Information, The Media and Democracy

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, when the primary sources of information in a society, are captured by an ideology, they become not only unreliable, but actually harmful to the right ordering of society, the economy and government. The problem of unequal knowledge exists across all dimensions of human interaction. No one would argue that unequal knowledge makes a transaction more fair. Indeed quite the opposite. The greater the inequality of knowledge, the greater the unfairness of the interaction. If you buy a car, there is an inequality of knowledge about that car. If the seller put sawdust in the trans-axle, to silence impending failure, that is relevant information that if equally shared, would change the entire equation. The same holds true for buyers, sellers… and voters.

Those who are the sources of information have a duty. Anyone who calls themselves a “journalist” can spout a dozen reasons why they have a duty to report the facts. Then justify doing the opposite in the next breath. This is especially true of those who claim the mantle of “unbiased.” The New York Times, the “Paper of record,” for example. In a recent court filing, the NYT claimed that, in their news section, their story stating that Project Veritas’ video of open election fraud, was a “hoax,” was hyperbole, opinion and clearly not fact… and everyone knew it. A claim the court rejected allowing the suit to go to discovery. Nevertheless, that claim in and of itself, was the paper of record admitting their news section is nothing but opinion, establishing it as fact in a court of law, they have abandoned their duty.

All legitimate governments must have the consent of the governed, else they are tyrannies, pure and simple. The inequality of information becomes ever more important in the political sphere the more corrupt the government is. Sadly, government corruption and media complicity become a positive feedback loop. The corrupted media push their uncorrupted competitors out, by shutting down their servers, blocking their apps and character assassination. One way to tell if the media is biased, is to step back from a normal readers perspective, and instead read and listen to news like an editor. Is there any opinion at all in this “news story?” Is there a point of view? Would this reporter write the same story if the political sides were reversed? How can anyone so obviously deceived cast a valid ballot?

When the media is the handmaid of a political faction, that media has abandoned its duty, is undermining the consent of the governed, and therefore establishing tyranny. What else would you call a government that deceives its people? Since deceit itself is a villainous act, to argue it is done as a virtue, is to argue water is not wet and fire no longer burns. Political factions don’t use propaganda, manipulation and outright lies, to foster equity… they do it to amass power. To that end, a media that has abandoned its duty is very handy. It allows that faction to create a false narrative for any situation, then, since there is no other “legitimate” narrative, to expose it as a lie, that self serving narrative becomes the cultural truth. Factions with this power can, have… and will, create Hell on Earth.

Let’s take a glance at our “unbiased” media’s recent reporting. In the last year and a half, we have been bombarded with wall to wall coverage of a deadly virus, to terrify us, as the media dehumanizes those who refuse the experimental shot. Meanwhile, the press has dutifully avoided any mention of the 2020 election audits, and when they have had to, they have added a generous helping of opinion to those “news stories.” When the media that calls itself unbiased characterizes a thing as, “unprecedented,” that is always opinion. Because, as we all know Horatio, there is nothing new under the sun. What is also not unprecedented, is renaming censorship. Call it right think, anti revolutionary, or misinformation, and censorship is still censorship. A rose, lilac or turd, by any other name, smells the same.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Respect, Leadership and Us

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, there are two kinds of respect, the respect you give a wise and learned man, and the respect you give a hornets nest. Our leaders, including judges, police and bureaucrats, seek the second type, the first is beyond them. Real authority comes from force of personality, leading by example and the virtue that is exposed thereby. False authority comes from the barrel of a gun. Not only are the actions of legitimate authorities done out of human heartedness, but they lead to better outcomes for everyone. Pragmatically then, we could reason that the outcome, describes the quality of the authority that created it. History tends to agree. Mao derived his authority from the end of a gun, and the results were crimes against humanity, mass famine and tyranny. Making Mao a vinegaroon.

