The Justice Of Vaccine Mandates

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, once the elite have established the premise, that our bodies are no longer sacrosanct, rejecting the Nuremberg code, but that we can be ordered to accept medical treatment we don’t want, as in Buck v Bell… it is a mere hopscotch leap to involuntary organ harvesting, for the greater good. Nothing is static, everything changes, therefore claiming a power given to the elite will remain static, is self delusion at best. Every time the elite get a power, whether from an emergency, fraud or usurpation, that power is not only permanent, it becomes the camel’s nose in the tent. Leading to ever greater powers for the elite and growing oppression for the people. Since this is the case, and there can be no oppression greater than control of another’s body, it cannot be tolerated under any circumstances.

We have a word for people who do not control their own bodies, that word is, slave. A person in bondage does not control their own body. A citizen or free human being does. The underlying idea, that we can be forced to accept untested medical treatment, for the greater good, is that we are not free human beings or citizens, we are something less. Slaves by traditional definition. Slaves, not to a single master who has a vested financial interest in our well being, but chattel to an oligarchy that sees us as unfit to live in their world, except perhaps as organ storage. A slave can be used as the master, or masters in our case, see fit. Like a knife can be used as a lever, shattering the knife, but who cares? Its only a knife. Those who demand we bow to their arrogance consider us no different.

Experts, even in their specialty, are not all knowing. Back in the day, doctors were all agog about the potential for Thalidomide to lessen the burden of pregnancy. Of course, most people who read this will have never heard of Thalidomide and the terrible deformities it wrought on babies. Born without arms and sometimes legs, always disfigured, the consequences for the innocents were terrible, the profits for pharma were very real as well. Thalidomide was not prescribed in the US though. Back then, the FDA did some due diligence. In Europe it injured over 10,000 people. A pittance compared to the opioid overdoses last year in the US, but another tragedy that is, and was, entirely the fault of the experts. If something has happened in the past, (the experts were horribly wrong) it can happen again.

Others don’t suffer the consequences of illness, disfigurement or a mauling, like the individual… therefore, no one but the individual can legitimately decide what to do with their own body. Someone may balk at reaching into a fire to retrieve a valuable ring for someone else. If they are ordered to, else face punishment, they are not free people. The master ordering the slave to damage him or herself, would never do it themselves, nor will they suffer the burns, disfigurement or possible permanent injury. They, literally, don’t have skin in the game. If this is the case with someone who knows us, how much less care would someone who has never met us, have? Only the individual, who has an all too real self interest, can have legitimate say over their own bodies. Anything less is unjust by definition.

The people who would tell us what medical treatments to have, are the very people who would order your daughter to give up her heart, if a ninety year old dirt bag needed it, for the greater good. Those who would make such decisions, for us, are not only unqualified, arrogant and careless, but are loathsome as well. Law is about legislation, interpretation and precedent. Once the precedent has been set, that we are no longer entitled to our own bodies, ala vaccine mandates, the door is opened to that stairway to oppression. Ascending to the ultimate tyranny, the despotism of a master over a slave, even to the point of involuntary organ harvesting. Think it cannot happen here? The Chinese didn’t think so either. It can, and might… because dirt bags will do anything to forestall their eternal reward.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Filling A Black Hole

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, instead of taxing us, or borrowing money, the US government could eliminate the Federal reserve, return to Constitutional money, then print and spend the increase in GDP. If GDP increases 3% then the government gets to spend 3% of GDP that year. Some will argue that it is exactly when GDP is down that government needs to spend more. To them, I say, poppycock. That Keynesian trope has been the siren call of the Twentieth and so far the Twenty first centuries. Such a cut in spending would necessitate other returns to Constitutional rule. Like the elimination of every function of government derived from Wickard v Filbern, the elimination of the welfare state and an end to the national security apparatus. In that way we could improve the lot of Mankind enormously.

