Dear Friends,

It seems to me, government regulation has the unique ability to get all the bad things from capitalism, excluding the good. From monopoly to regulatory capture, government abets the worse aspects of free markets, while suppressing the feedback mechanisms. Its really very clever. Bureaucrats are tasked with giving a politically favored party a leg up, in an otherwise fair transaction. Which results in the politically favored taking advantage of the politically disfavored. Leading to an economy where all the worst aspects of free enterprise are encouraged and the good ones suppressed. Then the elite doing the regulating can claim capitalism doesn’t work. While pointing at the outcome they created with regulation as proof. Hegelian as can be. No wonder Schopenhauer thought Hegel a fraud.

Regulation is always sold as a good. It will help the weak. When it always results in exactly the opposite. Regulation benefits the strong. Who help write it, have the lawyers to get around it, and the political favor to exploit it. Small business that has none of those advantages is then strangled by those regulations. Opening the way for corporations to build monopolies. Even as regulation designed to protect the public, enrich the corporations, that failed to protect the public. As in the case of ATMOS in Texas. Who’s ineptitude killed some folks, so the regulators gave ATMOS a base fee. A monthly fee that goes up every year. Today that base fee is nearly $50.00 a month! Before you buy a single CFM of gas. Now that’s how you do it. Money for nothing and chicks for free.

In my opinion the logic of collective action by Mancur Olsen describes how people react to regulation. That regulation might raise the cost of sugar a bit for us but increases the profit of the sugar industry by tons. A regulation might charge us a monthly fee to simply be connected to the grid, but that monthly income is gigantic, to ATMOS and other such politically favored companies. Even as the inconvenience of having to go to a corporate store, instead of a local one because regulation closed the mom and pop, might make us grumble, but won’t get us to write our congressperson. Though the tons of money the sugar industry rakes in, the immense monthly income the corporate executives get in bonuses and the elimination of competition is sufficient to get corporations to opulently spend on lobbying.

The same people who erase the free market’s feedback mechanisms through regulation, claim we need regulation, to protect us from free markets. While they lock us into monthly charges, as they claim to be protecting us, from gas leaks and electrical outages. Exploiting the predictable negative results to claim free enterprise doesn’t work. Then con us into accepting more regulations to solve the problems created by the earlier regulations. Which makes me think they’re using their authority to get more authority. An action that most everyone can agree is self serving. Moreover, it robs the wealth of the nation, giving it to political cronies and corruptocrats. Creating a negative feedback loop. Where the corrupt regulate to damage, use that damage to justify more regulations, enriching them all the while.

The hypocrisy is strong with the regulation crowd. They claim they are regulating for our good. While the only ones who benefit are the politically favored. Each regulation suppressing some good aspect of capitalism while polishing some bad facet. Then in true Hegelian fashion the regulators exploit the result to justify more power. The regulators get away with this scam because of the logic of collective action. In each case we’re harmed but not enough to do something about it. So we grow accustomed to pain. As the regulators grow accustomed to luxury. Certainly, there needs to be standards, but not regulations. If an inch were a regulation, it’s length would depend on who’s benefited. Regulations are a con, sold to us by the good it won’t produce, resulting in wealth and power for the favored.

Unelected Power And DOGE

Dear Friends,

It seems ironic to me, how the democrats and indeed the progressive faction, is so panicked about an unelected power structure, when that’s what they’ve been zealously promoting since Woodrow Wilson’s administration? Is it ironic, or hypocritical though? Look at what they’re defending. Like USAID, a globalist progressive slush fund that gives money to our mortal enemies, promotes perversion across the globe, and abets the crime of mass immigration. An unelected deep state that holds us as far below the law’s protections as they are above its punishments. That’s what the progressive globalists are defending. They’re protecting an unelected, unaccountable and unconstitutional oligarchy, by claiming citizens have no right to knowledge of it.

