The Trap of Ideology

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, ideology itself is evil. All ideologies. They are a mind trap, a glass maze that gives us the illusion of being able to go anywhere, but in fact, trapping us into only going where they allow. Moreover, at every dead end, and there are only dead ends, there is a group of people mingling and patting each other on the back, that they have reached enlightenment at that dead end. If you have the misfortune of getting there, they will do everything they can, to keep you there. Trapped and bound by a dead end ideology. The only way out is to refuse to play. Transcend ideologies by recognizing them for what they are, mind traps. It is only the mind unfettered by glass mazes that is able to operate in all directions. Our goal then is to make systems to get us out of that maze.

Ideologies all have another thing in common, they all have a speck of truth, a speck that hooks you in then the glittering lies mesmerize. That is how so many are held at an obvious dead end. They think it is the goal, when ideological mazes don’t have exits, only dead ends. That speck of truth is what lures the unsuspecting into the maze. Once inside, the glass walls guide by feel rather than by experience or vision. Like the box of gold at the end of a rainbow, that speck of truth cannot be realized, it will forever be arms length away. Like the dog that didn’t bark however, that speck of truth is unaccompanied by other truths. This is one way to recognize the bait in a trap. Another, the best way, is to never eat free cheese, you never know what it might lead to.

The most dangerous ideologies are totalizing ideologies, they take away even your agency. Once in the maze, if it has an easy answer to everything, it is totalizing. Like an algorithm that takes any input and spits out one of three answers. Such a thing is simple to operate and takes away the burden of thinking… thus the agency of the zealot. The brain however is like any other attribute, if it is not used it atrophies, as do the body and the spirit. The brain on ideology withers until it becomes incapable of even the simplest of tasks. Adding two and two in the mind becomes such a burdensome project it is best left to politicians with accountants. Totalizing ideologies then, not only take away our agency, but retard us in mind, in this they are diabolical as they are pernicious.

Ideologies are handy though. They are a means to sort people into groups and pit us against each other. The most effective ideologies then are those that empower the government. Because in a system with a weak government, people need not care about politics, so the power of ideology weakens. The closer the government and politics come to becoming the means of distribution of the goods of society, (socialism)… the more powerful ideologies become. When you have no choice but to pay attention to government, else go poor, then you have to sort into ideologies… that fight over a piece of an ever shrinking pie. Everyone becomes aware of this and ideology becomes mankind’s most destructive idea. Therefor, the one thing that undermines the evil power of ideology… is to weaken government.

Vote for the man or the party are two sides of a wooden nickel. Voting for the party takes away your agency because you need not burn a single precious calorie in your brain to do it. Voting for the man is relying on his or her ideology, which in some way is less thoughtful than relying on one’s own, even if flawed. As in all things, the “golden path” is between the extremes. Vote for the man… and the party, since ideology is pervasive. We must use our vote like a surgeon uses a scalpel, with care and precision, always seeking to lower the power, scope and role of government, and thus lowering the diabolical power of ideology. If we can return to a meritocracy, then our children could live in a golden age. If we fail, and ideology wins, our children will live under oppression and want.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Our Marius and Sulla Moment is Near

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, we in the US are rapidly approaching our Marius and Sulla moment. Marius was a Roman statesman of the Patrician class and Sulla was a People’s tribune. They each formed factions within the Senate. Marius was the leader of the conservative and Sulla the progressive faction. The acrimony became so hateful that Marius marched hundreds of Sulla’s supporters into the Forum and had them killed. The Roman’s outraged reaction put Sulla in charge… who promptly slaughtered his way through Marius’ faction. That suicidal filial fighting led to the elimination of much of Rome’s best genes. For decades Roman’s would have to live abroad to survive the factional fighting… even if they were not partisans. The whole thing led to Rome’s downfall.

