Limericks

Dear Friends,

Beware take care the temperature’s going to the sky,

No breaking scandals whistleblowers have all gone dry,

Follow chicken little,

Dancing to his fiddle,

But remember if the IPCC says it, it’s probably a lie.

Evil walks among us in a blue surgical gown,

Seeking victims to build upon world renown,

Heartless and vain,

While quite insane,

Ruining children so they wear a permanent frown.

There once was a politician named Mitch,

A lifetime serving Satan was his hitch,

Vacant eyed,

Hid and lied,

And says that stabbing pain in our back is just an itch.

What’s done with a pen can be undone by one too,

Constitutions are self servingly enforced by the few,

Regulation and guards,

But laws are like cards,

When piled too high they collapse and strew.

Leftists want government to do more,

Saying profligate spending helps the poor,

Idealist all,

Filled with gall,

And certain that the roof can support the floor.

Sincerely,

John Pepin
