Dear Friends,
It seems to me, the Administrative State is at open war with the American people, our Constitution, our history and our values. The riots, destruction of monuments, censoring of critics, open racism against whites, guilt by association and oppression justified by past oppression… are only the visible manifestations. The less obvious quality is the undermining of the President’s platform by refusing to follow the law. The Administrative State, as I have warned about in past articles, is the enemy of Mankind, it’s only allies are the corrupt, weak minded and zealots. This is a war the Administrative State means to win. If they do, our Constitution will exist in name only, we will face arbitrary rule, and there will be no going back. If we win, maybe we can take a step back towards Constitutionalism.
How do we know that the riots are the work of the Administrative State, because it has the power to stop them and rather than stop them, it has encouraged them. The police are the arm of the Administrative State that inflicts the government’s monopoly on violence on the people. They have the ability to clamp down and stop the riots and destruction… but it is not in the political interests of the Administrative State or the faction that controls it, the progressive faction. Moreover, those in the Administrative State, who have expressed rational and thoughtful views, have been punished. The example of the school administrator in Vermont should serve to caution anyone who might make a sane argument for common sense and decency.
Even the Supreme Court got in the act last week when it ruled that while DACA is illegal and unconstitutional, the Trump administration didn’t write a sufficiently lengthy reason in rescinding it, so the illegal and unconstitutional progressive get out the vote fraud act, must stand. At least until after the next election. Roberts, the Bush appointed “conservative” wrote the majority opinion. I wonder what those compromising 8 X 10 glossies the progressives have of him are? Because he totally disregards our constitution, and is a good little boot lick, to the Administrative State’s attacks on our Constitutional limits. His argument is laughable, splitting hairs to keep an illegal and unconstitutional but politically lethal edict on the books, is openly defecating on the institution he runs.
War, as Clausewitz said, is politics by violence, and as we see, the Administrative State is adept at this kind of politics. They need not muster national armies, only riotous mobs, they need not form a cohesive message of liberty, feed the mob anger fodder, and they merely need to mention the mob showing up at the door of anyone who would fight back, and they denounce themselves and their loved ones, and still get beaten, their business burned to the ground, and their families ostracized. This done with the full knowledge of the Judicial Branch as well as the Administrative State, compliance is complicity. Yesterday they used the tactics of the fox, four years of hoax investigations, now they are using the tactics of the lion, to claw power back into their greedy greasy fingers.
Hsun Ssu believed that in war misdirection is paramount. If one doesn’t know who his real enemy is, one cannot mount a successful defense. If you think the enemy will attack you on the right, but comes for your rear instead, that is a great advantage to the enemy. The Administrative State has learned this lesson well. They pretend the riots are a reaction to the death of a criminal resisting arrest, because of his skin color, when the racial tensions are only anger fodder, fed to those who are being exploited, opening the way for their soon to be oppressors to gain power. We always have the option of fighting back, and not bowing to the mob… but how many of us have the stomach for that? We, Boomers, Xers, Ys and Millennials, all of us… clearly, we are not a great generation.
Sincerely,
John Pepin