The rise of the First Triumvirate and finally Caesar’s crossing the Rubicon with his legion, was all because those two factions could not engage as adults, but only as homicidal children. Rome’s fate was sealed when Caesar beat Pompi. Brutus and his cabal tried in vane to restore Rome to a republic, but no one would go back there, the violence was too great. Better to be ruled by a hedonistic dictator rather than revolving mass murderers. Like Cuomo. So Rome abandoned the republican system forever. Which of course led to it’s complete destruction and the Dark Ages. Why tell you this story? Because it is a cautionary tale, of what happens when a great republic abandons it’s founding principles, and civil discourse, for progressive principles, and violence as the arbiter of truth.

I warned that the Bubba Effect was going to happen… and it has. Bubba picks up a gun and defends his locality. To stop the chaos due to democrat mayors ordering their police to stand down in the face of violence. A common tactic of leftists since at least Benghazi. Here is a tidbit of information I bet you don’t know. When a business is looted, burned or otherwise destroyed by rioters… insurance doesn’t cover the damages! Small business owners have to suck it up. In the absence of police protection some self interested small business owners have asked people to help defend their businesses. When they have, the same prosecutors who refuse to prosecute violent rioters, vindictively charge the defenders criminally. Showing democrats have abandoned our founding principles and even civility itself.

Every Marxist revolution that has ever taken place, has been led by disaffected intellectuals and soldiered by the poor, ignorant, hopeless, and mercenaries where the money is available. Moreover, a communist or socialist revolution is really a class war of subjugation. In this case it is led by the intellectuals and soldiered by sociopaths and mercenaries. Almost certainly paid for by George Soros, other Lucifarians and billionaire progressives. This class war is the uber rich against everyone else. They have had enough of our shenanigans. It is time they took control overtly, so they don’t have to worry about the Epstein’s of the world getting caught, and having to suicide them. They want to be able to molest children in public tomorrow… as they feed Moloch in public today.

The factional fighting around us may not be history repeating itself, but it is definitely an echo. That the progressive faction has abandoned our founding principles and civility itself, for self serving ones, is exactly where Marius and Sulla were. Whenever people are unwilling to negotiate, but instead must have total arbitrary power, any disagreement has to devolve to violence. Unreasonable people cannot be reasoned with. From here, if we take Rome’s history as a cautionary tale, and apply those lessons to the US, and indeed Europe and Australia as well, clearly, the path we are on leads to Hell itself. Knowing that, doesn’t it make sense to take a different path? Maybe return to founding principles and civility? Else we will lose everything and plunge the world into another thousand year Dark Age.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

More Stimulus?

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, before more stimulus money is printed then loaned to the government at interest, maybe we should demand an accounting of the trillions they have already spent? Who doesn’t like spending other people’s money? Especially when the people’ who’s money you are spending are not even born yet. Heck, they might not even make it past the abortionist’s knife anyway. Those that do, why not saddle them with unpayable debt, the moment they are born? Demonstrating our deep hatred of our children and grandchildren. Sending them to schools that we know will not teach them to reason, read, do math, history, balance a set of books, or understand cash flow. We so deeply despise our children that those who make it past the abortionist are saddled with debt and denied a decent education.

Because of the government’s profound mishandling of the Wuhan Flu, the economy “needed” two trillion dollars for stimulus, and provide extra payments to the people to buy our complacency, for twelve hundred dollars. First it might be wise to get a grip on how much money a trillion dollars is. That number is mind boggling. A billion is a thousand million. So a billion dollars could make a thousand people millionaires. A trillion dollars, (in US accounting) is a thousand billion dollars. So a trillion dollars is enough to make a thousand thousand people millionaires. That is a million people… millionaires. Two trillion could have made two million people millionaires. That twelve hundred was a pittance (300B) to buy our silence while they gave the lion’s share (1.9T) to their cronies.

I can’t find a single story about any accounting of where that money was spent. There are lots that say where it was supposed to be spent but news where the money actually went is rare. I have read alarming stories, that much of the small business money went to Planned Parenthood, who then gave some back to the DNC as campaign contributions. I wonder how much more went to other cronies? Maybe, once the knowledge will do us no good, we will be allowed to know. To our utter horror I am sure. Stealing from our children and grandchildren to enrich wealthy psychopaths is always a good idea, just ask the rich psychopaths, they’ll tell you. If you worry about it, just let an abortionist dismember your children in the womb and toss their unsalable parts into a dumpster… problem solved.

