It seems to me that if the environmental Nazi faction of the Elite want to take a chunk out of atmospheric carbon dioxide they should champion greening the world’s deserts. Water pipelines could be built bringing millions of gallons of water to deserts around the world. The water could then be used to produce food and bio fuel feed stock.

The water for American deserts could be brought down from Canada. (As of today Canada has a moratorium on selling any water). The Sahara would require salt water abatement plants that would use solar heat to process salt water into potable water. The Asian deserts could be fed from the river mouths that empty into the Pacific.

The building of thousand mile long oil pipelines is commonplace. The technology is similar but doesn’t have the need for immediate cleanup if a potable water spill occurs. Rail road right of ways could be a potential corridor.

Political road blocks would be the most intractable. Canada’s moratorium on selling any sovereign water to other countries is as foolish as it is nationalistic. Canada that acts so enlightened… But refuses to help water poor nations by selling water that is pouring into the Atlantic ocean. Generating economic activity and providing needed resources to human beings. People’s prejudices are hard to overcome…

Two main effects on the worlds air and societies would result. The first is that much more food would be available to people to fill their bellies. Along with room to live. A side effect of more room to live is less wars to fight. Depressurize some of the worlds populations and maybe some reason could be used…

The second would be a huge sopping up of atmospheric carbon dioxide. Not only food but bio fuels would be produced. Some of these bio fuels would be plowed under to generate green manure and build the soils and so sequester that carbon in the soil. The bio fuels would displace their mass in carbon from the atmospheric load. The cumulative effect would be to stop or at least dramatically slow atmospheric carbon buildup…

I don’t believe that atmospheric carbon dioxide is raising the Earth’s temperature. The only evidence that I need to refute the Nazis is that Nasa has determined that Mars has warmed by .6 degrees in the last fifty years. (They claim Earth has raised by .7). We are closer to the sun and so any raise in the sun’s output would effect us disproportionately. The parallel is too coincidental. The cause must be something common to both planets. Atmospheric carbon dioxide buildup is not. Remember the law of conservation of energy… Energy is never lost it only changes form ending in heat. So the Sun doesn’t necessarily have to put out more energy in the form of heat. It could put out more energy in the form of radio energy in the GPS spectrum for example…

But providing more room for humanity to expand is a good thing. People the world over no matter the country of their origin deserve to have liberty, (economic freedom, self determination) and the absolute right of self protection. These rights stand in stark contrast to where the world’s Elite want to take us. They want to take away our means of defending ourselves. Then, with the lever of “global warming”, pry our liberty from us.

It seems to me that when dealing with people who employ go for the throat politics it is wise to employ go for the throat politics. In the USA the Democrats are good at policing the Republicans. The Republicans are terrible at policing the democrats however.

When Newt Gingrich was speaker of the house the democrats relentlessly hounded him until they got him on teaching his philosophy in the classroom. Destroying him politically for a decade. When a republican Senate leader said at a retirement party that if the old guy had won (as a Dixicrat) the country would be different. The democrats crushed him politically so that he had to give up his leadership position.

Now we have speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi in a row with the American CIA about the content of certain briefings. The worthless republicans are quiet. They haven’t the stomach for a fight. This, at a time when She, Ms Pelosi, is actively trying to criminally prosecute republicans for a policy dispute about the very acts and knowledge of, that are in question!

She is saying that the CIA didn’t actively say that water boarding was actually being used at the time and had been used. The CIA records of the meetings in question say that Ms Pelosi and the other attendees of the meetings were given this information. The recollection of some of the other attendees agree.

Ms Pelosi was adamant that Scooter Libby should go to jail for his not being able to remember details of casual conversations years back. Yet she is expecting a pass for not recollecting the main subject matter of CIA national security briefings. Briefings that were pertinent to what she herself has cauterized as criminal and is fervent about.

Democrats engage in go for the throat politics. They don’t bother answering legitimate questions they destroy their political enemies. Republicans are either too squeamish to do the same or agree with the policies of the democrats. Both possibilities condemn their ability to effectively be a loyal opposition.