The premise of the progressive globalist argument is that the deep state’s actions must be hidden from the people. For a slew of spurious reasons. Otherwise the DOGE commission which only has the power to point out fraud, waste and abuse, would have the ability to see the sausage factory work. Being a panel of American citizens. The only reason citizens would be denied access to knowledge about how their government works, is if it’s working against our interests. Otherwise the narcissists would advertise their good works for us to better adore them. As they do themselves. They argue the unelected administrative state, needs secrecy to protect us, from us? Because recent revelations show that our government has no secrets from the CCP, Iran or North Korea.

Who needs enemies when the unelected part of your own government is more than willing to serve that role? The crafting of the Covid virus wouldn’t have been possible were it not for the generous donation of US tax money, by USAID to the Wuhan lab, through Eco Health Alliance. It seems creating bio weapons in laboratories, transferring the technology to our enemies and releasing deadly viruses on the world… is a sub optimal path to prevention of global pandemics? Who would have imagined it? Oh yea, every sane person on the planet. Nevertheless, our unelected bureaucrats thought, making a human transmissible disease out of a benign bat virus was a good idea. Causing millions of deaths worldwide. No wonder they desire to work in the dark… to maintain their unaccountability.

The globalist progressives, the democrats, are protecting unaccountability. Lacking self awareness, and expecting us to go along out of courtesy, their very arguments undermine their positions. If an unelected power structure is so bad, why do they love and exploit the unelected bureaucracy? Their arguments undermine themselves. Why would the unelected bureaucracy that works against the interests of the people, be good, while an unelected panel that exposes crimes by the unelected bureaucracy… be bad? Because the tools of the deep state deem it bad. The administrative state seeks to protect its political power. That’s all it is. The politicians who are defending the deep state are merely the modern mouths of Sauron. Complete with bad teeth and rotten breath.

The flummoxing of the deep state as it’s crimes are exposed is illustrated by the anger of its puppets. Politicians who’re like deer. In that they’ve been fed for so long they can’t feed themselves. The only thing they know how to do is suck at the teat of bureaucracy and corporatism. Moving through politics, bureaucracy, then a corporate pay off, the gravy train must keep rolling. DOGE threatens to derail that train though. So the bootlicks are arguing, unelected panels of citizens, shouldn’t be able to expose the crimes of unelected unaccountable bureaucrats. Presumably because citizens have no right to see the workings of that unelected administrative government. So I ask you, does that seem ironic to you… or hypocritical? Either way, the deep staters are burying themselves, by their lack of self awareness.

Trump’s Executive Orders

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, Trump’s made some pretty great executive orders, but I suspect most of them will be ruled unconstitutional by some radical left wing absurdist judge. A judge who detests our Constitution, laws and society. Because globalist anti American elites form the power structure of the deep state. That anti American elite broke every convention fighting Trump, and now he’s won, they stand agog. Trump is making their worse nightmares come true. He’s cutting the ability of the globalist progressive faction to wield US tax dollars to their own ends. The closing of USAID in and of itself is devastating to their plans to destroy the universe. How are America’s mortal enemies like the Taliban, ISIS and NGOs going to get US funding otherwise? So expect the lawsuits to fly.

Anti American elites hate us, and our Constitution… just ask them. They’ll go on and on about how terrible we are. How we (white men, Jews and Christians) need to be put in our place. Western culture and capitalism are abominations to them… as is debate. Opinions are dangerous and so the globalists put people in prison for the wrong ones. The longer progressives wail the angrier they get. Showing they’re utterly deranged. However, many of Trump’s executive orders go a long way to restoring our republic. So the deranged globalists will fight them zealously. Judging by their ability to surpass all convention and restraint I expect more of the same. Trump has them on their back foot though. With his landslide election victory, and tsunami of smart executive orders, the globalists are stunned.

Once they get their footing under them the anti American globalist progressives will return to their wheel house. Lawfare, propaganda and selectively ignoring laws are their go to strategies. In Trump’s first term, judges overruled everything he ordered, until a higher court overruled them. It’s already happening, since judges have already overruled Trump’s executive orders, to freeze funding federal assistance, on birthright citizenship as well as on transgender prisoners. Those actions by the glacial courts were astonishingly quick. Showing their top priorities, abetting prison rapes, funding terrorism and flooding us with illegal immigrants. The court orders are blatant overstepping of the judiciary. I suppose the globalists must be funded and the rapes must continue.

