The Anti Humans

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, the progressive oligarchy is anti human, in all ways. They universally support death in every manifestation, endorse human slavery, eugenics, and manipulate children into self sterilization. All very progressive… and anti human as well. It is hard to rectify the fact someone openly wants to depopulate the planet with their not being anti human. Progressives are elitists, and elitism by its nature despises the masses, humans, making it an anti human philosophy. Humans are individuals first, groups second, for without the individual to make up the group, there can be no group. So when progressives categorize us as groups, not people, they are dehumanizing us, which is obviously… anti human. What we have then, is an anti human faction in the midst of seizing world wide despotic power.

Abortion, trans movement and abetting human trafficking are clearly anti human. In the 1970s they used to make TV shows where criminals who trafficked people were the villains. Villains who got their comeuppance by the end of the show. The reason these crimes were usually picked is because they are so heinous. Making the villain ever more deserving of Barnaby Jones, Frank Cannon or James Rockford’s attention. Manipulating children into self harm was too heinous for television back then. Of course, abortion was only allowed in the first trimester, imposed by the usurpation of the Supreme Court, ala Buck, Korematsu and Wickard. No one thought babies would be born alive, left to die, then their body parts harvested for diabolical experiments that would make Dr. Mengele blush.

Depopulation of the planet is as anti human as it gets. I have always said, those like Bill Gates, who avow there are too many people on the planet… should lead by example, not from behind. Instead, apparently, they see their role as the facilitators of depopulation, not trail blazers. Which makes me wonder if their ideas are really to help the planet or to help themselves. We know Gates is a hog. So the conclusion cannot be that difficult to discern. Anyone who values the life of others, as unworthy to live, is someone who’s personal value is zero. Because of reciprocal attribution. Another way to put it is, when you point a finger at someone else, three point back at you. So, people who espouse depopulation devalue themselves by their own philosophy, far more than us.

Dehumanizing people is the definition of anti human. Dehumanization is the first step to mass slaughter. It is a tried and true means of generating genocide. For months and years before, the Hutu radio stations called the Tutsi’s cockroaches… leading to the mass slaughter of Tutsi’s by machete. Women, children and men cut up alive… because they were not seen as human beings, but something else, something less. Most people, Thrasymachus’ little men, balk at chopping a child up alive, but not a tree, stick… or cockroach. The Nazis told the Germans they were protecting them from the diseases rampant in the ghettos. To that end Zyclon B was originally made to kill rats. Our elite today have learned this lesson well, and so they are applying it to us today, with the Wuhan flu… very progressive.

Why are we allowing such a malevolent, diabolical and manipulative faction to usurp absolute power? Partly because we were denied a legitimate voice by the 2020 election fraud. Then there is the propaganda ministry, big tech, that controls the flow of information. The monopoly on education the progressive faction enjoys, has served to create a supplicant population, stupefied by the system to be sheep. Then there is the Interagency, the real government, our Constitution’s mortal enemy. The constitutional government only camouflage for it. The anti humans who run the world today have amassed nearly absolute power to implement their anti human agenda. We have lost our voices, the vote and our power, to become the victims… only if we accept that fate. I don’t… nor should you.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Casual Oppression

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, we have become so accustomed to oppression, that we don’t even notice when it spits in our face. Take for example, the trope that it is the job of the elite to incentivize us, to do the “right” things. They openly say it all the time. Using the tax code, regulations and enforcing law depending on political favor, the elite first nudge us, then push us and finally shove us, into doing what they want us to do. Our own wants, humanity and self interest is irrelevant to the identified societal need the elite seek to address. How utterly arrogant of the elite to think they know what is best for us. Does anyone honestly think some arrogant, pathological power monger is going to make better decisions for you and your family, than you? If you do… how many timeshares do you own?