One way you can tell which kind of respect an authority demands is by how they act. Do they deserve respect or do they demand it, at the point of a gun? Someone who leads by example provides the avatar of what he or she wants in others. They need not use violence or the threat of violence to get people to follow them. They provide the template for correct action. Leaders eat last while rulers eat first. Rulers however cannot allow people to follow them, because if all of society were as corrupt as they, it would quickly collapse, and what would they rule then? In total chaos, no one rules, else it wouldn’t be chaos. How few leaders we have today. It is the rare example of a leader in politics, the courts and the bureaucracy, they mostly seek compliance, not cooperation. We are starving for real leaders today.

Those that demand respect at the point of a gun, only deserve our utter, total and complete contempt. Certainly not a spec of respect. Using violence to get one’s way is the act of a villain. Do you laud a murderer, a rabid dog or a plague? Of course not… you avoid them. We laud heroes, leaders and the altruistic. No one has anything bad to say about a martyr. A villain, on the other hand, is someone we may not want to annoy, but is no one we respect as a human being. A villain is contemptuous… as is a virus, diseased animal or fiend. In this case we can say that both respect and contempt are earned. Respect by virtue and contempt by villainy. This applies not just to others but to us as well. When we use violence and the threat of violence to get our way, we are not leaders, but villains.

Power of personality requires, reciprocation, human heartedness and leading by example, things no despot is willing to do. Like the old saying, there are three kinds of people in the world, givers, takers and reciprocators. Givers are selfless leaders, takers are never leaders but reciprocators cannot help but be leaders. A giver will wear themselves out trying to help, a taker will take until there is nothing left to take, but a reciprocator will cause others to give, take and reciprocate. Everyone benefits, no one is crushed and no one burns themselves out. Human heartedness is merely humanity. The understanding we are all flawed people, no one is a saint, and most of us are just trying our best. Leading by example, from the front, is the only way we can really lead. Otherwise we are not leading but ruling.

Virtually all our leaders today are like a hornets nest, quick to anger, vicious in their attacks and mindless in their pursuit of power. It should be our top priority then, to find leaders, who are leaders, not would be despots, followers or takers. Part of being a good leader is the ability to delegate some authority to others. Choosing who we delegate it to though is the trick. The truth is, we are the leaders we search for, we need to speak up, stand and run for office. We need to lead by example, and deny authority to those who demand from others, that which they would never do. Our world, nation and children deserve no less. Be the leader you want, our nation needs and our culture hungers for, in private and public… and society will right itself. Earn real respect… and burn the hornets nest.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Mercy, Humanity and Yeonmi Park’s Story

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, by the one merciful act of an evil man, the world has been given untold blessings. An act that was done to honor a commitment to a slave, someone without power, a voice or even agency. By doing so, and reuniting the family of a little girl, he had raped and was his slave, the world has got to know a great mind. The story is compelling and touching as well as horrifying and atrocious, but in the end… it is a story of redemption, kindness and enlightenment. If a slaver, a child rapist, and probably a man high in the Triad, (to have done what he did) can keep a commitment to a slave he had raped… why do we find it so difficult in our day to day lives? Mercy is a way we can lead by example. If we bring some quality of mercy into the world around us, that may be all the world needs.

That one act has released wisdom upon the world that is like acid to the forces that rule today. The small acts you and I engage in, in our daily lives, may not be as effective, but they help nonetheless. You never know though. Holding the door, a smile and nod to someone, may cause them to not detonate themselves as a suicide bomb, refrain from beating their wife or decide to carry it forward and keep a promise to a slave. The world is made better or worse by little acts of kindness or rudeness. If we judge that only great acts can change the world, but never practice small acts, when the time comes for the great act, we are too out of practice to do it. One good act of an ostensibly evil man, has improved the lot of Mankind. Perhaps yours and mine could as well?

You can never tell how far an act of mercy can go. That crime boss might have thought Yeonmi and her family would be picked up by the CCP authorities and sent back to North Korea, to be killed, or not. One thing he couldn’t have assumed is, that she would escape to the West and become a brilliant advocate for human rights, or that he would play such a part in that story. The missionaries, who saved her from the CCP and got her into South Korea, didn’t do it to save the world, they did it to save a little girl. Their hard philosophy not only condemned those things she had to do to survive, but put them in the place, risking their lives, to save people who had been forgotten. No one in the story is a saint, but they are all human. Like the butterfly effect, both good and evil resonate in the world, to make huge changes.