Now the elite want to print and spend another two trillion. I am sure none of the money will go to cronies this time, not like last time, this time the money will be spent more effectively… and canned unicorn meat will become available in stores near you. We will probably get another pittance, a twelve hundred dollar check, to make us complicit in the economic rape of our heirs. Yea, we might get another three hundred billion in cash payments, while the rest will go to DNC bootlicks. Which you have to admit is a darn good swindle to play on a people. Print money, (driving up inflation), hand out a pittance to buy our children, and make us pay it all back at interest. Genius, if diabolical, but brilliant nonetheless. Paying psychopaths to enslave our children. Very progressive of us.

Of course, the true beneficiaries of all that stimulus are political cronies, and the cost will fall onto our children and grandchildren, in diminished life outcomes. Those that don’t end up a snack for Moloch at a Planned Parenthood. They want to spend more than four trillion dollars to fix a problem they created out of whole cloth, a fix that will elevate their mistakes, making them enduring and terrible for generations to come. Empty hearted people that progressives are, they care nothing, but for themselves. To bribe us into inflicting pain on our own blood, for their profit, is psychopathic manipulation of the highest order. Hitler is groveling in Hell right now, not just at the pure suffering he is going through, but in reverence of today’s progressive leaders… People who have earned their place down there.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

The Supernatural Spark of Life

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, life is supernatural, as is consciousness itself. I can hear the derision now, “Is he crazy? There is nothing more natural than life!” Hear me out though. Let’s separate reality into that which is sensible and that which is not sensible, the sensible as natural and the insensible as supernatural. This definition meets the common idea of the natural and the supernatural, rocks and ghosts. Then the spark of life, even that of bacteria and viruses, is supernatural. Typically people think of the natural world as the common and supernatural as the uncommon. This definition is weak in that there are common things that are supernatural and uncommon things that are natural. Superconductors are natural phenomenon but are uncommon in the universe, while the inexplicable (supernatural) pervades it.

Our physicists know a great deal about the workings of our universe but have been at a virtual standstill for nearly a century. Oh, they have sharpened measurements, and verified some theories as being sufficient instruments, but the big century old questions, quantum gravity, dark energy, dark matter, etc… they elude. Therefore the insensible pervades the universe. Moreover, now cosmologists say there is more universe outside our ability to see, than what we can see within the bubble the speed of light affords us. Coupled with the startling new notion, that the laws of physics as we know them, may not be universal, and it becomes obvious that much of the universe, and possibly most of it, is unknown to us… and some is probably forever unknowable to us.

Life may or may not be ubiquitous in the universe, but either way, until a human being is able to create life in a lab, from dead matter, and it is highly doubtful it will ever happen… that spark of life must be considered supernatural. Materialists are always going on about the right mixture for life, and life started the moment it could on Earth… and they have spend great sums of money creating proteins in simulated early Earth like conditions, showing that life is only a mechanism and nothing more. Yet all their experiments in fact prove the exact opposite. It is confirmation bias that goads them to the conclusions they have. A protein or amino acid is not life as a copper wire is not a smart phone. How arrogant is someone who, having formed a crude copper wire, claimed to know all about smart phones?

Dead tissue cannot be brought back to life, even if you fix whatever killed it in the first place, no matter how simple the organism… showing the spark of life is something ethereal and yet critical. It is the force that animates us, plants, bacteria and even viruses. A mechanism can be repaired, it may be difficult, and the problem may be so minute in an IC that the IC must be replaced, but once it is replaced, the mechanism functions again. Living organisms are not like that. Once a bacteria is dead, replacing the faulty organelle has no effect. Once the spark of life has escaped, matter reverts to it’s dead state. If you look at the universe, life, even if ubiquitous, makes up a microscopic portion of all matter, especially when you consider dark matter… making that spark rare and therefore precious.