Think about it honestly, last time you heard on the radio, TV or Facebook, that the government is passing a regulation, tax change or executive order, to “encourage” us to do this or that… did you think, “this is open tyranny?” I bet, for most, never. Which means that most of us accept oppression without a thought. Requiring us to ask, “Is it oppression if we don’t know we are being oppressed?” Is the slave oppressed if he knows nothing but slavery then? Is the person harvested for organs oppressed, since they are dead, and therefore cannot know they are oppressed? Are those who are under the spell of a cult… oppressed? Moreover, is someone fine, who has undiagnosed Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever? It depends on what your definition of human being is.

The philosophy that the human animal has no free will, soul or agency, and thus should rightfully be subjected to the personal will of a tyrant or oligarchy, rationalizes oppression, and is the acme of hypocrisy. It is attributing to others a quality that one withholds from oneself. In other words, it is a violation of the Golden Rule. Moreover, attributing others as less than human, releases them to attribute that same quality to the originator… due to reciprocal attribution. Therefore, to believe we have no free will, soul or agency, as a way to rationalize taking free will and agency from us, lowers everyone, especially the presumer. If we accept this argument, then it follows that logically, no self attributed subhuman can have the authority to oppress a human being with a soul, free will and agency.

It can be said that oppression of a human being is an objective as well as subjective evil. To put it another way, if someone is being oppressed (by some objective measure) and they subjectively don’t know it, if you attribute to them free will, a soul and agency, then they are objectively being oppressed. Then we can answer the question, “Should we intervene?” Which I would answer is yes and no. Because if we consider the oppressed to be human beings, it is not up to us to decide, for them, what is a good life… but it is moral to show them. Explain to the swindled, how they were swindled, so it won’t happen again. Doling out punishment is for those who have the legitimate authority however. If those who claim that authority are the oppressors, in calling it out, we regain our agency and freedom.

When the elite use the tax code, not to generate revenue but to change behavior, that is oppression and needs to be recognized as such. It is the epitome of an arrogant elite dehydrating themselves by spitting in our faces. When, more often than not, that tax, regulation or political favor leads to a pernicious incentive. Proving the elite are not adept, but inept. Assuming they know best, and so exploit the levers of power to play mad scientist, making us lab rats. Since we are accustomed to the role, we don’t complain, paying the toll, and they continue their malevolent game. I have to wonder, are we subhumans, the therefore subhuman elite think we are, to be oppressed at their whim… or are we human beings, men and women, with inalienable free wills, souls and agency? Then act accordingly.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

The Thunderdome Model

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, many of us would like nothing better than to see a zombie apocalypse, just to live in interesting times. Perhaps that is why so many are willing to embrace what we know in our hearts to be a lie… to get that exciting adventure. Hollywood has glamorized dystopia for generations. From Soylent Green to Walking Dead, Hollywood, or more precisely, the cultural elite, have predicted a coming American dystopia since the 1970s. Almost like the elite want a dystopia? But of course… they do. People cannot have it too good else we will destroy something just to see what will happen. Soon, we discover we don’t like chaos, and hopefully we can put it back. In the case of an societal collapse, it is unlikely we can close that Pandora’s Box, let alone put the demons back in.

People disconnected from reality can romanticize all they want because they are ignorant of what it takes to keep a human being alive. Meat comes from a deli, power from a switch and heat through a duct, they have never sustained themselves outside for more then a day, camping… whining the whole while. A grumbling belly doesn’t feel so bad… when it is someone else belly. If Sly Stallone can climb a sheer rock face in the blistering cold, with a wet tee shirt on, then the cold can’t be that bad. Many have grown a lovely garden consisting of a dozen onions, a squash vine and a flower arrangement. Which they are certain could feed them for the year. This is a real societal problem, that the people who want to make all the decisions for everyone, are idiots.

Even as many romanticize dystopia their innate normalcy bias gives them the comfort to believe nothing can go wrong. They think that a few peasants will fight to the death for their entertainment, but their lives can only get better. How could anything go bad for them? It hasn’t in the past. So, no matter what they do to make the world worse, their lot cannot go down, or so their ids tell them. One thing that most people don’t realize is that things go badly, slowly at first, then all at once. The thrill of a coming dystopia that is not tempered with a knowledge of what it really means for everyone, is the thrill of someone about to be thrown into a wood chipper feet first, alive… who is blindfolded and doesn’t even know what a wood chipper is. That deep hum of something running is elating though.

