The January 6, 2020 Insurrection

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, on the one year anniversary of the January 6 protest, we need to set the record straight. The real insurrection was done months before, in the lead up to, and the fraudulent election of 2020. Where the elite made election fraud simple and effective. Then, to stop an investigation of their crime, the FBI created a false flag, using the unindicted “insurrection” leaders, like Ray Epps, who openly called for violence, (and was denounced at the time as a fed) yet still remains free. Even as Jan 6 trespassers are still in prison awaiting their speedy trial. The thousands of hours of video the elite are hiding is proof of a cover up. So, yes, January 6 did represent an insurrection, not of the people against a legitimate authority, but of an illegitimate authority against the people, our Constitution and polity.

Who ever heard of someone accused of trespassing awaiting trial in prison? A school shooter was recently let out on 25K bail, so why would the courts keep someone accused of trespassing in a penitentiary, when trespassing isn’t even a jailable offense? It makes no sense whatsoever… unless, they are in fact political prisoners. If a government treats two people accused of the same crime differently, then that government is engaging in arbitrary rule. If the different treatment is based on politics, which it usually is, then that government is using law as a weapon of political oppression. Such a government discredits itself by that action. Not only delegitimizing its rule but proving itself unworthy. People who exploit legitimate authority for illegitimate power must face criminal consequences.

What crime is more deleterious of the body politic, social cohesion and economic prosperity, than when government is so corrupt it uses law as a weapon of political oppression? Nothing, that’s what. How can anything be more corrosive of human welfare than such a corrupt government? Not a serial killer, nor a criminal underworld, not Bernie Madoff style fraud, nor Enron type accounting, there is no crime that is more destructive of everything we hold dear, than election fraud and the corruption that follows. Because government corruption leads to genocide, war and famine. Where the victims are not a person, a few people or even a segment of society, but everyone. That the crimes committed by government are not a mere inconvenience, but mortal, means they must be limited through draconian punishment.

There is a mountain of evidence of the election fraud in several states with extremely close vote counts. Which makes the ad homonym attacks on anyone who brings them up kind of absurd. Especially since the democrats doing the attacking… question the legitimacy of every election they lose. Simply the appearance of shutting down vote counting, half way through, then taking days to count the remaining votes, hidden from view… smacks of corruption. Moreover, had a republican state done this, and the election results changed from democrat with a comfortable lead, to a republican with a narrow victory, democrat operatives would have staged a literal insurrection. Worse than the summer of love or Trump’s inauguration. It would have taken more than two divisions of army to protect the fraudsters.

Then there is the Gretchen Whitmer FBI false flag that is falling apart. That scandal has the same trajectory as the Jan 6 plot. Where the FBI set up innocent people, funded, planned and orchestrated the “crime,” only to make a political point just before an election, and jail a few innocent people with the wrong political ideas. That same thing appears to be happening in the Jan 6 “insurrection.” Where the FBI planned and orchestrated it then covered up their involvement. Crimes that would put you or I in prison for decades. There needs to be a reckoning about January 6, the FBI’s role, the instructions Nancy Pelosi gave to the Capital police, the deaths of the protesters, and the release of all video, plumb the sewer… then make examples of the guilty elite.

Sincerely,

John Pepin