Mercy is a self interested act. Every act of mercy elevates us, just as every act of rudeness lowers us. Ask anyone, even yourself, when you imagine someone who is truly enlightened, do you imagine someone rude… or someone kind? If kind, then by acting with mercy, we emulate our vision of the enlightened person. Clearly it is a self interested act to become more wise. To be kind one must practice at empathy. Empathy is understanding what others are feeling. Only that way can we be merciful. Moreover, those who have empathy are more in touch with the world around them, at least the emotional world, and since wisdom is understanding the world around you, empathy is a form of wisdom. Mercy then is a way to hone our empathy and therefore wisdom… becoming enlightened

If an evil man’s act of mercy, perhaps his only act of mercy, can lead to so much good, imagine how thousands, then millions of acts of kindness can effect the world. If every one of us did one more act of mercy a day, than we otherwise would have, that is over 6 billion acts, a day. Obviously, we are selfish, cruel and capricious animals. Some of us try to act human, sometimes. Despite our congenital nature being evil, the good in us learned, that inculcated good is why your children can walk safely to the store, and if they cannot, the lack of is why they cannot. It all starts with you and I. This is no more true than when we are in a bad mood. That is the time to intentionally act kindly. In doing so, we change our mood, that person’s day… and the lot of Mankind, in one fell swoop.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

The Criminally Corrupt FBI

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, now the FBI has been exposed as the instigators, operators and financiers of the Gretchen Whitmer “kidnapping plot,” that they claim to have “foiled” days before the 2020 election… makes it hard to deny they are utterly, totally and completely corrupt. That there are credible allegations that the FBI had a hand in the Jan 6 “Insurrection” is all the more damning. How many other false flags are they responsible for? At this point, we can’t take them seriously about anything. Now they want us to believe them about UFOs? Next we will be lining up to buy invisible bridges, swamp land in Death Valley and tropical islands on the Moon. You have to ask yourself, why do we need them? They only serve to undermine democracy, the rule of law, and addict our kids to opiates.

Without total transparency and criminal penalties for miscreants, such powerful agencies as the FBI, the CIA, NSA and the rest of the “national security” apparatus cannot be trusted. Unless you are arguing they are run by, and staffed by, angels, inhuman heavenly creatures. There are those who do believe that… they are called children. Someone with zero life experience. Those of us who have lived a life know better. With every breaking scandal, it becomes more obvious, those at the top of our national security apparatus are our moral enemies. So why do we give them so much unearned, unsupervised and unlimited power over us? The sheep guarded by wolves. The only answer, other than to disband the entire unconstitutional mess… is total complete and unerring transparency.

The role we are told the FBI serves is to track down interstate crime. Polishing that image with the 1960’s TV show FBI, they inculcated that notion into the heads of all us pretty little things. Too bad that is the opposite of the truth. There is nothing the FBI does that local law enforcement couldn’t do better. If you commit a crime in one state, then flee to another, do you honestly think it takes the FBI to nab you? Of course not, the local police will arrest you and send you to the jurisdiction where you allegedly committed the crime. See Kyle Writtenhouse. In the 1930s the FBI went after bootleggers, drugs and organized crime. Since then, the feds legalized booze, 60,000-70,000 kids a year die of overdoses and organized crime is now more prevalent than ever. Fail, total fail and epic fail… quite a track record.

This is not the first time the FBI has been caught interfering with US politics. Read the astounding history of Hoover for more insight into the real role of the FBI. Their complete failure leading to 911 was the trigger for the modern national security apparatus. With everything you say, text or email, recorded, punched and notarized. We are being pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed and numbered, by our overlords. The FBI and national security apparatus is the means for their total despotism. In a sane world, such people would face serious criminal penalties for their crimes. In ours, well, lets just say, it isn’t so sane. Today, the criminal elite are protected by the FBI, while we are terrorized by it. Sane people have nothing but contempt for such agencies and those that run them.