The romanticizing and normalcy bias allow those captured by absurd ideas to implement them with the gusto of a zealot. Since the universe would never harm them, suffering is for the little people, they can be secure in doing what it takes to bring on the reset that will empower them forever, to make every decision for everyone. A dynasty of the oligarchs where the elite are locked in, no one, regardless of merit, will ever be allowed in again. All they need do is eliminate freedom of speech, the Right of the People to assemble to have grievances heard, castrate the Right of self defense, create chaos and crime while using law as a political weapon. No way these things could negatively effect the lives of the elite, just the lives of the people they want to oppress… right?

I think we can all agree, that there are policies the elite could implement that would protect our society, culture and nations from a dystopia… and the elite are not doing them. Instead, the elite are implementing everything possible to bring it on, almost like the elite today are intentionally creating a Beast system, just to see it in action. I think they are captured with the romance of creating dystopia, while at the same time thinking everything will remain the same, for them, but what excitement at seeing us suffer. What they fail to realize, is that the person running the Thunderdome never wears a pin stripe suit or power dress, they reek, wear ear necklaces and pelt shawls. The people who used to wear pin stripes and power dresses, fight to the death in them, for the entertainment of the hopeless.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

The Cycle of Rise and Fall

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, every civilizational collapse that has ever happened, was the result of the elite destroying the very edifice they ruled. This is due to several factors. Our propensity to take for granted that which is given to us, the arrogance that comes of power and our innate yet false belief, that things will always go on as they are today. The way the elite corrode the edifice they set atop, is by turning away from the societal myth, using law as a political weapon, and excreting on it. Not once in human history has the fall come from the people, always from the elite, and those times that might be argued the people were so corrupt the fall became inevitable, when plumbed of truth, show the people were just following their leaders. Because every collapse is the result of bad leadership.

Saint Aquinas said that Routine is a gift from God, in that it allows us to do mechanistically, that which would take a great deal of thought otherwise. Routine and the expectation of routine leads to normalcy bias. On 911, people stayed at their desks and continued working until the towers fell, because of their normalcy bias. The elite are as susceptible to this as any of us. Which allows the elite to believe, no matter how they pervert the system to their own corrupt ends, it will always work fine, they are biased to thinking everything will always be “normal.” People in the West take for granted the extraordinary times we live in as ordinary. For tens of thousands of years, until the industrial revolution, humanity lived in perpetual want. That is normal, not our opulence, and normal is where we could end up.

Power grants those who have it with many benefits, the virtue of modesty is not one of them. People long accustomed to power become arrogant thinking they can do no wrong. Evidence of their ineptitude only reinforces their absolute confidence in themselves. Once there is a nexus of the arrogance of long held power, normalcy bias and presumption… the elite will destroy the very edifice that gives them authority. Unless limited somehow and enforced with draconian punishments the elite cannot help themselves. It is human nature. You and I are no different. Given long held power, our tendency to normalcy bias and the presumption, or taking for granted that which is given not worked for, we would be no different. It is how the elite always destroy a culture that is interesting though.

All cultures are created along side a cultural myth. That myth is the foundational ethos that gives a culture its resilience. The people adhere to that myth until they are divested of it by the elite. Since it is always the elite who abandon it first, thinking themselves too smart, cosmopolitan and sly, to fall for that old myth. That scorn flows downhill. Eventually even the lowliest street beggar has nothing but contempt for the ethos that sustains his culture. What do you suppose happens then? Once the elite realize they can use law as a weapon of political power, with impunity, why wouldn’t they? Only a fool would refuse to, allowing such a weapon to fall into the hands of an enemy. Then there is the open defecating on the system they stand atop. Smearing it with contempt, bile and excrement.