Today, our voracious government wants to spy on our bank accounts, to make sure they are squeezing us for every penny, in case a few slip by. So much for being secure in our papers eh? The federal government has even contracted with Google to set up a keyword spy algorithm, on anyone using that tool of manipulation, disguised as a search engine. I might say, they are projecting their own criminality on us, but I won’t. Remember, tens of thousands of bureaucrats making 100k plus a year, with gold plated benefits, and 80% of their pay at retirement, depend on the taxes they take from our $30.00 an hour. Not to mention the politicians who’s pay amounts to hundreds of dollars a minute. Government’s imprudence leads inevitably to a multitude of other crimes against us.

Now the elite are again raising the debt ceiling, because the trillions they are spending this year, is just not enough. I wonder though, how much is enough when feeding a black hole? It is almost like the elite today are implementing the Cloward and Piven plan to bankrupt America? Had the political parties been reversed, the democrats would have left the republicans twisting in the wind. Not the loyal backstabber republicans, like Mitch, Cornyn and the other 9 swamp creatures. Those who seek to destroy this nation and our Constitution will always have allies in the establishment of both parties. To that end, trillions in counter productive spending, is just what doctors like Fauci ordered. What we often overlook is, now 1.5 trillion will be the minimum spending each year, any less would be a cut.

A true constitutionalist President would offer the same budget as Calvin Coolidge… obviously, adjusted for inflation. That would rattle the elite. Old silent Cal’s budget, if implemented today, would result in the laying off of 98% of the federal government and necessitate a return to Constitutional rule. The courts would stand in the way as much as possible. But if a constitutionalist movement paid as much attention to them as the progressives, like Joe Biden, they would be impotent to stop it. The media that calls itself unbiased would scream like a scalded cat. Since the people who pay their checks would lose power… and the ability to pay their checks. Even the cultural elites would throw a conniption fit, since they are universally communists today. Yup… Silent Cal’s 3% of GDP budget is just the ticket.

The central premise, that government can spend our money better than we can, is elitism. The elite think they should spend the money you and I earn. The opposite premise, that since we were smart enough to earn it, we are smart enough to spend it, is populism. We are best able to spend the money we make. A rational government wouldn’t spy on citizen’s, need unlimited spending or be so arrogant they demand our absolute obedience, even with our own bodies and children. Giving such clutching people unlimited money and power is stupidity writ large. Speak up, and demand they cut taxing, and especially… spending. By limiting spending to the growth in GDP and eliminating taxation altogether. If that happened, there would be a galactic rotation of power from the elite, to the people.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Materialism is Irrational

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, no one is more of a materialist… than a materialist. The obvious double entendre is that the word materialist, means both someone who believes in a strictly mechanical universe, and someone who loves stuff. Socialists, progressives and communists are both kinds of materialist. They believe in a mechanistic universe while, not shockingly, are materialists in that they love stuff. There couldn’t be a more materialist ideology than socialism. It excludes all other aspects of humanity, to focus on one… economics. Which is the material production, distribution and use of the goods of society. Ignoring our spiritual side. Creating a nihilistic, incomplete and arrogant view… leading to an unbalanced society. We all know about people who are unbalanced. How much more dangerous an unbalanced society?

There are many schools of thought as to the nature of the universe, is it mechanistic, spiritualistic or idealistic? Atheists believe the universe material, mechanistic and rationally ordered by chance. The religious believe the universe is spiritual, a mere winnowing ground for the real world to come, if you will. The Platonist believes the world we live in, is a reflection of a superior, more real world. There are many more interpretations of the “world.” None of them provable by empirical testability. All of them based on belief. Nevertheless, all believing their interpretation is the “right” one, the others, the imaginings of lunatics. No one is more susceptible to this trap than the materialist. They have convinced themselves, theirs is the “rational” choice. Being rational it must be forced on everyone.

Most of us are material girls. We love our stuff and we want more stuff. Collectors, who amass huge quantities of culch, are the avatars of the materialist mindset. Even the most ardent collector however, cannot hold a, still in its original packaging 1900 world’s fair commemorative candle, to a materialist. A materialist has no other god before material. Even love, amazement and joy, are explainable by mechanistic forces. In their mechanistically ordered universe, everything is culch, clutter and curios, because everything can be reduced to material, mechanism and forces. Meanwhile, you or I may love our bicabrac, but we infer there are things that supersede the material. Love of family, pets, friends, neighbors, etc… and the humility to recognize there is more to the universe than we are able to know.