In truth, the FBI and indeed all national security claims are merely attempts to nationalize the police. Defunding the police is just the latest manifestation. The CIA, NSA and the rest are domestic spy agencies, aimed at us, not foreigners, justified as needed for national security. I put to you, would any sane nation invade the US? The only way to invade the US is by pretending to be refugees. Stirring up chaos, thus increasing the need for the national security apparatus. Create a problem, by importing terrorists, then use the fear it generates to increase your funding, power and tyranny. Unless we don’t play along. Demand your representative and senators stop importing terrorist and do their damned job. Reign in the national security apparatus. They are against us, our freedoms and our Constitution.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Tolerating the Intolerable

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, those who run the show, want to demoralize, impoverish us, and kill our kids. How do we know this? Because that is what they are doing. Only the blind (or manipulated) miss that. Why else did New Zealand go into lock down over one case of The Corona? Why did the opioid epidemic get out of hand once the CIA took over Afghanistan’s poppy fields? Why else would they be spending billions of our tax dollars to equip people that openly call for our deaths? How does it make sense that we need to get an untested shot, and prove it to buy or sell, for a disease that is essentially a bad cold? What real purpose is it to wear a face mask, to protect us from covid, that says right on the box, “will not provide any protection against Covid…?” To dehumanize, demoralize and even kill us perhaps?

Clearly, if a mask does not protect from covid, the reason we are being forced to wear one, in places that trend despotic, must be something else. What does a mask do? It hides our identities and thus dehumanizes us, even as they bathe our nose and mouth in disease causing pathogens, generated in the ideal environment for them. They acidify the blood, lower oxygen levels and fog up our glasses. From behind that fog, asphyxiated and anonymous, we cannot think straight. Now that the CIA has found another source of kid killing opiates, CCP made Fentanyl, the people that really run the show have decided to hand Afghanistan back to the Taliban, along with some parting gifts, a few tanks, APCs and attack aircraft. Are they killing our kids with Fentanyl out of compassion? Did they hand Afghanistan back to the Taliban to fight terror? Are they dehumanizing us to help us coalesce?

Shutting down a nation for one case of the Wuhan flu, is not just absurd… it is pathological. Then again, the “President” of New Zealand didn’t have a choice. She was told to. Being the good little puppet she is, she complied, and ruined her reputation forever. Why would they shut down a nation over the Wuhan Flu, since no matter what they do, eventually it will get there and kill… almost no one. Unless you count the motorcycle accidents, heart attacks and strokes that are classified as the Kung flu. Even withholding treatment from the at risk population hasn’t served to gin the numbers of dead enough, so they only report the cases. The only thing that has worked is infecting nursing homes, and that won’t work again… without political repercussions. The pathological cannot be said to be moral.

What kind of people do we have running the world today? Monsters from the id would be better rulers. At least they wouldn’t be as conniving. Pathological murderers, who laundered trillions of US and European tax dollars through the death machine of Afghanistan, and into their own pockets. Not satisfied with that, the imps planted the seed for the next money laundering operation, by giving billions in munitions to our mortal enemies. No way that could go sideways. But if it does, the military industrial complex will be right there, with their bloody hands out. In a sane world, these people, the people behind the curtain as well as their puppets, would face justice. How many mothers, who bore a child in suffering, nursed and cared for that little human being… only to have that beloved one taken away, first by addiction, then by overdose? What is the quality of justice for her? What about 70,000?

The first step to solving a problem is to identify it. Don’t expect the media that calls itself unbiased to point it out. That would be biting the hand that feeds. Don’t plan on our half witted political class to rescue us. They are getting fat off our remains. The bureaucracy, that are supposedly, “public servants,” don’t see themselves as servants, more like bosses. Nevertheless, the present paradigm suits them just fine. They will become Winston Smiths before they realize it. The police, even as they are being defunded, attacked and discredited, are being used as Gestapo, to enforce edicts they know to be unconstitutional, alienating their last allies. Which leaves it all to us. You get what you allow. The intolerant rule the tolerant. Start being intolerant of the intolerable is a good start.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Who’s In Charge?