No culture, system or nation can withstand such a sustained attack from within for long. History shows they fail, slowly at first, then all at once. They are rarely, or maybe never saved, once the slow failure starts. Because the elite by that time are intractable. Filled with the arrogance of long held power, firm in their confidence in themselves and knowing in their hearts that everything will always be normal, such an elite cannot help but undermine the societal myth, smearing their system with scorn, while using law as a political weapon of mass destruction. It might be possible for the people to suddenly embrace virtue and put the elite in their place. More likely, any that try will end up in a gulag, like the Jan 6 protesters. Then from the rubble, the elite will whine, “How could this have happened?”

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Population Collapse? Start A War!

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, trading that which you need, for that which you have too much of, is stupid. So why is it then that the world is facing a demographic disaster, with a dearth of young people, yet the elite want to squander their lives in wars across the planet? On the face of it this seems stupid beyond reckoning. China not only has the oldest population on the planet but their population is projected to continue shrinking for decades. Russia also has a small and diminishing child bearing population. Europe is in worse shape than Russia yet NATO seems intent on war. The US is only keeping up with unlimited immigration, choosing to abort our children and import others to fill the gap. Under these demographic conditions, killing the youth by war, drugs and vaccine adverse events… just doesn’t compute.

China is facing a population collapse. The One Child Policy has not only slaughtered uncountable millions of Chinese people in the womb, but the pernicious incentive it set up has twisted the male to female ratio to a population collapsing deformation. If you think about it, in two decades when the Chinese population is projected to be at its lowest, if the CCP still exists, it will be faced with an empty nation. Which makes the spending of today’s youth for tomorrow’s empty land all the more absurd. Unless the CCP and Western elite are at heart actual enemies of the human species. Then it would make perfect sense to start a war to kill off the last of the child bearing. Either way, the result will be the same… if the CCP starts a war of expansion to conquer Taiwan.

Europe has aborted its way to demographic collapse. If it were not for the replacements from the Middle East Europe would already be facing severe depopulation. Since the replacements will not fight for NATO, the last of the European children will have to give up their lives in the war of expansion, to finally put down Putin. It will be well worth spending the last of Europe’s native children, to stop a mad man who has done such horrendous things as, overseen the resurgence of the Russian economy, brought the oligarchs to heel and restored the Russian sense of self esteem. I can see why the elite in the West want him gone. Such an example. Genocide of one’s own people, to punish a political foe makes perfect sense… if the elite are psychotically anti human. Otherwise, it is absurdity writ large.

Russia has rebuilt its military, I suppose to stop NATO’s advancement. Regardless of the reason, The Russian people need to spend their kids on the Donbass, like someone toothless needs a tooth brush. What if Russia fights a war with NATO so Taiwan can fall into the clutches of the CCP? Because that will be the result if a war starts in Ukraine. How does Putin rectify the crushing loss of his youth with the dubious gain of more land? Land that in a few decades will be empty of people due to the low fertility rate of the Russians. Who knows, perhaps Putin is driving NATO’s expansionism, who can tell with the pathological liars we have for a media. What we do know without a doubt, is that when you have too little of something, trading it for something you have too much of, is stupid.

If our overlords were the least human hearted, the CCP would be importing women from the Hell hole of North Korea, to be wives, instead of spending those boy’s lives on conquering land they don’t need. Europe and the US should concentrate on stopping abortion and fostering the family, instead of importing replacements, and Russia would stop honing that chip on its shoulder. Because, what good is it to rule the whole world, if no one is on it? What use is the machinery of another nation if your people are too few to run your own? I have put forth two possibilities, that the elite are stupid, else evil, but I wonder if there isn’t a third option. That the elite are both… so stupid, they trade what they need for what they have too much of, and gleeful at the slaughter, suffering and spectacle.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

This is Constitutional Rule?