Life may be supernatural but it is cheap… or at least that is how it appears in the “natural world.” Almost like dead matter is at war with the spark of life. The spark wants to animate it and it wants to stay dead. Sadly, many of us take the side of death against life. Nihilism manipulates a conscious being into thinking the miracle of their life is a waste. If it is wasted though, it is because they wasted it themselves, not because life is meaningless. How arrogant then, to think the marvel of human life is anything but a supernatural phenomenon, of the greatest value. Something sacred to be cherished, not tossed into a dumpster… serving death. Eventually, death will claim all of us, but hopefully, we will help life stay in that epic billions year long relay race… and not try to quash that spark.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

How NOT to be Poor Forever

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, those who use debt to buy sneakers will always be poor, while those who use debt to buy a coffee shop, will probably eventually be rich. Those who put sneakers on a credit card they cannot pay off that month, will always be poor, because of several factors. One is they are using debt wrong, two is they have the wrong mindset about money, and three they don’t understand compound interest. If you are on the wrong side of any of these things, you are destined to be poor, or at best struggle your whole life to keep your head above water… no matter how much money you make. If you are on the right side of all of these things, you will find economic life gets easier and easier… no matter how little you make. The choice is yours, live a difficult and dangerous life, or one of relative leisure?

Debt is a tool, like a chain saw, it can do a great deal of work for you… or it can chop off your arm. You wouldn’t think about handling a chain saw without any training or even seeing someone else do it… would you? That would likely lead to an emergency room visit. Yet we do exactly that, all the time, when a teenager gets a credit card or other debt instrument. Our schools are studious about not teaching anything about money or economics. So the young person starts out with a dangerous tool without the least bit of training on how to use it. I ask you, does that make sense to you? No wonder so many cut off their own proverbial economic arm with it. Debt is a tool that can make you tons of money… or it can cut off your arm, so, since you have to use it… why not learn how?

Starting a business is more than just gaining a source of income, it is a growing and learning experience. Therefore, even if it fails, you are better set up to win in the future. You learn about payroll, accounting, profit loss, cash flow, keep levels, inventory management, logistics of delivering a product, etc… the knowledge from your first business will be worth triple, in life outcome, than a college education today. Not that learning to whore and drink all night is not a valuable life skill, but it bestows less life improvement, than knowing how to do things. The great thing about business is that if it fails there is bankruptcy. It wipes the slate clean, so you can start your next business, the fable banks won’t lend to you if you have a bankruptcy is just that… a fable. That is another thing you learn.

Those who are willing to take a chance and fail, are more likely to take another chance, this is the reason good gamblers often make good businessmen. By the laws of probability, coupled with the learning each failure inculcates, makes success almost guaranteed… eventually. Everyone who is rich, especially the uber rich, are people who took a chance. Elon Musk is a risk taker extraordinaire. No one rolls the dice like he does. But he doesn’t blindly roll them… he uses weighted dice, and you can too. Everything you know before you throw those dice and start a business weighs them in your favor. The more you know then, the more the die are likely to roll your way. If you learn enough, the dice will be so loaded you can’t miss… and that is the goal.

Compound interest works in all factors of life, economically, socially, politically, etc… and in all these areas of life, it has the same effect. Few start out rich, connected and learned. We build our wealth, companions and knowledge throughout our lives. The friends we make as children pay compound interest for us as adults, the knowledge we gain throughout our lives pay us compound interest in opportunities, and the investments in assets we make pay us compound interest economically. Cigarettes, for example, are a poor investment of money, time and health, they do pay compound interest though. Everyone starts out poor, but those who have the right mindset become rich, while those with the wrong ones are trapped forever… unless they change their minds.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

The New Class’ Psychotic Break

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, the new class has not only discredited itself, it has turned on it’s own foundational myth, modernism. The systems they have perverted and edifices they have defaced are the very ones that gives them their authority. They have become so twisted they have launched a full scale war against the rest of society. Using violence and fear to control people’s thoughts and actions in the furtherance of their political agenda… the normal definition of terrorism. They have become so mesmerized by post modernism, and the fact it gives them a justification for unlimited power, to carry out their subjective needs. To that end it would seem the new class is ready to scuttle the ship in the middle of the ocean. Brave… but perhaps a bit foolhardy.