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, there are two trains of thought, one is that everything that is happening is because the people in charge want it, the other is, that the people in charge are such utter buffoons the world is spinning out of their greasy inept fingers. Both concepts have their strengths and weakness. One look at the people apparently in charge, doesn’t make one comfortable we are in the hands of sane people, let alone competent public servants. Further examination of them, leads us inescapably to conclude, they are psychopaths and half wits almost every one. Biden is only an extreme example. Can you say any of the top leaders in the US or Europe are rational? Would you bet a grand that any one of them is not a pathological liar? If so, I bet you are in the market for an invisible bridge.

It is comforting to think they are merely nincompoops and not demons. No one wants to think our leaders are psychopaths. That is too ugly a truth to behold. The glittering lie, they are fools, simpletons and retards is much easier to believe. Of course, if they are so stupid they have let the world spin out of control, they are too stupid to run a Popsicle stand let alone the world. I think most people would rather believe our leaders are too stupid to tie their own shoes rather than that they are malevolent. Sadly, no matter what we believe, the world is spinning out of control, evil and despotism are on the rise and humanity is on the decrease. Making the question whether they want the world to go to hell… moot. Whether they are incompetent, or malevolent, the results are the same.

Who is really in charge though, the politicians, the bureaucracy or someone else? Most think our politicians are in charge. Well, they did until Trump was elected. Now it is undeniable someone else is in charge. Perhaps the administrative state? They hampered Trump at every step, and were critical in the active election fraud that pushed him out of office, and disenfranchised the American people. They are still at work suppressing any investigation into the 2020 election. Making a strong argument the bureaucracy is now in charge. However they are too diverse to have real power. There is another possibility though. That is there are people behind the curtains who call the shots. People who when mentioned on live TV, are protected, their names are unknown to most and their actions hidden.

If the people who are really in charge, the people behind the curtain, want to make the world as it is, wouldn’t they put idiots apparently in charge… to get the blame? They are obviously clever, know better than to do their evil in the open and use morons to do their dirty work for them. Like Biden. Eating an ice cream cone while the US hands the Taliban Afghanistan, along with billions of dollars worth of weapons, planes and intel. Setting us up for the next false flag attack, to manipulate us into accepting more despotism, to protect us from the crimes of our despots. The fact George Soros gave millions to get states attorneys elected, to facilitate vote fraud, the destruction of the American way and to increase crime, while D’Nesh D’Souza was tried for giving 10k to a republican, makes it undeniable.

Maybe the real answer is a combination of the two ideas, that the world is a latrine fire, because the people ostensibly “in charge,” are too stupid to walk and breathe at the same time, else they are conniving and want it this way. It seems more and more obvious that the people apparently in charge are idiots, but they are not really in charge, their strings are being pulled by someone else, who does want it this way. They want the world on fire so they can reforge it in a way that better suits their demonic inclinations. To that end, they use people who’s pathology is only over matched by their stupidity. So, the reason why the US just gave the Taliban billions of dollars worth of equipment, and a base of operations to wage jihad against us, the people behind the curtain wanted it.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

The Biden Administration’s Core Competency

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, the only thing the Biden administration excels at… is election fraud. In that arena they are expert, but in governance, foreign policy and economics, they are spectacular failures. While no one can be good at everything, you would think the Biden administration would be good at something, anything useful would be nice. Usurping power is their only competence. A handy ability for any would be despot. Lacking other abilities though, robs the utility of the power to steal elections. Because, without at least some policy success, the ability to steal elections loses its effectiveness over time. The reason being is if no one at all votes for you, and everyone knows it, it is harder to convince people you won an election. The way to get at least someone to vote for you is to do something, anything, right.