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, we live in a day and age where what is clearly written in the Constitution is ignored, while that which is not written in it, is called sacrosanct constitutional law. The only rational conclusion one can reach from this, is that we live in post constitutional times, or post constitutional America. Probably the most pernicious form of arbitrary rule. To have the appearance of constitutional limitations when it is actually a cover for arbitrary rule. Which must devolve to adjudicating constitutional law depending on the political favor of the applicant. Which, not shockingly, is what we observe happening in our courts today. Not that it hasn’t always been a problem, but they are so blatant today, it has come out into the open. Exposing the ugly visage of oppression in rose lipstick.

No one can argue with a straight face, that the Second Amendment is followed, nor the First as it pertains to the press, Julian Assange, New York Post and Project Veritas, for examples. The First Amendment’s protection of freedom of religion has been perverted to freedom from religion. Protection in our personal papers has become a standing joke in the era of the NSA. Ask President Trump how attorney client privilege works today. January 6 was not an insurrection of the people, against a lawful authority, but of an unlawful authority against the Constitution’s First Amendment’s Right, to peaceably assemble for a redress of grievances. In that case, to address the mountains of evidence that the 2020 election was an open fraud. Instead the FBI created a false flag to discredit any investigation.

Meanwhile the Lucifer lobby is apoplectic about allowing states to ban abortion. They claim it is a blatant violation of the Constitution. Where is it written you may ask? No one really knows, ask a dozen constitutional lawyers and you will get two dozen answers. All of them word salad. We used to be told it was a protection of doctor patient confidentiality, but Obama care blows that story out of the water, with its provision requiring doctors to judge the suitability of their patients to own guns, and to report gun ownership of those deemed inept to the authorities. Regardless of its justification now, it is a wholly invented “constitutional right” that is now sacrosanct within the Lucifer lobby. The church of Satan is now demanding the courts admit abortion as a Religious Right. Moloch must be fed after all.

Arbitrary rule is how Aristotle defined tyranny. A philosopher once said that if you have to live under a tyranny, arbitrary tyranny is the worst. Because when tyranny is coded in law, at least even the tyrant must follow it, giving some recompense to the oppressed. In arbitrary tyranny however, the oppressed have no legal recourse… other than the charity of the oppressor. The thing about oppressors though, is that they tend to lack empathy. This is the case if the oppressor is a tyrant, oligarchy or democratic tyranny of the majority over the minority. Socrates was condemned by a free and fair democratic vote. One that was immediately rued after the sentence was carried out. Nonetheless, arbitrary rule, no matter what its instrument, is the worse form of government, especially when disguised as Constitutional rule.

You have to hand it to the elite in the US, to have so effectively perverted the Constitution into a document that enforces arbitrary rule, (the opposite of its intent), is pure genius. Evil genius to be sure but genius nonetheless. If any justice is to be served, the malevolent elite responsible for perverting our Constitution would be charged, tried and if guilty, sentenced as severely as a redheaded orphan. The mask is off, and everyone sees the hideous face of the oligarchy. As Emperor Palpatine, the more they use their evil power to pervert the Constitution, the uglier they get. Lacking any sense of self awareness they continue gleefully. The oligarchy becomes more repulsive by the moment, which will drive everyone from them, sooner or later. Bringing back actual Constitutional rule… if we demand it.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

The January 6, 2021 Insurrection

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, on the one year anniversary of the January 6 protest, we need to set the record straight. The real insurrection was done months before, in the lead up to, and the fraudulent election of 2020. Where the elite made election fraud simple and effective. Then, to stop an investigation of their crime, the FBI created a false flag, using the unindicted “insurrection” leaders, like Ray Epps, who openly called for violence, (and was denounced at the time as a fed) yet still remains free. Even as Jan 6 trespassers are still in prison awaiting their speedy trial. The thousands of hours of video the elite are hiding is proof of a cover up. So, yes, January 6 did represent an insurrection, not of the people against a legitimate authority, but of an illegitimate authority against the people, our Constitution and polity.

