Burning Cities

Dear Friends,

It seems to me, when a place is a shambles, it is always the fault of the leaders, never that of the powerless. This should be obvious to everyone, except it would seem, progressives, socialists and communists, you know… democrats. Why do I say this? Because every city that is democrat run today is not only a shambles but literally on fire. I mean, could someone do a worse job? Is it even possible? Yet I suspect democrats think they have a lock on the next election. The only way they can think this, is because they will blame the ruination of their cities on the powerless, and those trying to stop the riots and looting. I wonder though… despite the monopoly control of the media that calls itself unbiased, their wielding violent mobs in the streets and of social media, if people maybe waking up.

You have to consider how the defund the police theme is resonating with the average Sara and Joe. With people in progressive cities in constant fear for their lives, their children and their businesses as well as jobs, because of the violent mobs, riots and out of control crime… defunding the police seems a bit counterproductive to me, and I am sure Joe and Sara would agree as well. Even as democrats abet, cover for and manipulate the mobs, into destroying whatever serves the progressive faction’s interests, silencing their critics by intimidation and outright violence, they blame the victim for thought crimes. You just don’t get more progressive than that. With that as the backdrop, how many people do you suppose will stay silent in public, but speak loudly at the polls?

Abetting a mob to destroy that which you find the least offensive, with impunity, is empowering. Just point at something that offends and a mob shows up the next day. Clad in black, their identities hidden by masks, armed with helmets, shields, weapons, paint and tackle they are ready willing and able, to rip down a statue paid for by freed slaves to commemorate their freedom, in the name of racism. Not that ironic if you think about it. Racists tearing down a memorial to the abolishment of race based slavery. Makes perfect sense. Such is the heady life of a progressive today. Sleep till noon, get dressed in your ANTIFA or BLM uniform, and be a good little soldier, serving the dark master, purchasing a little hole in Hades to spend eternity. The retirement may not be great… but the chaos sure is fun.

You name the city that is run by progressives and it is a flaming catastrophe today. Crime up, downtowns destroyed, good people fleeing, anarchic autonomous zones, nightly riots, graffiti sprayed everywhere, businesses looted, democrat cities are right out of a dystopic picture. Seattle Washington today is not much different than NY was portrayed in Escape from New York. With this as the backdrop one would think the people would revolt at it. The progressive faction’s ace, or so they believe, is their monopoly control of the narrative. Anyone who deviates from it is attacked, like Tucker Carlson, who as I write this, is being targeted with stochastic terrorism, but no one else will call it that, they don’t want to be the next target. What it boils down to is… who will get the blame?

Democrats have been magnificent at blaming others for the problems they created. Biden has been in the top echelons of government for fifty years, yet claims he is going to fix the problems he created while in office? Who believes that? The mayor of Detroit is going to fix the flaming disaster movie that city is now? By abetting more chaos? How is Lori Lightfoot going to repair her city? By abetting more riots? The reason these cities are living disasters, rife with crime, where children are not safe in their own homes, and defunding the police is an option, is that they have been run by people who’s power comes from chaos, poverty, racism and suffering. Get rid of them… and the chaos, poverty, racism and suffering will stop. Because then… no one in power will have an interest in creating them anymore.

Sincerely,

John Pepin