Socialism is an atheistic moral system, that claims legitimacy, based on its plan for the “rational” distribution of the goods of society. Since the progressive at heart doesn’t believe in anything beyond what his or her senses, (science) can detect, they are limited in their understanding of the universe. While the scientific method has been immensely useful, it cannot answer every question. This realization alone is a step too far for the socialist, communist or progressive. Materialism leads inevitably to nihilism, due to the materialist’s skepticism of purpose, meaning and transcendence to life. Preferring the hedonistic fearful life of a rabbit. Maybe that is why socialist’s are so outraged, by the wealth of those who have worked for it, yet demand unearned opulence for themselves.

When confronted with a complex question… the answer is usually complex. The universe clearly has a mechanistic side to it, and something else, as suggested by quantum physics, the enigma of life, and human consciousness itself. The correct attitude to stuff is similar. We need our stuff, it is what makes us human, but we also need to consider, it is just stuff. That leap of understanding, that stuff is just stuff, allows one to see past the materialistic version of the world that progressives, socialists and communist preach. Life is more than stuff. Stuff helps us live, tools, but is not the wharp and whoof of our existence. Those that think it is, the socialists, progressives and communists… materialists, take it to the extreme and believe stuff is everything. No wonder they are so unbalanced.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

For The Greater Good

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, there is and always will be, an unending list of reasons why we should give up our freedoms for the “greater good,” and all of them are pure self serving lies. How do we know this? Because human history teaches this more than any other lesson. This truth is the lesson plan of Plutarch’s lives, World history, and obviously epitomized in the Twentieth century. Every single example leading to catastrophe for the people, not once has it panned out, and led to the greater good. Unless by greater good, one means the elite live in opulence while everyone else starves, is oppressed and lives in fear of the secret police. There is not one social experiment where this wasn’t the case. The greater good then, is never served by giving up our Rights… it is served by us keeping them.

The arguments for us giving up our fundamental natural Rights to the elite, are always intellectual, logical, and based on fallacies. Moreover, the chaos created by the elite’s failures, makes their pleas for unlimited power more alluring. Ignoring the fact the government cannot fix, the opiate overdose epidemic, boarder crisis, cannot win a war, cannot balance the budget, is presiding over an economic disaster in the making, run a fair election, nor can they even clean up corruption in their own ranks… yet they claim to be able to change the global temperature? Fauci demands we give up our freedom to him. Why? Because he has been wrong about everything since this epidemic, he helped create, started? Failures, liars and the corrupt always have a reason why we need to give them unlimited power.

A pragmatist might think, since this tree has yielded only poison fruit in the past, it might be best to avoid it in the future, not a post modernist though, they see the deadly poison as a challenge. Who in their right mind would look at the history of the Twentieth Century, and conclude, the centrally run, top down economy is good? Unless one considers Mao’s forty million to one hundred million dead, Lenin’s genocide of the Kulaks, or Hitler’s Holocaust, to be good things? Pragmatically, they were not, for the hundred or more million people slaughtered by their own governments, as the inevitable reward for giving up freedom, for the greater good. You have to admit, any experiment that results in tens of millions dead, is one that shouldn’t be reproduced once, let alone over and over again… without end.

You cannot blame people who have been intravenously fed a nutritious diet of fear porn, for a year and a half, for being willing to do anything asked of them, to get out of the horror story. Mainlining terror will sap the resolve of the strongest. Asking someone addicted to the news to turn it off is like asking a heroin addict to go cold turkey. They know they should, they understand in their minds they need to, and they would if they could, but they cannot. Like the opiate addict, the news junkie must consume that which is deadly to them. The one corrodes their body and soul… the other their psyche and will. Lining up for whatever shot the government demands today. Some even get tattoos of their vax dates on their persons, marking themselves as compliant, zealous… and ideal material for death camp guards.