With the republicans weak at policing the democrats, and democrats with such a monopoly on power in the USA today, the incentives to corruption are great. If the republicans agree with the direction that the democrats want to take the country they will fall easily into the corruption and become the scapegoats of the democrats when some whiff of the putrefaction comes to light. Those that don’t agree will be destroyed…

It seems to me that the tactics used by the Taliban, Communists, Al Qaeda, National Socialist Party, and others are like Stalin’s Chicken, (explanation here). This tactic is merely a means to power. It has no redeeming attributes. The means is to achieve power for the few at the expense of the many. The definition of Aristotle’s Oligarchy. It is a Machiavellian scheme that violates Machiavellian principles. This means Stalin’s Chicken has a few weak points that are studiously overlooked by those that are fighting such monsters…

The population would prefer some other government they just don’t have the power to change their situation. The average person who is the subject of the violence cannot fight back. The freedom to keep and bear arms is the first social contract broken when these groups and others like them seek power. The common man’s defense is taken from him. Therefore we are reduced to dependant on the State to protect us from our fellow citizens and more importantly… the State.

This seems to follow the tenet that a wise prince seek a way that his people rely on him for everything and in every way, to guarantee the loyalty of the people. In fact it violates Machiavelli’s fundamental principle that a prince have the backing of the people. If a prince must forswear the backing of either the people of the Aristocracy it is wiser to forswear the backing of the Aristocracy.

The economy is savaged by the constant violence and intimidation. Fear and perpetual intimidation result in only the most basic economic operations taking place. Food clothing and shelter are produced. No one wants to stick his or her neck out to make a profit that will probably result in the seizure of it and lead to the death of one and one’s family.

Machiavelli was strident in propounding a strong economy. Economic power of the principality being a fundamental maxim. Machiavelli said that a stable tyranny is better for the middle class than an unstable democracy. In that a stable principality is better for business. An unstable principality is bad for business. If business is good the people’s necessities will be met. This makes us more peaceable and leads to a more powerful army that is better at protecting the principality, the people and the prince…

Average people are repulsed by the violence. No matter how you may detest a crime it is quite different to see a person stoned to death than to simply know but not witness it. Part of the weal of Stalin’s Chicken is that the violence must be in the face of the people. To terrorize us into submission. Violent acts are in front of the people constantly.

This violates Machiavelli’s tenet that an evil done to a people must be done quickly and ended as soon as possible. (He went on to say a good should be extended in time so the people can better enjoy it). Perpetual evil makes a people restless. This necessitates more repression…

So as Machiavellian as Stalin’s Chicken is it violates many of Machiavelli’s basic tenets. It alienates the people from the tyrant, it weakens the economy, and it makes the people restless. These shortcomings could be used by those that seek to stop such un human hearted systems from becoming powerful. Alas this has and is not being done…

Some are arguing that healthcare is a fundamental human right. Lets grant them the argument. I find it curious that every country I know of, that has socialized healthcare, has an age limit on certain procedures?

If healthcare is a fundamental human right then why does it have an age limit? How can it have an age limit? If the fundamental human right of healthcare has an age limit… what is the age limit of the others? At what age do we loose the rights to, life liberty and the pursuit of happiness? Is free speech curtailed at some age determined by the government? Can I no longer pray when I reach the age limit?

No one is arguing that anyone should be denied healthcare. What we are arguing is that nothing that requires the intervention of other human beings to provide is a fundamental human right. Free speech does not require direct intervention of another human to happen. No one is coerced into hearing it. If some are interested they listen. No coercion needs to happen. To provide free healthcare others are forced to pay for that healthcare. They are coerced into being participants to the right.

As to the question of healthcare and it’s availability… Veterinary care today has come amazingly far. Cat scans of cats are common. The one thing that stands out between human health care and veterinary care is cost. In veterinary care costs are controlled by market forces. Efficiency is aggressively sought. In Canada, outside the single payer system, there is a thriving market for full body scans. The technicians scan your entire body in the most state of the art machines. The scans are looked at by doctors, or possibly technicians, trained in this field. And skills honed by the same forces that were found in Adam Smith’s pin factory.

If the healthcare industry is broken the fix isn’t to have the people who broke it in the first place take it over. The solution is to find things that work, innovation that improves the processes as well as the metrics. Efficiency that is small business. These attributes are those of the free market not government bureaucracy. If we want to get really affordable healthcare, encourage innovation. Provide extra tax incentives to business to provide health insurance. Encourage new niche markets to form. Allow the people to provide for their fellows… And we will…
