Dear Friends,
There once was a culture of vapidity,
Fueled by a greatness of EU cupidity,
Singing an arrogant tune,
And again quite soon,
We’ll have to save them from their own stupidity.
A journalist is usually a pretty good fellow,
Playing our heartstrings like a bow and cello,
Serving their masters,
Unique spell casters,
And their reporting is usually bright yellow.
Liars will lie that much is certainly true,
But what they lie about gives us a clue,
Does it harm the innocent,
It it from hell bent,
Editing their stories with politics and glue.
Central planners sell something for free,
But it really isn’t gratis at all you see,
There are strings,
Dangerous things,
Because the price we pay is you and me.
The stupid are as arrogant as they are _____,
Backed by their stooges in the media ______,
Caught in a lying line,
Our trust for next ____,
All to enslave us and make our lives seedy.
Sincerely,
John Pepin