Absurdist judges who loathe America and all it stands for, have zero self awareness, honor or ethics. What they fail to understand is that the American people see them now. It’s not like it used to be, where judges could abuse the law and our Constitution at will, and without consequence. Soon people will be calling for impeachments of activist judges. I imagine the letters demanding such are already flowing into congressional and senate offices. Perhaps the story of some woman who is raped by a “transgender,” who’s still in a woman’s prison because of the court order, will be highlighted? Personalizing the globalist controlled judiciary’s abuses. Maybe the funding of some virus outbreak or terrorist attack, will be traced back to the funding the courts ordered to continue, causing outrage.

The upshot is, there’s a cabal of entrenched elites who will sabotage Trump’s executive orders at every turn. With no self awareness, they’re the epitome of hypocrites, and have the morals of a rattlesnake. Having already shown they’re willing to abuse the courts to maintain the funding of their criminal organizations, keep up the prison rapes and force ever more illegal immigrants down our throats. I would argue the absurd court rulings have only just begun. A reflection of Trump’s executive orders by globalist judges, to protect the globalist progressive faction, and it’s levers. The abuse of the law can’t be covered up anymore though. Since the people are aware. Absurdist judges can expect to face impeachments for their abuse of authority. All exposed and made possible by Trump’s executive orders.

Valedictorians don’t just shoot a random guy,

Not for a general hate,

What was really at stake,

But since there’s a cover up it’s rude to ask why.

 

They tell us to shut up and sit,

Our ideas and words just don’t fit,

Political Correctness Is A Tool

It seems to me, since most people think in words, if a faction can seize control of the language, they’ve seized most people’s minds. Which is the strategy the left has used for decades. With their political correctness word police. Because, if you control someone’s words you control their thought, and so the word police are actually thought police, pretending to be miss manners. Why would thought need to be controlled? To make absurdity more palatable. If whole ideas are banned because of political correctness, then those ideas will be of little use, in the face of the elite’s crazy talk. Vilifying men and maleness, while lionizing the all consuming mother archetype, it’s supposed to make people love their smothering tyranny and hate freedom. Subtle mind control through word control… very manipulative.

Totalitarians are folks who feel the need to control every aspect of the lives of others… even our very thoughts. Being uncomfortable with human agency they seek to take it away by any means. I suspect the foundation of this attitude is fear. Terror of other people. So those others must be controlled and forced to obey. Rendering us harmless. Moreover, I think the fear of others is rooted deeply in self reflection. The totalitarians know how immoral, conniving and ruthless they themselves are, so project that evil on humanity. No wonder they’re terrified of other people. They think the rest of us are as heartless as they are. Therefore we must be controlled to the Nth degree. With political correctness. Because our agency is so threatening to the pathological.

Language is controlled in a free society by pretending to be courtesy. Strangely enough, by the most discourteous people to ever live. People who openly avow their hatred of the patriarchy, capitalism and Christian values, demand we use their language else we’re being rude. Our free thoughts and words are very offensive to the totalitarians. Since free words and the result of free thought expose lies like a searchlight. Controlled speech however is utterly impotent when it comes to explaining reality. Because the words are denied to us. So the absurdity the totalitarian drives down our throats can’t be countered with reason and logic. Making us subject to thought control. Allowing the totalitarian to be more comfortable since our agency has been removed by political correctness.

The totalitarian however is loathe to allow his or her words to be controlled. They fly into a rage at the thought. The absolute presumption of us, to think we should be able to limit their rhetoric, is simply unacceptable. Next time someone tells you not to use a word… later, tell them not to use a word, and see how that goes over. Proving the totalitarian a hypocrite. Why don’t they accept correction for the purposes of courtesy while demanding we maintain respectful voices at all times? Because policing language is a means to control, not to courtesy. An unbiased look at the word police and their actions becomes a vista. A scene of thought control by manipulation and chastisement. Because no one wants to be called a bad person. So by political correctness, they control our words, thoughts and actions.