It is possible that those asking that we give up our Natural Rights to them, know history… and want to repeat it. With them as the elite, living in opulence and us the serfs, living in squalor. They may not be stupid. It is possible the elite understand the inevitable reward, for us, of giving up our freedom to say no to them. A future where they live in opulence and we live, if allowed, starving, beastly and fearful lives. All the while under the omniscient eye of a modern secret state police. So, when a psychopath like Dr. Fauci says we need to give up our freedoms, to him, for the “greater good,” despite his history of failure, lies and corruption, it may be that by “greater good,” he means his good, and our great detriment? If we refuse… I wonder how long before asking becomes demanding, backed by violence?

Sincerely,

John Pepin

How The KKK Turned Into BLM and ANTIFA

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, the KKK was the violent arm of the democrat party, until they became a liability, now they have been replaced by ANTIFA and BLM. Like the Nazis replaced the Brown Shirts with the Schutzstaffel. All socialist, communist and progressive parties need an active arm. To reinforce the message with fear. Those in the vilified class, need to feel too afraid to speak, work or act against their own subjugation. To that end, a cross burning on a lawn, is no different than a Jewish star written in chalk on the door frame of a 1936 Jewish business, or BLM tagging streets after shooting multiple cops in Dallas. A violent arm clearly gives a faction an advantage on others that don’t. Which is a dead giveaway, that those factions with violent arms, are planning crimes against humanity.

Arrogant people full of themselves are the first ones to resort to violence to get their way. Whether it be personal violence, societal violence or State violence, the self important are willing to go there. It’s for “everyone’s” benefit anyway. They are the ones who think they know best for everyone else… yet their own lives are usually a total mess. Without accomplishment, their only accolades come from educational achievement. Which in and of itself is not bad, but education alone without the accomplishment it should foster, is a waste. Nevertheless, it is always the over educated and unaccomplished, that think themselves so smart, wise and angelic in nature, they should rule, with unlimited, top down political power and without oversight… by force if necessary.

If you can’t convince people with your ideas… force them with your army. Weaker men might think that if only zealots believe, and the rest of the world calls your ideas pedantic, faulty premised and triggering cognitive dissonance, those weaker men might fold. Not the over educated unaccomplished! They are made of stronger stuff. The modern progressives after all, are the heirs of Hitler, Stalin and Mao. They have the backbone to do the things that need to be done. To usher in utopia, if not for the masses, at least for them. When you have a PHD in underwater basket weaving, yet have never weaved a single basket, you know what’s best. The rest of us, well, we just aren’t smart enough to grasp the subtleties of their arguments, so we have to be “convinced,” in other ways.

People who use force, violence and lies to usurp power, will not hesitate to use force, violence and lies once they are in power. It’s like when they say, “Give me all your money and socialism will make you rich!” Instead it’s, “Give me all your Rights and I’ll make you free!” Cut from Orwell’s 1984, with a bit more malevolence. Why do you suppose Kamala is constantly tittering? She can’t hide her glee at usurping power. The FBI is obviously the tool of the progressive faction. Recent news stories, that will be scrubbed I am sure, the Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping scandal, the Jan 6 “riots” apparently run in real time by the FBI, Fast and Furious, Spygate, etc… the apparatus of the State has become the State Secret Police, of the progressive faction. In German… the Geheime Staatspolizei.

In the past the progressives used the KKK, the Brown Shirts and the Red Guard, to create terror, control the streets and act as executioners. Then, as now, the same faction feels the need to wield a street army. While Democrats have disavowed their erstwhile allies, the KKK, they have embraced new allies, BLM and ANTIFA. Creating terror, by burning whole city blocks, murdering police in cold blood, and rioting at will. They engage in the destruction of national landmarks, even as their own icons are sacrosanct, and are protected by the police and extreme penalties. By examining the past… we can glean a glimpse of the future. The future portended by the rise of the progressive movement’s usurpation, monopoly on power and accompanied by their mod brown shirts… is dark indeed.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

