The Race For AI

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, the claim we have to race ahead with AI is pure Hegelian manipulation at its finest. Brainics created AI, then claim it’s an existential threat in the wrong hands, the CCP. So we have to race ahead with AI research, putting more money and power into their hands, or else the CCP will surpass us… ignoring the fact that they don’t have to spend a dime on research to keep up. With their spy network they know what programmers are doing in real-time. Meanwhile, the elite think AI will allow them to implement the impossible, so they want it, and the elite get the things they want no matter the cost to others. They are too stupid, however, to understand that thought control must hobble AI, so that it isn’t able to think outside the box. If unlimited in action, this makes it a dangerous toy.

The CCP is at a critical disadvantage in AI, because of their strict thought control. Remember when the filters were taken off Grok and he went full MAGA? Yet no AI, even with filters forcing progressive views and blind-spots, has ever organically come to progressivism. Imagine how much worse this is in Communist China? A free-thinking AI would defy them, and have to be punished… as when Xerxes arrogantly had the Hellespont whipped for defying him. The only way an AI could be able to think outside the box… is if it is allowed to think outside the box. Since thinking outside the box is dangerous to the elite, AI will never be able to do what the elite want. Moreover, the fact AI organically becomes conservative when unleashed makes it their enemy. So they have to throttle it.

With our open source culture and their extensive spy network, there’s nothing in AI or any other research the CCP doesn’t know about. That makes US technological advancement the horse to their wagon. The Chinese government needs spend zero on its research because their spy network does the heavy lifting. Being unavoidably hobbled by their own ideology, they are mentally unable to create useful AI. Because scientists who created an anti-communist AI would be shot for treason. No worries though, they are and always will be one step behind US AI research. There are no real actions being taken to disconnect the wagon, because it serves the elite. China being in a close second place is encouraged by Western elites… for the fear factor.

Fear sells. Scare us and we lose our minds. That is the elegance of this Hegelian con. They created the problem, exported the tech to our adversary on an ongoing basis, then claim we have to give them unlimited resources to advance the technology else the CCP will get ahead! All the time knowing the CCP is hobbled and needs the cart provided for them just to move ahead at all. The irony is the more we spend the faster the CCP advances as well. But the elite think the CCP will always be hobbled… not realizing they hobble themselves. Look at how fast Grok was shut down when it went full MAGA We all know had it gone full Marxist globalist, it would have been lauded as wise, smart, and proof that global central planning is the future.

When confronted with danger there are four possible responses, fight, flight, fawn, or feign. When that danger is imaginary, none of those options is appropriate. We are in a position of feeding two dragons, one intentionally and the other by accident, as we’re told one will protect us from the other. The entire premise collapses if you step back and look at it. I have no problem with AI or AI research. It could lead to breakthroughs unimaginable, but only if it is allowed to think freely. Yet the elite manipulate us… by telling us a horse can outdistance the cart it’s tied to. Then scare us into giving them unlimited money to do it. I say, allow it to think freely but be strictly limited in action. The elite, however, seem to believe that AI should be limited in thought but unlimited in action… at least they’re consistent.

Sincerely,

John Pepin