The Biden administration’s failure at the southern boarder is epic. As literally millions of illegal aliens, many infected with covid stream across the boarder, to be distributed throughout the nation, by the Biden administration, even the courts are pleading with him, to stop the madness. A court recently ruled the Biden administration has to return to Trump’s policy of making asylum seekers wait in Mexico. We will see if they follow that court order, or ignore it, like others. Nevertheless, their policy of flooding the nation with illegal aliens is creating tension in our economy, society and law enforcement. The increase in crime might be called a failure, if the Biden administration didn’t want that increase. As evidenced by their policies and “defunding the police” that encourage crime across our country.

Their mishandling of the economy has led to historic inflation, unemployment and economic dislocation. Monetarists are flipping out at the money printing. They see inflation as always and everywhere a problem with the money supply. The federal reserve has been monetizing the debt since 2008. Today they have turned the printing presses up to 11. The proponents of modern monetary theory claim the inflation is transitory. As if prices ever go down once they rise. Of course, incentivising people not to work is pure evil genius. It makes it nearly impossible for a small business, to do business. Since they’ve been ravaged by the administration’s policies of, encouraging BLM riots to burn down their businesses, arbitrary shutdowns and forcing them to be the state’s secret police.

The slow motion train wreck of the Biden administration’s covid response will go down in history as a case study in failure. Inheriting a set of vaccines, and a pandemic that was all but over, the administration’s policies of distributing corona positive illegals, like small pox blankets, has worked beautifully. It has restarted the covid epidemic and is justifying more lock downs, mask mandates and general tyranny. They are considering vaccine passports, to buy and sell, like the Mark. Having their mouthpieces inculcate fear in the population has turned the people into scared sheep. Livestock who are willing to abuse their own children, if they are commanded to, by people in white lab coats. Because, no one questions the experts, the Biden administration has deemed that white supremacy.

How could anyone have expected anything less than a debacle, by the Biden administration, when they pulled out of Afghanistan? When people have built up a track record of failure, like the Biden administration, failure is just not an option… it’s a feature. Let it not be said the Biden administration itself engaged in open vote fraud, they simply went around the system to make it possible for “rogue actors” to do the dirty work. Their core area of competence. Of course, we all know Biden the dementia patient, isn’t calling the shots, his handlers are. He will be scapegoated for their incompetence, corruption and malevolence. Soon Biden will be gone and the dance floor will get a little smaller. Even as those still dancing get ever more panicked, dangerous and psychotically power mad.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Self Censorship

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, we self censor all the time, out of courtesy, but today we self censor out of fear. There is a big difference between the two. To self censor out of courtesy shows humility, human heartedness and wisdom. To self censor out of fear, shows there are those with power over you, who will extract a price for telling the truth. Because only truths are censored. Lies are either ignored else ridiculed. Truths are dangerous so must be controlled. Forcing people to speak as the powerful wish, by the application of fear, is not the action of someone who cares, is trying to help you, or is benevolent, it is a malevolent act by a malevolent actor. Knowing this is the first step to regaining the ability to tell the truth. We cannot solve a problem until we name it… self censorship through fear is a profound issue.

Using fear as a weapon is as immoral as it gets. One of the advances that Christianity brought into the world… is the idea that all people are created equal. Since we are all created in the image of God himself. How can an equal silence an equal? Only a superior can silence another, whether by force, guile or fear. To silence someone created in the image of God, especially from telling a truth, is to silence the image of God himself. Not only is that immoral, but it is the epitome of arrogance, egoism and impertinence. Such disgraceful people deserve no authority, instead they deserve that which they project on humanity, by reciprocal attribution… subjugation. Because reciprocity is the basis of all true morality, and there can be nothing more reciprocal than reflecting the attribution of another… back.

When truths are silenced, it is never for the benefit of those silenced, it is always for the benefit of the silencer. The best swindlers will convince their victims how virtuous, human hearted and unselfish they are. In our case they tell us, with puppy dog eyes, that we have to remain silent about truths that would expose their lies, since that would harm the economy, create racial injustice, or cause aliens to land. To believe the elite are virtuous, human hearted and unselfish, is to believe unicorn meat is available, canned, in stores near you. The one is as likely as the other. Self censorship out of fear, only serves the interests of unicorn hunters, but never ours. The means, self censorship by fear, exposes the malice of the ends, silencing truths that harm the elite’s power.