Who ever heard of someone accused of trespassing awaiting trial in prison? A school shooter was recently let out on 25K bail, so why would the courts keep someone accused of trespassing in a penitentiary, when trespassing isn’t even a jailable offense? It makes no sense whatsoever… unless, they are in fact political prisoners. If a government treats two people accused of the same crime differently, then that government is engaging in arbitrary rule. If the different treatment is based on politics, which it usually is, then that government is using law as a weapon of political oppression. Such a government discredits itself by that action. Not only delegitimizing its rule but proving itself unworthy. People who exploit legitimate authority for illegitimate power must face criminal consequences.

What crime is more deleterious of the body politic, social cohesion and economic prosperity, than when government is so corrupt it uses law as a weapon of political oppression? Nothing, that’s what. How can anything be more corrosive of human welfare than such a corrupt government? Not a serial killer, nor a criminal underworld, not Bernie Madoff style fraud, nor Enron type accounting, there is no crime that is more destructive of everything we hold dear, than election fraud and the corruption that follows. Because government corruption leads to genocide, war and famine. Where the victims are not a person, a few people or even a segment of society, but everyone. That the crimes committed by government are not a mere inconvenience, but mortal, means they must be limited through draconian punishment.

There is a mountain of evidence of the election fraud in several states with extremely close vote counts. Which makes the ad homonym attacks on anyone who brings them up kind of absurd. Especially since the democrats doing the attacking… question the legitimacy of every election they lose. Simply the appearance of shutting down vote counting, half way through, then taking days to count the remaining votes, hidden from view… smacks of corruption. Moreover, had a republican state done this, and the election results changed from democrat with a comfortable lead, to a republican with a narrow victory, democrat operatives would have staged a literal insurrection. Worse than the summer of love or Trump’s inauguration. It would have taken more than two divisions of army to protect the fraudsters.

Then there is the Gretchen Whitmer FBI false flag that is falling apart. That scandal has the same trajectory as the Jan 6 plot. Where the FBI set up innocent people, funded, planned and orchestrated the “crime,” only to make a political point just before an election, and jail a few innocent people with the wrong political ideas. That same thing appears to be happening in the Jan 6 “insurrection.” Where the FBI planned and orchestrated it then covered up their involvement. Crimes that would put you or I in prison for decades. There needs to be a reckoning about January 6, the FBI’s role, the instructions Nancy Pelosi gave to the Capital police, the deaths of the protesters, and the release of all video, plumb the sewer… then make examples of the guilty elite.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Censorship, Appeal To Authority and Political Correctness

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, the elite’s break from enlightenment philosophy is so complete, appeal to authority is the only argument that is allowed. It is either ironic or diabolic, how the new class, people who’s training is all about classic liberal philosophy, have not only abandoned that school of thought but actively attack it. Even turning on the Nuremberg code, to inject a substance that has not been fully tested into everyone, and if the new Pfiser whistle blower’s claims are true, wasn’t correctly tested at all. Similar to the elite that derive their authority from the Constitution yet undermine it with every breath. Perhaps as Dr Malone says, it’s mass formation psychosis, maybe they are mesmerized by post modernism, or taught stupidity but it is clear, the elite across the world have lost their collective minds.

The foundation of the academy is supposed to be the enlightenment principles of; the scientific method, open discourse, freedom of thought, freedom of speech and abandoning appeal to authority. Today, our colleges and universities have reversed these foundational principles to; an infallible deity called “The Science,” silencing hate speech, political thought police, the only people allowed to speak are the authorities and only the authorities with the correct political bent. A complete reversal of the historic ethos at the academy. Since this claptrap is taught to the youth, almost universally in our public schools, colleges and universities, those inculcated generally believe it. Dealing with the cognitive dissonance holding such conflicting ideas bring, with rage against the patriarchy.

Such nonsense has been taught to our kids for decades now, which means, most of the elite have been schooled in hating the US and everything about it, only loving the Enlightenment for its evolution, Hegel and skepticism about God. To stay in the good graces of the campus thought police, one must engage in an hour of hate a day, screaming all that frustration out… at everything good the Enlightenment stood for. How could it be possible for them to be any different? No wonder most of the elite today despise the very things that give them authority in the first place. Being so maleducated, they believe the power they wield is somehow owed to them, for being born in the aristocracy. A return to the rights of kings, aristocratic prerogative and us a permanent plebeian class, for our own good.