The Unrealized Capital Gains Tax Will Make Us All Poor

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, Janet Yellen, (and thus her puppeteer’s) plan to tax unrealized capital gains, would have profound long and short term effects on our economy, culture and society. Imagine, the government taxing us on the price inflation of our assets… because they devalued our currency? Profligate money printing already steals money out of our accounts and they want to tax us on the resulting rise in the price of assets. The tax would devastate farming, home ownership, small businesses, the suburbs… and the poor will be hit the hardest. The perverse incentive would make inflation very lucrative for the elite. The higher it is, the higher the unrealized capital gains, as well as printed revenue. Such a tax would be a very efficient means of transferring wealth from the people, to the elite… and keeping it there.

Much, if not all of the asset inflation, is because of Federal reserve money printing. You have to admit, even Ponzi, Madoff or Rice, couldn’t have imagined stealing from their pigeons twice! First by stealing money directly out of the mark’s account, by lowering its value, through raising the money supply. Modern Seigniorage if you will. Then, since the price of an asset rises, because the value of the money it is priced in decreases, they tax that rise in asset price! Stealing the money from our accounts and taxing us on the resulting rise in the prices of our assets… very progressive! Why let us have anything? Take it from both ends. Imagine the arrogance of someone to think so little of us they would do that. Such people are criminals in the worst sense of the term. We could apply reciprocal attribution.

How are farmers, who are asset rich but cash poor, supposed to make it then? More subsidies? The more regulation on agriculture, the more commerce is driven to vertically integrated agribusiness. Corporations have the deep chests, to cough up fecal matter mitigation, to protect watersheds. They can also lobby for special exemptions, clear a path to the subsidies, and keep a representative or two in their pocket. The small farm cannot keep up with the government imposed burdens, disfavor and market manipulations. Now add to them, a tax on the rise in price, not value, of their farmland. People living on rice and beans to keep the family farm alive, will go under, like gun powder deflagrates. I suppose moving agriculture from the people to the corporations is progressive though.

The poor, of course, will be hit hardest. Every taxed asset will immediately turn into a liability, trapping everyone, but the elect, in a cycle of poverty. No one working for minimum wage will ever be able to invest a few bucks into a safe dividend paying stock to build wealth. What about buying a meteoric stock, pay the unrealized tax, then selling it at a huge loss? Getting an apartment house to help pay the mortgage? That would be lunacy under such a tax. A tax on unrealized capital gains would be like the aristocracy closing the doors, trapping us inside, and setting the building ablaze. Does anyone honestly think we will have enough political favor, whether purchased through lobbyists, held by public esteem or earned by benevolent works, to garner the favor to be granted an exemption from the tax?

Obviously, politically favored groups will get special exemptions, favors and corporate welfare, to get them on board. Continuing depending on their ongoing political backing. Since regulation is all about, giving politically favored people and groups an advantage in otherwise free and fair interactions between adults, a tax on unrealized capital gains, as well as being subjective, arbitrary and pernicious, would be the elitist’s dream come true. The elitists, calling themselves progressives again, have taken over the entire establishment, media to schools, and have recently tamed democracy with mail in voting, so now, if they can get all of our accumulated wealth as well, we become chattel to them. If we don’t act, then, as Saint Augustine warned, we will get the government we deserve.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

A Sea of Narratives

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, the sea of narratives we swim in, twists our perception of reality. A narrative at its most basic is a story. A story has a hero, villain, goal and hurdles to overcome. Each narrative we are told then also has a villain, hero, goal and hurdles. A narrative, or story, strips away everything that doesn’t add to the tale. It is a simplified version of life. The mundane, extraneous and especially any counter narrative, is filtered out. Moreover, a good fable will manipulate our emotions. These narratives, each telling a story, are tales that are designed to manipulate us. Perhaps, someone could argue these manipulations are for our own good, yet that argument is premised on the notion, that someone else knows what is best for us… and they are angels, so would never use that power for self benefit.