Inclusivity is mere propaganda. Since those who coined the term, and use it, are the most exclusive people to ever live. Defining themselves by what they hate instead of what they love. While a conservative may define himself by his love of God, freedom, and America, a progressive totalitarian might define themselves, by their hatred of the patriarchy, capitalism and Christianity. The totalitarians fear the agency of the rest of mankind. So seek to limit it. By controlling our language and thus our thoughts. Their hypocrisy illustrates the fact their demand for courtesy is simply an appeal to authority. Their authority. Which allows totalitarians to inculcate absurdity without challenge. Making political correctness a tool of totalitarians. A tool we should dull at every opportunity.

Trump’s Nominees

It seems to me, the undermining of Trump’s nominees by the deep state’s bootlicks, shows a complete absence of self awareness. The same people, who confirmed a woman who doesn’t know if she’s married to a man or woman onto the Supreme Court, an FAA chairman who didn’t know the first thing about planes or flying, and a cross dressing kleptomaniac to handle nuclear waste… balk at Trump’s nominees? People who have actually accomplished something. Tulsi Gabbard literally fought for this country on a foreign battlefield. Bobby Kennedy has spent his entire life fighting for children and their health. Even as Kash Patel pulled himself up by his bootstraps. A quintessential American story. They’re being demolished by the deep state and its puppets to protect itself. As we watch in amazement.

The administrative state stooges who are the most vocal against Bobby Kennedy, oddly, get the most money from big pharma? It’s almost like they’re protecting their real boss’ interest. At cost to the interests of the people they’re supposed to represent. A clear conflict of interest. Moreover, they do it on an international stage? Bernie Sanders, the Long Island Vermonter, went ballistic defending the billionaires and corporations from RFK. Despite his long term rhetoric. In front of the world. Even as Elizabeth Warren, the Indian hoaxess, descended into a screaming fit. I find it astonishing how little self awareness the elite really have. To freak out on someone, who ostensibly wants to do, what you have claimed to want done for decades, is the acme of hypocrisy. Recorded for posterity.

I found the spurious question trying to tie Gabbard with Snowden, and by doing so claim Tulsi Gabbard is a traitor… quite amusing. Micheal Bennet, a man of privilege, a wire puller, who never served in the military let alone on a foreign battle field, attacked a middle class woman who served? Seriously? The man has zero self awareness. Moreover, I would argue Snowden was not a traitor, but a hero. Those he exposed are the real traitors. But they control the levers of power so call abusing our Constitutional rights, national security, and the exposure of their crimes, traitorous. If you could climb to the peak of Olympus Mons on Mars, you would still have to look up to see bottoms of the feet of their hypocrisy. Highlighted by the puppet Micheal Bennet. Another Mouth Of Sauron.

The nomination of Kash Patel for FBI director has the entire administrative state shaking in their boots. You can tell by the way Adam Schiff went bug eyed at his confirmation. The mere threat of exposing the Epstein list may be enough to derail his confirmation. Because NO ONE on the list will allow him into a position to expose it. The bureaucracy would hide it for at least sixty years. Any less and national security would be endangered. Like the JFK files. One wonders who’s name is on that list and the crimes the FBI has on video? Since they seized all of the notorious videos from Epstein’s pedo isle. With a Trump loyalist like Patel in charge of the FBI, they might not only be outed as pedophiles, but could actually be charged! So they expose themselves at the hearings instead.

Reversing long held beliefs to attack Trump’s nominees is a sub optimal strategy to appear authentic. Bernie, protecting the billionaires and corporations so ferociously, is a bit unconscionable, isn’t it? Who would have pegged Warren as the staunch defender of Big Pharma she turns out to be? Of course, Micheal Bennet’s passionate protection of the deep state is all too predictable. He’s as comfortable in the swamp as algae. Then there’s Schiff the veracity challenged. He’s petrified of the Epstein list. I have to wonder if he’s on it? Then again maybe he’s simply a paid shill for the perverts? Who can tell? Until the list comes out. Nevertheless, they’re showing themselves to have no self awareness whatsoever, in front of the world, and recorded for posterity. Very progressive.