The new class was defined by Alvin Gouldner and others. They are the professional class. Those with advanced degrees. He argued the New Class is a class unto itself, in that they have a common language, common ways of thinking and common likes and dislikes. This class, the New Class, is made up of two sub-classes. The intellectuals and the intelligentsia. It is the intellectuals who set the agenda and the intelligentsia who carry it out in the real world. Corporate CEOs who give intellectual property to the CCP for a bigger bonus, doctors who lie about life saving therapies, media pundits who lie when the truth would serve them better if their masters order it, while judges and lawyers practice arbitrary rule… these are the intelligentsia. University professors and think tanks provide the intellectuals.

From the Boy Scouts to the NRA the new class has corrupted every organization they run. The new class with it’s newfound idol, post modernism, is happily set itself to destroying every good institution that exists. The Boy Scouts, which until 2014, had never produced an Eagle Scout who was convicted of a felony. That great organization that helps boys, at a time when boys are under attack like never before, is being sued into oblivion because progressives forced them to lower the standards for scout masters. The results were obvious and predictable, as are the lawsuits today that stem from that decision. Even the vaunted NRA has reversed course and instead of protecting the Second Amendment… it willingly gave it’s membership list to the District Attorney of SDNY!

Every Marxist revolution that has ever taken place has been led by disaffected intellectuals and soldiered by the hopeless. Disaffected intellectuals are disaffected because they think their greatness is overlooked, so they will force us to recognize their greatness, at the point of a gun, club or knife. They join Marxist groups like ANTIFA, don helmets, black clothing reminiscent of the Schutzstaffel, and brandish clubs… then beat innocents senseless. That is one way to punish ignoramuses for not recognizing your greatness, even if you still live in your parent’s basement. They are joined by BLM another Marxist organization, but one closer in ideology to the Nazis, due to the racial component of their socialism. All are either college kids, school teachers, professors or poor black kids.

The new class has turned against it’s own raison d’etre… Guided by university professors, brainwashed youth, (the future new class) violently rage against the very foundations of our civilization. Violence apparently is all the authority they need or want. Who is to stop them? The new class runs the media, bureaucracy, law enforcement, corporations, our courts, schools and medicine, and have proven themselves heartless and ambitious. We see their constant lies and wonder if they are having a psychotic break with reality. Which is probably the most appropriate way to think of it. The new class has had a psychotic break and has become an existential threat. Not only to themselves but to the whole of civilization. They have become ideologically captured by a psychopathic dogma… progressivism.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

The Poster Child of Failure

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, every year California has rolling blackouts because, you know the thing, summer. Apparently it shocks the politicians and bureaucrats who set energy policy in that state… that it gets hot in the summer. Every year they institute rolling blackouts, demands for people to conserve along with a round of finger pointing… only to repeat the process again next summer. As if they don’t know California gets hot every summer. If every other southern state had this problem we could say it is a systemic issue with the US grid. That it is unique to California indicates an individual problem with California itself. The California problem, that creates this pernicious issue with delivering sufficient power to California residents, can be a teachable moment.

Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Florida and Mississippi are every bit as hot as California, but don’t have the annual problem delivering power to their customers. In fact, no other state has so mismanaged it’s power infrastructure, through absurd and counterproductive regulations, as California. Which is saying something because there are some shockingly stupid regulators out there. Not only do Californians get to pay the highest rate for electricity in the nation… the crumbling infrastructure gives them a slew of wildfires every year. A win win. Rolling blackouts, highest electricity rates in the nation and wildfires caused by failing infrastructure, who wouldn’t want to emulate that? Oddly, you don’t see people in Texas clamoring for California style regulations?