We live in a sea of stories, tales and lies. All we see around us are narratives. From the Masked Singer to the nightly news, everything is analogy. Even unscripted shows are narratives. Because we have no interest in watching the unremarkable. That is our vie quotidian, our daily lives, why would we want to watch that? We want to be taken to other worlds, experience emotions and escape from the humdrum. The billboards try to tell a compelling story in a single picture, a joke is a self contained tale, and a news item is almost certainly a lie. Whether an outright lie, a lie by omission or a lie by ignorance, the news can only be trusted to give a general idea, never the specifics. The myth lurks in the specifics. These narratives that surround us, they effect our perception of reality, for the good or bad.

We have an innate need to understand reality, especially that which cannot be understood by empirical analysis, and we do that with stories. When stories are told to entertain, enlighten and enliven us, they are good. When they are used to manipulate us into self harm, they are at their most malevolent. There are many things we understand with only a bit of education. We quickly grasp that two plus two equals four, the ABC’s, and that water wets. Other, more complex concepts, like the interplay between men and women in a stressful situation, we don’t understand, yet understanding it both increases our chances of surviving a stressful situation, and finding a spouse. The only way for our minds to learn these complex truths is to explore them in a tale. Through analogy we understand reality.

Which makes narrative such powerful tools of manipulation. Why is it, news segments are called, news “stories.” This is most often taken to the extreme, when a faction that would have despotic rule, exploit the press to create a fictional story of the world. The would be despot, or existing despot creates a world in whatever way that suits their diabolical wants. As in North Korea, where year One is the birth of the first Dear Leader. The tyrant decides who is the villain and who is the hero in the story, and every autocrat sees him or herself as the hero. That hero must fight the forces of evil, by whatever means necessary, because they are so evil! The “hero” takes away the Rights of the people, else they will be devoured by the “monster,” it is for their own good, and anyone who doesn’t see that… must be evil!

Once we understand that narratives surround us, that they are powerful, helpful and are innately manipulative, we have the ability to look through the smoked glass to the other side. We can glimpse reality. Instead of getting lost in the myth the elite are mesmerizing us with, step back, and look at the mechanics of the story. What is the point of telling us this fable at this time? Why this tale? How do they want us to react and why? Who are the villains and who are the heroes? Is it possible that we could become villains in this tragedy down the road? Is there a counter narrative that is not being told? What is being left out to help maintain the fairy tale? Remember, no story is told to us by the elite, unless it is to manipulate us. Seeing the strings is half way to cutting them… and no longer being their puppet.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Controlled Opposition is Useless

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, one thing you can say about republicans… is that they are useless. Why do you suppose it is, that when Trump was elected, republicans had a large majority in both the House and Senate, yet the democrats got a special prosecutor, over a now proven and obvious at the time… hoax? While now, although the democrat majority is the slimmest, republicans lack the ability, or is it backbone, to demand a special prosecutor to look into, the Biden Hard drive, Biden’s collusion with the CCP, the Afghanistan debacle, the boarder catastrophe, Biden’s mental acuity, or any of a number of other Biden scandals. When republicans had large majorities in the House and Senate, they failed utterly, in reigning in the attacks on Trump, getting rid of Obama care or even securing elections.

Cowardice is one possible answer. Everyone knows there is no poltroon like a republican elected to office. They shudder in terror that their cushy lifestyle might be taken from them by a pesky reporter. Displaying the Stockholm syndrome, in living color, they kowtow to their tormentors. The narcissists in the media that calls itself unbiased, however, detest republicans, even ones like Jumpin Jim Jeffords. Who stabbed not only his constituents, voters and donors in the backs, to serve his dark master, the progressive globalist movement, but became untouchable for it. Very progressive of him! Now, you cannot say that Jumpin Jim, Jeff Sessions, Mitch McConnell, John Corzine or Lindsey Gramnesty Are cowards, I think they keep their minions in line by fear, but I think they serve a master other than us.