How do we know that appeal to authority is embraced by the elite today? By the open censorship of anyone with a dissenting point of view. If the point of view of a dissenter is absurd, everyone will see it, and ridicule will soon follow. If however, the point of view of a dissenter is valid and the narrative advanced by the elite absurd, the ridicule will flow to the elite’s absurdity. Since dissenting voices are objectively being silenced by the corporatist social media giants, Trump, MTG, Dr Malone, etc… it follows that the corporatists who are censoring people for not having the proper credentials, even when they do, are pushing a false narrative. When only authorities, fully licensed, credentialed and authorized by the elite, are allowed to speak, that is the definition of appeal to authority.

That our elite have totally broken with Enlightenment principles, except atheism, cannot be denied. That so many don’t recognize it, especially those who should, is a testament to how blind the elite have become. Like people who go on and on about how much they hate cigarettes and reek of them at the same time. How many professors today even consider debate instead of appeal to authority? I bet not a one. If an elite with a whole alphabet of credentials, tells them the sky must be green (showing the work) and grounds keeper Willy looks up and says the sky is blue, the professors will go with the green sky every time, because, appeal to authority. Since the elite have abandoned the very foundation of their authority, in every way, it is time to view their authority… as illegitimate. Until they legitimize it.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

The Distraction Of Enemies

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, an age old strategy of despots in the process of ruining a society, culture and ethos, is to distract the people with a foreign enemy. The fear that a foreign enemy creates in the masses, is usually sufficient to keep our eyes diverted from our own lot, and how it is decreasing. This is one of the main reasons the entire national security apparatus exists. Magic operates the same way, the magician diverts the attention of the audience to one place, while he does his magic in another. It works because we are animals that focus. When we focus on a thing we see it to the minutest detail, but sacrifice all detail of anything outside that field of focus. Why else is a nerd getting hit in the glasses with a basket ball a meme? Yup… distraction is a tyrant or oligarch’s best friend, as we see today in the West.

I have to wonder aloud, why is Russia such a threat? So much so that NATO insists on marching to Moscow? What deep interest do I personally have in sending people’s children to die in the cold snow on the other side of the planet? I don’t see any. Do you? Nevertheless, the elite have some great need to send our kids to die or be maimed in Ukraine, and they appear unwilling to take no for an answer. The fact Russia has enough nuclear weapons to literally blow up the world is no impediment. In fact, the threat of nuclear annihilation is a benefit to them, for the fear factor. What we have in the Ukrainian situation is the result of the elite, making someone an enemy, who is rightly an opponent. When a three year old does this, we say they are unsocialized, when a government does it, we go to war.

The trouble in Taiwan is the result of piss poor planning on the part of the elite. I mean, seriously? Are they that stupid? Or are they malevolent? Either way, had we kept up with our relations with Taiwan, regardless of the Communist’s reaction, Taiwan, with 75% of the world’s semiconductor manufacturing, wouldn’t be facing imminent invasion by the CCP. Had we armed them to the teeth, the CCP would have whined, but all they would have sent our way would have been pointed words, acerbic sentences and foul language. Since the elite did nothing in the face of the CCP buildup of their war machine, mirroring the Nazis rebuilding the Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine. In fact, in both cases, paid for by Wall Street. Which, you have to admit, makes the problem entirely the fault of the elite.

What would be the distraction the elite created foreign enemies to distract us from? Anyone asking this question proves the utility of distraction. Some might point to the crisis at the boarder. Which is a crisis for the people but apparently an opportunity for the hegemonic progressive faction. Others could complain about the inflation that exceeds Carter’s stagflation. The slowdown in the economy, the supply chain stoppage, opioid overdoses, unconstitutional covid restrictions and mandates, are other issues that the elite might want to distract us from. Then there is the open election fraud made possible by mail in voting. A practice that is banned in any sane country that actually values polity. These are a few examples of things the elite might want to distract us from… with a foreign war or two.