The problem is limited to California so what is it that California is doing wrong? The elite in California would say it is the fault of the evil energy companies. Nothing is the fault of government, government only gets credit, results be damned. So the regulators in California keep adding ever more absurd regulations, making the problems more insolvable instead of less. The regulators in California apparently think the laws of physics does not apply to them, nor do the laws of the nation or our Constitution. Perhaps making ideologically captured SJWs, with degrees in Woman’s Studies the regulators of energy companies, was sub ideal? Making California’s regulatory environment and system the poster child for what not to do… unless you want rolling blackouts, wild fires, and high costs.

California gets a huge amount of energy from Texas wind farms. Imagine the resistivity losses transporting electricity that far? Even if the voltage is bumped up to 150 KV the loss will still be huge. Much more electricity has to be produced to get 70-90% to the customers. The regulators in California care not though. They don’t want those unsightly wind farms in their backyards. So, adding in an extra 10% to the cost of California’s total electricity consumed, is a price the regulators are willing for us to pay. Remember Enron? They were charged with intentionally creating energy shortages. Just like the ones that have been going on every year since they went away. By every measure and in every way, California has screwed up their electricity infrastructure through absurd regulations.

The government of California has put so many regulatory restraints on their captive energy companies they have made it impossible to deliver the electricity Californians need. This set of incentives and disincentives apply to every other industry… the more it is regulated, the less efficiently it is run. Because the incentives invert, from profits by delivering a product, to profits by lobbying government. The needs of the customers become second to the wants of bureaucrats. This has happened in the Californian energy market and will happen in any other market such philosophy is applied. This is another example of how socialist, or a rationally managed (regulated) economy, always fails. The incentives are not only backwards they are pernicious leading to the opposite of their stated intent.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Ignorance and Deception in the Age of Unlimited Access to Knowledge

Dear Friends,

It seems to me… there is no reason why anyone should be ignorant in this day and age. As a result, there is no reason anyone should be deceived, unless they are participants in that deception. Lies are rampant today. Everywhere you look, everywhere you go and everything you hear, are many truths mixed with a few lies. The lies glitter in the mind while the truths weigh it down. Nevertheless, anyone who wants to, can find the truth today, but it takes work. Sifting through many glittering lies to find the hidden truths. Truths that the elite don’t want you to discover, which is a clue to where they are, and how they can be gleaned. Moreover, that which they bombard us with you can be sure, are misdirection, leading us away from the truth. Truths, that if widely known, would end the elite.

The Internet allows us to bypass the gatekeepers today. The gatekeepers, the main stream media, have been caught, and continue to be caught, in lie after lie. Perhaps a sub optimal strategy to achieving widespread trust? They have proven they cannot be trusted yet many still believe their propaganda. Which is absurd since the internet allows us to bypass their lies and find truth. Truth is found in primary sources, first hand accounts, videos, and seldom if ever from pundits, anyone who calls him or herself unbiased, or a zealot. The internet allows us to find these primary sources, videos, quotes in context, and see where the media is lying. Truth is now available, probably for the first time in human history, what does that say about us… that so few actually know it?

Look especially to that which is censored and hidden from you. There you will find the deepest truths. Those things the media tells you are debunked without the need for investigation, when they explain the justice of giving someone a pass for a crime that would ruin you or I, when a post is censored by social media, when someone is called names instead of their arguments addressed, anytime someone is arrested the day they come out with a documentary, when you see someone innocent has been targeted by the FBI for destruction, etc… all these things have one thing in common. There is a kernel of truth there the elite don’t want you to know. Truth is to them like nitric acid is to our skin. Never accept the official narrative, it is always a deception, instead dig, find the truth the deception is covering up.