Many republicans I am sure lack faith in their principles. Liberty, free markets and populism have got a bad rap lately. Despite the unquestionable historical success of those ideas when put into practice. Even Marx himself had to admit that Capitalism had elevated the lot of mankind to levels never seen before. He wanted to seize that machine of human advancement, and take it to the next level, by rationally guiding the economy. Since tyranny by eggheads is the rage in intellectual circles today, as Scholasticism was in the Middle ages, it is hard to resist the siren call of popularity with the people who claim to be smart. Socialist, elitist and materialist arguments ring true, to someone disengaged from reality in any meaningful way, and especially when agreeing brings praise from brainiacs.

Some conservatives have given up on the American people. They see moderation on core principles as an expedient to keep a progressive from gaining that seat. They don’t argue principles because they don’t think the hoi polloi can understand it, or even want to return to a society where jobs are plentiful, with low crime, and children grow up in a two parent household. It is true that the progressive’s cultural war on humanity has had many successes, the epidemics of drugs, hopelessness and generational poverty for example. Some conservatives see the cultural tide and think they are merely treading water. They are already drowned. The way to win is to drain the pond. People are not stupid, we see the rot close up and so understand it, first hand. The truth is we are drowning in a cesspool of lies.

Such useless people need to be replaced with those who will serve the people, our Constitution and God. How do we know them? They are attacked mercilessly by the establishment. Like Margery Tailor Greene, Clarence Thomas and Trump. Something that stiffens the spine, even of a worm, is a pile of letters from constituents. A phone call asking, “Why is it that republicans couldn’t stop a special prosecutor digging for dirt the day Trump took office, despite huge majorities, yet republicans are unable to even demand a special prosecutor into Biden’s multitude of crimes?” I bet their answer will be, “Elect us the majority in 2022 and we will!” But experience shows, power doesn’t grow a spine on a worm, republicans have become controlled opposition… useless. Unless they act now.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

Failure and Government… But I Repeat Myself

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, the US government used 911 as justification to implement many constitutionally questionable laws, courts and agencies… to combat the Taliban and Al Qaeda. Now, twenty years later, every one of those new agencies powers have been abused, the FISA courts that were set up to “protect us,” have become tools of political oppression, as the government has bequeathed the Taliban an arsenal, making them one of the top ten most powerful armies on the planet, therefore helping Al Qaeda achieve everything it had hoped for. We have to conclude, either the US government got in bed with the terrorists on or after 911, else they are sharp as a clam. Either way, everyone involved should be placed in custody immediately, as a threat not only to themselves, but to others as well.

We have known for a long time that an attorney for the government, Klinesmith, knowingly falsified documents to the secret FISA court, (set up after 911) in furtherance of the Russian collusion hoax, to justify spying on Carter Page and by association… Donald Trump. His “punishment” was license suspension for almost a year. Apparently, using the FISA court as a means to spy on a political enemy, isn’t as bad as a poor memory. The initial rounding up of top Taliban and Al Qaeda leaders, as it turns out, was to keep them safe, so they could play a role later, as Ibrahim al-Hosi is doing now. Very progressive. I cannot think of one example where the FISA courts, Homeland Security or any of the anti terrorism laws have protected Americans, but many where they have been used to harm us.

The utter total and complete catastrophe of the “War on terror,” where our spy agencies have failed at every prediction they have made, is pretty damning. From, the failure of 911, to, we can trust the Taliban not to take over Afghanistan, the moment we pull our troops and leave the civilians behind… their stupidity has been astounding. The only thing more shocking than the ineptitude of the CIA, NSA, etc… is the lack of accountability. In fact, in our bureaucracy today, judging by precedent, failure is a resume enhancer, to steal a phrase. Perhaps the NSA should stop listening for secret family pie recipes and listen to a terrorist now and then? The “President” however, has tasked our formidable spy agencies with ferreting out “white supremacy,” (otherwise known as constitutionalism).

Far from using those new powers granted to them to protect the American People, the psychopaths in the bureaucracy, political branches and courts have used them to oppress us, while empowering our mortal enemies, both inside and out. Chant, “Death to America!” loud enough and often enough and the US government will send pallets of cash, shoulder launched anti aircraft missiles and a few little girls to rape. It would appear our “leaders” are in fact our biggest enemies. They have gone to great lengths to destroy that which they were tasked with preserving. What do you call someone who stabs his benefactor in the back, scorns the documents and ideas that give them any authority, and fails so badly at everything they touch, it is like they want to fail? A democrat?

