Dear Friends,

I have to ask is the press right in the head,

Bringing protesters to an interview it’s said,

They’ve taken sides,

Our spiritual guides,

But without the right news they’ll make it instead.

Some want to be President and steer the barge,

Become famous, have security, while living large,

But are they really the boss,

Trump’s orders are at a loss,

Because in reality the deep state is in charge.

The old double standard is on open display,

Progressives muscling cops and getting away,

Though if we did it even with a smile,

It’s solitary confinement without trial,

Because law has become arbitrary in every way.

Of course much skill did it take,

To carve from stone to art make,

What did we miss,

Just think of this,

It was the stone age for heavens sake.

There once was a police officer who prevaricated,

Maintaining the narrative he shamelessly facilitated,

Don’t believe your eye,

Please don’t ask why,

Because when politics is involved it’s complicated.