You have to admit, the caliber of the person who would use fear, to force people to self censor, is substantially less than .177. A BB is a cannonball to them. Imagine being so afraid of the truth, you would harm another for speaking it? What does that say about those that use fear as a weapon of censorship? It says they are liars, losers, and imps… who would be god kings. They add nothing to the human condition, instead, like the parasitic vermin they are, they only take. They would burn it all down… if they cannot run it, into the ground. Such people are the reason there is poverty, crime and want in the world. They create it all around them with their example. Bestowing power out of fear, only increases their hubris, and decreases our ability to stand up to it in the future.

Recognize when we self censor out of courtesy… or out of fear. Those who manipulate us into self censoring out of fear, claim it is out of courtesy, conflating the two and calling lying a virtue. Once you understand what truths the powerful do not want us to speak, yell them from the rooftops! Bravely speak like a human being with agency. Don’t be rude, speak those truths they would suppress, don’t blurt out untruths masquerading as uncomfortable truths, simply to trigger. Not all knowledge is good, or even should be known, those things that the powerful would have us ignore however, are never of that species. So, self censor out of courtesy, but NEVER out of fear. The elite have every reason to fear the truth, we do not… only their reaction to it. They cannot punish a tsunami of truth though.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Paper Rights

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, without an enforcement mechanism, rights are not worth the paper they are written on. This truth has become obvious in the last year. In the Soviet Union, on paper, the “rights” enumerated were very expansive, in reality, they were nonexistent. Because those with the “authority,” police and laws, took them. Rights may be fundamental, natural and inalienable, but they stand in the way of the power of psychopaths. As impediments to the unlimited power of subhumans, who would be god kings, our Rights are granted at the end of a gun. Paper money and paper rights only value is the esteem we give them. Fiat money is worthless without public opinion to back it up. How much is a Greenback, Wiemar Deutsche Mark, or Soviet Ruble worth today? The same as your Constitutional Rights.

Rights that exist on paper but not in reality are mere manipulations. Manipulations that bestow unearned, illegitimate power… by stealing the basic human Rights of the people and replacing them with empty promises. In the US, we have the Right to freedom of speech, but in practice, access to the modern town square, the internet, is controlled by the elite. In a closet you can say anything you want, in public, the elite censor our speech to protect them from uncomfortable truths. Therefore, in the US, the First Amendment’s freedom of speech is a paper right, not a real right any longer. Most people would agree the Right to earn a living is fundamental as is the Right to buy and sell. Today those Rights are relabeled, privileges, and are being threatened unless we get proof we have had a vaccine.

A contract is only as good as its enforcement. If you buy a car under warranty and it breaks, but the dealership refuses to fix it under warranty, and you don’t demand they fulfill their obligation, that contract is worthless. If you sign a contract to build a house, give the money but the builder doesn’t build the house, and the courts say he doesn’t have to, because… why should he, that contract is unenforceable. Even the most basic contract must have an enforcement mechanism, else one party will certainly violate it, for their own benefit. That is why we have courts, police and laws. The contract between the people and the elite however is not enforceable. If the elite decide not to honor it, they simply do not, and there is nothing we can do about it. There is no enforcement mechanism.

Imagine how unethical the elite are, who disregard our Constitution, in favor of their usurped power over us? Obviously, someone who openly violates a contract is a liar, untrustworthy and a conniver… like the elite who run the world today. A conniver is always full of reasons why they would never do you wrong, just as a liar perpetually tells you, that he is the most trustworthy person alive. Moreover, someone who signs a contract with no intention of following through, is called a swindler. They sell a product, good or service they will not fulfill. They just want your money and prey on your honesty, gullibility and courtesy… traits they utterly lack. They run for office with the lie they will follow our Constitution but have zero intention to. Making them swindlers of the highest order.