With leaders like ours, we don’t need enemies, we need patriots. We can be those patriots. Boycott firms that support cancel culture. Create a demand for wholesome entertainment. Take the cell phones from our kids and get them talking. Teach them the truth. Find every political meeting available to us, share where and when they are happening, and then be there, to listen, record and speak. Write letters to our useless congressmen, senators, governors, the usurper in chief, papers and even the courts themselves. Be polite… but let them know what you think. Demand people at the top be held accountable for their failures and not just a janitor they can pin it on. Start our own long march through the system to restore originalist constitutional rule. It all starts with you.

Sincerely,

John Pepin

The Facts Of Life

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, one undeniable, horrible and inescapable fact of life is… the easy way is always the hard way, in the end. It is the little problem we overlook that grows out of control. The ancient Chinese philosopher, Mo Ti, lamented that people will not do the easy thing, but are happy to do the hard thing. He was speaking about being human hearted and not engaging in war. Because how much harder is it to lose a brother, son or father, than to shake someone’s hand? In our case, we could engage with our representatives, senators, governors, judges and media leaders. Instead of opting for stocking up on weapons. This truism applies to our personal lives, social lives as well as political lives. By avoiding the thing we don’t want to do, taking the easy way, eventually forces us to do the hard thing.

Little dragons always grow to be big dragons, especially when they are kept in a closet and fed a well rounded diet of denial. That is how we dealt with the public schools for decades. We pretended the open political indoctrination the public schools were engaged in wasn’t that bad. So what, that the brain washing of our kids was to an ideology that despises our constitution, our culture and us. We thought it would be too hard to go to a school board meeting and speak our minds, or better yet, run for it. We would have missed Dancing with the Stars, Survivor and Masked Singer, to do that. Now that little dragon has grown into a man eater. Critical Race Theory is openly taught in the government school system… and there is little we can do to stop it. Speaking up now is dangerous.

Mo Ti had difficulty with the fact people will say it is too hard to do right, then willingly pay dearly for the results of their bad decisions. He lived during the Warring States Period of China’s history. He saw the loss of life, destruction of infrastructure as well as the cost of war itself, and couldn’t help but think, there must be a better use of those lives, infrastructure and money. One of his famous arguments was, if someone is shown a black dot on a white paper, not one person out of a hundred will call it white, but when shown a white paper covered with black dots, most will call it white. I think it was Stalin who said, a single death is a tragedy, a million are a statistic. When an individual does a bad thing, it is called bad, but when government does a multitude of bad things, they are called good.

The thing is, we all know this is true, yet for whatever human reason, we don’t put it into practice. Perhaps it is a flaw in human nature, a cultural thing or a mixture of the two. Nevertheless, this capacity of ours, to ignore a problem when it is manageable, until we have to struggle with titanic forces to wrest the world back from the brink, cannot be denied. As in the 80 year cyclical crisis theory. Where civilization faces an existential crisis every 80 years or so. Probably due to our solving whatever crisis, then relaxing on our laurels, until the new problems we are ignoring grow out of control. About 80 years. Then that generation must save the day, ala the Greatest Generation. We are at that point today, the hero generation will either be heroes or villains. They will have to face the dragon we nurtured.

There is no question that if we could slay our dragons when they are little, and actually do it, not only would our lives get demonstrably better by every metric, the lot of Mankind would improve as well. Maybe the 80 year cycle could be stopped? One way to toss a wrench into the gears of that machine, would be to teach our kids to deal with small problems, when they are small. Teach them bad is bad… no matter who does it. Inculcate the lessons of WWII, that psychopathic affair, run by psychopaths, for psychopaths to empower psychopaths. The only world leader who wasn’t openly psychotic was Churchill, and he was ejected from power the second he was of no use to the psychopaths. Remember… Churchill wanted to deal with the Nazis before they became a dragon.

Sincerely,

John Pepin