If you think about it, and most are loath to, any elite that would kill, maim and mentally hobble kids to hide their failings, don’t deserve mercy… since they have none. You have to answer for yourself, if the elite are in fact creating foreign enemies, to distract us from national issues. Moreover, lacking all those evil enemies, why would we need a national security apparatus, that violates the very foundational ethos of our system of government, as explained by our Constitution, the Federalist Papers and the Anti Federalist Papers? Good thing we have enemies then, else we could enjoy the freedoms set forth in the Constitution, unfettered by the utterly corrupt NSA, CIA and FBI. Call me provincial, but I think we should stay free of all foreign entanglements, they are distractions that lead to oppression.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Corruptocracy and Corruptocrats

Dear Friends,

It seems to me… corruption begets corruption, not only vertically but laterally. As a bad apple spoils a barrel of apples, a corrupt politician who gets away with it, quickly spoils the whole elite. The more public the offense ignored, the more destructive to the body politic, because it emboldens others to be as corrupt. Since people follow their leaders, if our leaders are corrupt, all of society will follow and be corrupt as well. Moreover, the more corrupt the elite are, the less they will enforce the laws among themselves, except as a political weapon. It all starts with one member of the elite getting away with corruption. That is why we must be utterly intolerant of even a hint of corruption in government, especially in our own faction, for if we allow it among ourselves, how can we condemn it in others?

People are self interested. Carneades once said in the Forum, and I paraphrase from memory, “Mankind imposed upon himself a set of laws as an expedient, for men being like animals, each striving for his own self interest, make justice impossible, because for a man to be just he would have to do violence to his own self interest.” How much more so when someone is above that law? One of equal station to another, who is flouting the law, morals and constitution with impunity, will wonder what is wrong with themselves for falling behind, in virtue, while he gets ahead in vice? The moment this paradigm begins, all is lost, unless it is reversed. Sadly, reversing corruption becomes more difficult the deeper it oozes into the system, since then… anyone in a position to clean it, has a stake in maintaining it.

Corruption cannot help but flow downhill. Up and comers emulate those above, not those below. They dress as their superiors, go to the same parties, talk the same, use the same jargon and laugh at the boss’s jokes. If the boss is corrupt, the bootlicks will follow and be corrupt as well. A corrupt person always feels most comfortable dealing with the corrupt, (due to mutually assured destruction) so the corrupt flunky will get promoted, at the expense of the stakeholders, good governance and more competent choices. As each level of elite get saturated with corruption that corruption must then saturate the next level below. Eventually, everyone in the system becomes corrupted and the system fails to function. Not because of an inherent flaw in the system but because of the nature of mankind.

How can people do business once society has become utterly corrupt? The short answer is, we cannot. In a society that has become corrupted top to bottom, contracts are irrelevant if one party has the means to have a team of attorneys nullify them, doing business on a handshake would become an anachronism, stores would face constant theft by a myriad of ways, as the thieves wouldn’t face prosecution, riots would rage uncontested by the “authorities,” razing businesses to the ground without insurance covering it, election fraud would be obvious and rampant, along with other clear signs of a culture crumbling before your very eyes. Clearly, an economy cannot function at anywhere near its natural capacity under such conditions. It must be hobbled by the corruption.

Encouraging virtue in the masses is a war of attrition against an overwhelmingly powerful foe. No matter how many times you shower and mop the floor, if raw sewage is dripping from above, it is impossible to keep clean. Every great empire, culture or nation that has ever risen in virtue, has fallen in vice. They become a corruptocracy run by corruptocrats. The corruptocrats have become so bold they don’t even try to hide their corruption. Punching down as in the Jan 6 trespassers. We can push back however. If enough of us are swayed, by Jordan Peterson and others, to lead by example while cleaning the government of corruption… it is possible to fix it. The next challenge though, the intractable one, is how do we prevent it from happening again? A Numa might be helpful.

Sincerely,

John Pepin