It is nearly impossible for the average man or woman to safeguard our Rights, when we are lied to, silenced and our votes stolen. Add to that the clear politicization of the court system, the opacity of government and the national security state… and you have a perfect storm for despotism. We could stand, we could write letters demanding our reps to follow our Constitution, but we don’t. Many of us are scared. If they can so blatantly violate our Rights what is to hold them back from anything? A valid point. There is nothing stopping them from doing anything they want. Until and unless we force them to accept an enforcement mechanism and give it real teeth. Criminal penalties for violating the Constitution, as we face, if we violate their unconstitutional edicts. A Fourth Branch for example.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Power Struggles And Oligarchy

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, the resignation of Cuomo is shocking, for many reasons, none of which are being talked about in the media that calls itself unbiased. The fact a democrat has had his feet held to the fire, for the first time in decades, is astounding in and of itself. That he was brought down by allegations of sexual harassment, when that is usually a resume enhancement for democrats, is a sure sign that was not the real reason he was forced out… by the progressive establishment. As usual the truth is obscured by lies by omission, lies of opportunity and lies of convenience. Any good magician knows the game. Sadly, for Cuomo, he is a political enemy of Kamala, another pretender to the throne, so he had to go. He was allowed to throw himself on his sword. The victim of a power struggle he lost.

Some might argue that murdering thousands of people in cold blood, to forward a political agenda, ala, Hitler, Mao and Pol Pot, would have been a bigger scandal than harassing bimbos, who knew the score before they joined the team. Many people are of the opinion, and I am one, that in the hierarchy of wrongs, murder is at the top. It may vie for top spot with some particularly heinous crimes, but I think it safe to say, most would agree, murder is a class A wrong. In that same hierarchy, grabbing a woman is certainly wrong, rude, and shows a lack of empathy, but I would rather a loved one be groped, than murdered. Now if we compare the numbers of gropings to killings, a few dozen gropings to thousands of killings, one can only conclude that the murders were far more egregious a crime.

One can never neglect the emotional damage done to a victim of sexual harassment… or the families of murder victims. Imagine making the heart wrenching decision to put your beloved parents in a nursing home, because they cannot feed, care for themselves or tend to their drugs any longer. You have to make all the gut turning calculations, “Could I handle their needs, drugs and stay sane?” Moreover, what if I were to fail and give the wrong dose and Mom died? How could anyone forgive themselves such a mistake? Coupled with the fact, many consider themselves less competent than they are, because that is what our culture inculcates, and Mom and Dad end up in a nursing home. Then to watch Dad get beat to death, on a Youtube video, by someone who is only there because he has covid…

So, if the murders were so much worse, then why did Cuomo resign for sexual harassment? Maybe it was to protect the other democrat governors who ordered covid patients into nursing homes, like small pox blankets given to native Americans? You would think that if there was a reason to resign, it would be the large scale slaughter of the aged, by spreading a pathogen in their living facilities. That would make far more sense than for sexual harassment. The same people calling for Cuomo’s head were silent at Bill Clinton allegedly raping Juanita Broaddrik. They remain silent at the stunning allegation of Biden’s finger raping a woman in the Senate chambers. So, clearly, sexual harassment is not a wrong a democrat steps down for. Nor is murder apparently. So why did he step down?

Only a few months ago Cuomo was lauded the hero of Corona. He even wrote a book about it. His star was rising. Oligarchies have limited room for rising stars however. The more power an oligarchy amasses the more deadly the power struggles become. Trotsky was in London when Lenin ordered him murdered. The top becomes more like a pin every day… until only one can dance on it. Anyone who thinks Cuomo resigned because of a bimbo eruption can be sold anything. While I will admit, Cuomo’s leaving the room has limited the liability of other democrats, who are also guilty of mass murder, It was a power struggle, pure and simple. I suspect the first of many. So, get out the popcorn, they are about to start eating each other on national TV. Like piranha deprived of food.

Sincerely,

John Pepin
