Limericks

Dear Friends,

Ghislaine Maxwell’s testimony will incur,
The vicious wrath of the elites in fur,
A noble task,
But I have to ask,
Where can I buy life insurance on her?

Our own government is in the sack,
Abusing girls with flair and knack,
An island gin fizz,
What concerns me is,
How many never made it back?

Back in the day Lenny Bruce was too much,
It’s acceptable today profanity filth and such,
But comedy’s lost its verve,
Censors are a raw nerve,
So modern comedy is utterly out of touch.

If you wonder why the news is a mess,
Hiding reality behind a green dress,
Kinda ghoulish,
It’s pretty foolish,
To expect truth from a payola press.

There once was a culture that had ____ ____,
Falling from grace like a _____ _____,
Who runs the ________,
I think you ________,
The elite drive the car with _______ _____.

Sincerely,
John Pepin
