the violence will not stop, as it is a means to more state power over the individual. Power being the be all and end all of psychopathic politicians. To them, human suffering is a tool, to advance their personal fortunes.

The end goal is a one world government modeled on the Georgia Guidestones plan. The Georgia Guidestones are an American monument to a one world government, where the goals of progressivism are clearly laid out, in multiple languages. The first line calls for the reduction of the human race to 500 million. Which means that around 6.5 billion people must be slaughtered like cattle. Now, that will be a genocide the likes of which Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot and Stalin would have been embarrassed by. The second is a call for eugenics. Such people should be in an institute for the criminally insane… not running our governments! Yet here we are. Psychopaths who manipulate elections, exploiting violence, chaos and strife, demanding absolute power the world over, so they can slaughter billions of us.

Evil people will use evil means to achieve their ends, it is one way to reliably tell who is evil. One thing that we know is that evil is often attractive, until we see it’s hideous face. Many are beguiled by it’s machinations and fall under it’s thrall. Useful idiots, as Khrushchev called them, will be the first to face the gas chambers, (if that is how the elite decide to slaughter us this time). Nevertheless they will fight tooth and nail for their future oppressors and executioners. Because it is much easier for some to deny and keep a bag over their heads. So here we are, the elite are creating chaos, violence and strife, using the Hegelian dialectic to move us to accept our subjugation. Showing us, the globalist progressive elite are truly evil people, since they use evil means to achieve evil ends… and they advertise it!

Tyranny By Criminal Charge

It seems to me, a sure sign you live in a tyranny, is if the government uses criminal prosecution as a political tool. No time is this more true than when only the wealthy can afford to defend themselves. This is because the poor and middle class then have no protection from such actions. Even if a middle class person sells his or her home, to get a top notch lawyer, there is no telling if that lawyer is not in on the game, making the tactic of political prosecutions far more effective against the poor and middle class, who in reality, are the people government always seeks to oppress. It matters not how many “rights” a person is “granted” by that government, if he or she can be charged with a crime spuriously he or she has no rights. They are in fact if not in word… a slave.

A slave isn’t necessarily a person officially owned and stamped with a mark of ownership. There are many kinds of slavery. As Nietzsche said, most Europeans have the slave mind. They are slaves in their own minds since Europe civilization has for so long been feudal. That history has ingrained in the European ethos a slave mentality. One that is nearly impossible to break. We see this in action today, with the slow motion train wreck, that is the European Union. The people dutifully accept the destruction of their own civilization, no go zones, outright tyranny from an unelected bureaucracy, as well as the rape and sale of their daughters. Heck, most Europeans love their oppressors! They are slaves in all but name.

Rights only exist where people defend them. Where the citizenry allows their rights to be subject to the whims of politicians, they have ceded those Rights away. The Right to free speech, is not a Right, where saying unpopular things can get you charged with a crime. It is irrelevant if you are guilty or even if you have committed a crime. You still have to defend yourself in court. The rich have access to the best attorneys who, because they are defending the wealthy, will have their allegiance guaranteed. The poor and middle class on the other hand cannot know that a lawyer they pay for is actually working for them… or the state. They are in fact an officer of the court. Moreover, the poor have to rely on public defenders who are over worked, underpaid, and in many cases incompetent.

Even if a middle class person sells their family home and go onto the streets or into an apartment… and win, they are still impoverished. Rest assured, everyone who knows them or hears the story will get the message. They could even loose their job simply because they are charged. It matters not then, how many Rights is enumerated in a Constitution, the flowery language politicians spew or the independence of the judiciary, the common man is a leaf in the wind. Since no prosecutor has ever been, or will ever be, criminally charged for exploiting the criminal justice system as a tool of oppression and exploitation, there is no incentive for them not to. The power to criminally charge a person without proper oversight, can only lead to oppression… and it does.

The individual has no power against a State that is unwilling to follow it’s own Constitution, and where the judiciary is in agreement with the politicians, that the Constitution is too limiting, the individual is a slave and nothing more. Subject to the whims of the elite. Tell an inconvenient truth, demand your Rights be protected, push back against oppression, see the wrong thing, get in the way or have land the elite want, and face prosecution for it. So if the State wishes to destroy a person, all it need do is charge that person with a crime. It doesn’t matter if they are guilty, only that it will bankrupt them to stay out of jail. If a real accounting of people in prison, not because they broke the law, who are there because of a prosecutor exploiting his power, would scare the average person to willing slavery!

Taxes

It seems to me, few actually know what the word tax means, and so it means nothing. Some people think that to tax a thing is to benefit it, many believe that taxing is merely a means to fund government, while still others think tax is a burden. Look up synonyms of tax and you get pages and pages. Some with negative and some with positive connotations. Moreover, because tax means different things to different people, it is like an empty cup. It’s usefulness is in being empty. So when a politician says, “tax cut,” then either adds or doesn’t, “for the one percent,” they are saying nothing. They expect you to fill the empty cup with whatever you believe. Based on your perspective. This is why no one actually defines tax, what it is, the different species of them and what they really do.

A tax is firstly a burden and secondly a means to fund government. There are a multitude of kinds of taxes, payroll taxes, social security taxes, capital gains taxes, etc… which fall under income taxes. Other taxes are on property, added value, inventory, fees, and consumption. So you see, there is not a single area of human endeavor that is not taxed, burdened, exploited as a revenue source and an obligation. So when someone says a tax cut will benefit this or that faction, it is incumbent upon them to point out the tax being cut, as well as the mechanism by which that faction will benefit. Anything else is misleading at best and outright fraud at worst. Because the term tax is so nebulous, manipulators seek to use that empty cup, to get us to act against our own interests. Sadly, many of us always will.

Cutting income taxes logically then, should benefit the highest taxed the most, right? Except that if payroll taxes are cut, since the middle class and poor’s income is based on selling their labor, the benefit goes disproportionately to the low and middle class. Yet the manipulators would have you believe that the richest get the benefit. Most of the uber rich like Gates, Musk, Bezos, etc… wealth is based on the stock value of their companies, and is often “unrealized.” They provide value for wealth. (Despite their political ideologies). Others however, like George Soros and Rothschild, wealth is based on diversified holdings across asset classes, hedge funds and bankrupting others to short their stocks and bonds. They are parasites. So even a tax designed to punish billionaires cannot target them all.

The uber wealthy derive most of their income from capital gains and dividends, while corporate executives get their income from stock options as well as absurd bonuses, and for political optics sake, payroll is a smaller percent. Executives, lawyers and some salesmen are the top one percent as far as income goes. They are not the richest people though. They might not even be very wealthy at all, in terms of assets and real wealth, after debt is subtracted. The middle class however, has as their largest asset, their home. Which is a huge capital gain liability when we sell it. So, raise capital gains to harm the richest, and middle class home owners are harmed. Raise payroll taxes, and manipulators will say it harms the rich, while it actually harms workers. Which means no productive debate can be done today.

All of which shows that our tax system is an intentionally muddled mess. The more absurd it becomes, the more it benefits the richest and harms the poorest. Even as that disorder allows manipulators to convince people that cutting their taxes harms them and helps others! When the top tax rate was ninety percent, there were sufficient deductions, the accountants of the wealthy could navigate through, so they didn’t have to pay any tax at all. Reagan’s “tax cut” actually raised the taxes or the rich by eliminating their loopholes, while actually lowering the payroll tax burden of the middle class. Showing that simplification is better at making the tax system more fair. So you can count on manipulators claiming tax simplification is evil. Because it is… to them.