It is easy to participate in your own deception, the lies glitter and the cause sounds just. The deceptions are seldom ham handed, many are subtle and play into one”s feeling of charity… and envy. Swindlers of every stripe use our own willingness to be manipulated… to manipulate us. We want to be rich, well thought of, are prideful and shallow. These are all levers that a scammer, especially a sophisticated propagandist well trained in the arts of manipulation and misdirection by government, can be used to make most of us putty in their greasy fingers. A swindle is a swindle, no matter who does it, and all swindlers are malevolent. Especially those who exploit the systems of power to amass power. Our willingness to be deceived is their greatest advantage, lose it, and you hobble them.

Allow yourself to be ignorant, only look at the surface of things, and participate in your own deception, is giving your agency to a despot. At first that is always the easy path. Don’t speak up, don’t think for yourself, and for the love of Pete, don’t look into the truth! The excellence in human beings is in our capacity to reason and to judge however. It is what gives us agency. Those who give up that capacity, to go along, return to a state no different from mere animals. A cow only cares if the field is green, there is enough water and the silage is not stale… but can do nothing if these wants are not met. A cow doesn’t have agency. Nor does a slave ruled by a despot. Even if that slave installed the despot. So… don’t install a master, find truths, do not be deceived and think for yourself. You have no need of an overlord.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Corrupt Courts, Corrupt Prosecutors and Corrupt Laws

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, the US court system has become utterly corrupt, beyond all scope of comprehension. I used to have a very low opinion of our court system, as evidenced by past articles, especially articles from the 2010 time period. Now however, my opinion has collapsed, I now consider the legal and court system an actual enemy of justice. Examples abound where the legal system has engaged in openly political prosecutions, allowed heinous wrongdoing to go unpunished… and now even abets violence against poor white people, as happened Sunday night in Portland OR. With these actions, no sane person can deny the US court and legal systems are a very real danger, not only to American’s freedoms, Rights and our founding principles, but they have become a danger to the world as well.

The US legal system treats defendants differently, depending on their political affiliation, and there can be nothing more corrupt than that. Any court system that rules based on politics is unjust therefore is illegitimate. Since the legitimacy of any system of justice is derived by the flavor of justice it meets out. Systems that pass rulings based on politics are not just, nor are those that take into account anything other, than the objective facts of the case. Politics, race, desired outcomes, feelings, etc… these things have nothing to do with facts and objective justice. They are subjective mind traps. The US court system has abandoned objective truth for subjective emotions is proof they fall short of legitimate. Moreover, any court system that acts the same is also an oligarchy, not a means to justice.

Examples abound of progressives who are above the law. The most obvious is Hillary Clinton. No one else could have got away with destroying evidence under subpoena. That in and of itself is a crime. Her bathroom server, that everyone used and so knew about, violated US laws, also contained top secret information… not yoga pictures as she testified. The list goes on and on. The most important points though are, she destroyed evidence while it was under subpoena, she lied over and over, she violated a slew of laws with her server, and she has not been charged with a single thing. She even dodged a court order to be deposed about her past lies! She is clearly and unambiguously above the law. The examples of other powerful progressives who are also above the law is as lengthy as their crimes are alarming.

Even as constitutionalists, libertarians and conservatives get treated very differently. From the FBI framing General Flynn for a crime he didn’t commit, then threatening his family, withholding exculpatory evidence, his lawyers being hopelessly conflicted. They should lose their law license, and they would in a just court system, but they are safe, progressives are above the law. Now the court system is conspiring against General Flynn again, even though the Attorney General has ordered the case dropped! The Courts have become a party to the case and are wrangling to get the innocent man, Flynn, put in prison! Not to mention the morning raid on Roger Stone’s house, the special council to investigate the Russian collusion hoax, etc… The double standard is obvious and pernicious.

The law is even used as a political weapon today. The political prosecution of the Minnesota couple for protecting their lives and property from rioters, will go down in history as one of the worse abuses of power by an AG in US history… or it would, if there were not so many other egregious abuses of power going on. Take for example the arrest of Millie Weaver and her husband on destruction of evidence, abuse and robbery, based on a report her mother made to the police about a family argument, three months before… she was arrested the day her documentary came out, about the deep states access through private contractors, to the NSA data. Every conversation you have, every email and every PM is recorded and the deep state and DNC have direct access to that information… Not at all worrying.