Above the Law: The Ruling Class and Their Double Standards

It seems to me, the faction that incessantly claims, no one is above the law, constantly put themselves and their political allies above the law. Let’s examine the people the democrats have put above the law. Big pharma is given a pass on vaccines, even for safety violations. Violations that would destroy a barbershop. Holding big pharma above the law. Then there are illegal aliens, who the democrats have firmly placed above the law. Even today as Trump is cracking down, the faction that claims no one is above the law… elevates illegal aliens above the law. Who could forget the preemptive blanket pardons. They put everyone who was pardoned without charge above the law. Apparently, the faction that asserts, no one is above the law, hold themselves above the law. Making them hypocrites.

 

What’s the purpose of law? Is it to enrich the powerful, as Thrasymachus said? Do we have laws so the experts can run the world from an ivory tower? Maybe instead, we have laws to control the negative aspects of human behavior… rather than enhancing and empowering avarice, envy, wrath and opulence? By giving some too much power. This is a fundamental question that has been asked since before the ancient Greeks postulated about them. The Mesopotamian Marduk story is a more ancient example. In that, the gods that killed their father and lived on his corpse, were abusing their power for their self interest. Tiamat, the god of chaos arose to seek revenge, and Marduk, the all seeing god, saved the intransigent gods from her wrath. Showing that chaos is the result of Thrasymachus’ philosophy of law.

If we then agree that law is a means to control the negative aspects of human behavior, then which negative aspects, and how strictly should we suppress them? The totalitarian philosophy seeks to regulate all aspects of human existence. Totalitarians being so much smarter, wiser and moral than the rest of us, it’s their burden. Even as anarchy doesn’t control any negative aspect of human behavior so results in despotism. As strong men amass power in the form of gangs. Moreover, the more regulatory power invested in government, the more likely it will be abused to serve itself, rather than society. Becoming the acme of Thrasymachus’ vision. So we can conclude that the regulatory power to limit negative human behavior, must be limited, else it empowers negative aspects of human behavior.

So we have to reckon that government itself must be limited. Otherwise it risks empowering the very negative aspects of human behavior, law is supposed to limit. If this is the case, then we have to decide what negative aspects are so bad they warrant limitation by law? Historically, murder, theft and violence to a person have been considered, by all societies, to deserve to be illegal. The uniting aspect of these agreed upon crimes is their destabilization effect. Murder being the most destabilizing. They destabilize society, the economy and the peace. Applying the big three we see that all societies have punished destabilizing murder more severely. So we can conclude, if we want prosperity, peace and stability, behaviors that destabilize society the most should be the most punished.

The law exists to limit negative aspects of human behavior. Especially behavior that results in death. The more deaths the more destabilizing the crime. The more destabilizing the more punishable. So why would some be allowed to be above the law? Especially if their crimes resulted in the deaths of millions worldwide and the destabilization of the planet itself? As were Fauci’s crimes. What good would be triggered by elevating such destabilizing people above the law… even as those doing it claim, no one is above the law? Their actions disagree with their rhetoric. Which is the definition of hypocrisy. By placing themselves and their allies above the law, while applying its full force to their enemies, the democrats destabilize society, using law to its opposite. Making them the true heirs of Thrasymachus.

This event is anything but quotidian,

Like a bad joke by a British comedian,

He said right on cue,

No food for you,

And so people detest the system utopian.

 

The corruptocrats need to cover their past,

For crimes against humanity deep and vast,

Corrupting with care,

Exploiting lawfare,

And Trump is exposing the truth at last.

 

Hiding from the law the corruptocrats do hunker,

Using censorship and propaganda as a debunker.

Avoiding jail time,

Sipping merlot wine,

And spending their lives in an underground bunker.

 

If an economy can’t stand on its own,

It doesn’t help to keep giving it a loan,

There’s a lack of efficiency,

But where’s the deficiency,

It’s the regulatory structure and taxes to the bone.