All of which utterly discredits the US court and legal system. The court system did it all by itself. By their own actions, actions they, being learned, intelligent and knowledgeable in the law, should have known better. Their hubris and psychopathy led them down this path. The path to absolutely discredit themselves and the institution they were tasked with preserving. What American will ever again walk into a court fantasizing justice will be meted out? Only a brainwashed ignorant fool would believe that. What can we do about it though, now they have given themselves unlimited power? The answer is, to use a Tickle-tongue branch if we need… to drive a Numa down their throats. Police the elite, a Numa will send them to a penitentiary when they violate their own laws, and especially… our Constitution.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

They Fit Together Like a Hand in a Glove

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, globalism and Marxism go together, like peanut putter and jelly, Laurel and Hardy, as well as stink and garbage. Have you ever heard a avowed globalist talking about the virtues of the free market, the Enlightenment or any of it’s derivative philosophies, like individualism, objectivism, or rejection of appeal to authority? No, you never hear a globalist talking about any of these things in anything but the most contemptuous way. On the other hand, when was the last time you listened to a Marxist tell you about the virtues of nationalism? You haven’t, a nationalist Marxist is a Nazi. That is the only difference between their ideologies. Which is why all Marxists are Globalists and all Globalists are Marxists. This is very informative about our fate should they achieve their goal.

Marxism is a supremacist ideology. To be a Marxist, (or progressive, since they are two peas from the same pod), one must hold that his or her fellows are less visionary, less intelligent, less civilized and well… just less. Otherwise why would the Marxist have such a strong need to regulate even the thoughts of others? If they considered us as their equals, they wouldn’t have the arrogance and hubris to regulate our every action. You don’t control equals, you control underlings, and underlings don’t get a say. To believe the core beliefs of a Marxist or progressive… in a centrally controlled economy, limited information, unlimited government, groupism, and the evolution of the people to socialist man, requires one to think him or herself superior to the rest… the definition of a supremacist.

Globalism is also a supremacist ideology. Instead of just considering other individuals, as subhuman, Globalists consider whole nations to be untermenschen. They view all civilizations as equally detestable, to be supplanted by their superior vision of a Utopian future, where the world is marshaled under their banner, their ability to enhance our pathetic little lives would be unlimited, but most importantly… there would be no place to escape to, they would control the globe. We would have no example of anything different, even historically, once history is erased. Now think about it for at least a second. What kind of person thinks this stuff? Really? Someone who considers others their equal or someone who considers others and our civilizations less? Isn’t that supremacist?

The two supremacist ideologies fit together like a hand in a glove, the one protects the other and the other gives them agency. Globalism gives the Marxist everything they dream about, unlimited government, a cage for the lab rats, control of the whole world’s economy, and even hold the fate of Mankind in their inhumanly psychopathic fingers. Marxism gives the Globalist a way to grasp such awesome power. Because it is not only a totalitarian ideology… it is a totalizing philosophy. It covers all the exits, no thinking necessary, just input any information and out comes pre-scripted drama. Giving up class struggle as their raison d’etra, for the struggle of the “oppressed,” has opened up new groups to be manipulated. We need to be controlled by them for our own good… or so the supremacists believe.

When someone thinks himself above the common run of Man, a supremacist, he will treat the common run of Man appropriately… like subhumans and animals. The very human power of empathy is lost on such a person. The supremacist doesn’t give the subhuman the same consideration they would an equal. Do you treat a wild opossum as well as you do your brother? Now extend that thinking to those in power over you… do you want someone who considers you to be equal to a wild opossum, ruling you and your children, with unlimited power, with no place to escape, your ability to think for yourself eroded by tech oligarchy enforced ignorance, while they destroy your cultural foundation? That is who Globalists/Progressives are. They are demons who would rule us as gods.

Sincerely,

John Pepin
