It seems to me, if our nation’s judges want MS 13 and Tren De Agua living here… they should get to know them personally. A wise Trump would purchase houses in the same neighborhoods of those judges and house gang members there, until deported. Ideally across the street or right next door to John Roberts. Since these teenagers have been caught up in a rotten system, that discriminates against illegal aliens, the judges could mentor them into becoming productive members of society. Being such caring individuals, judges would be only too happy to encourage the process of moving gangs from inner cities to their posh neighborhoods. Why should those poor kids have to live in danger and squalor, when the government could allow them to live in splendor, for little or no extra money?
Since most gang members are on welfare anyway, why not change where they are located, until deported? Once arrested, they could be placed in a half way house in suburban Virginia next to Supreme Court Justices. Those same judges who’ve deemed Tren De Agua safe. Since they’re smarter than the rest of us, and are so much more compassionate, I would think they would take joy at the chance to live next to a house full of gang bangers. I’m sure those judges, knowing how wonderful those gang members are, would send their teenage kids over to play with them. The opportunities for cultural enrichment for the children of the nation’s elite is boundless. We’re paying to house and feed them anyway, so why not house illegal alien gang members in places that are safe?
Judges who have made the courts the titular head of the United States, aren’t hypocrites… just ask them. Since they’re not hypocrites, they would never force a thing on another they wouldn’t accept themselves. That wouldn’t only be hypocrisy… it would be open malevolence, and perhaps even sadism. Our judges are considered to be the best of us, so such characteristics as hypocrisy, malevolence and even sadism, wouldn’t be attributes they would have. So much so that even the appearance of such undesirable traits would disqualify them from being the despotic oligarchical rulers of America. As a result, SCOTUS judges would be enthusiastic and even pitch in to help pay. To show their virtue to the world… and then mentor those youths.
Since our Constitution is no longer the law of the land, our courts are, they need to accept consequences and be accountable for their actions. Just like the lowliest janitor, ditch digger and bum on the street is forced to, by the courts. Therefore, the gang members they ruled cannot be deported, logically and rationally must be housed next to those judges. To do otherwise would make no sense. Logic dictates that the same standard be enforced for everyone, not just for the ruled but not for the rulers. Not only is that unjust authoritarianism, it’s a path to societal destruction by revolution. Now that’s an outcome no sane person wants. Therefore, it’s a logical imperative that gang members awaiting deportation should be housed next to Justice Elena Kagan.
Trump has been stripped of most of his Constitutional authority by the courts. Yet they’re reticent to run the day to day operations. It would bog the courts down too much. Housing of caught illegal aliens is day to day business. Trump could purchase homes next to Amy Comey Barrett and house the gang members there. She’s ruled they’re safe to live next to, so logically she must, ethically she is obliged to, and if she refuses or puts up a fight, the world will ridicule and mock her. I think this is the only logical, ethical and moral path to dealing with illegal gang members. People our courts assure us are safe and are wonderful people, who only want to pick apples. I think we should put their own food in their mouths and let them taste one of those apples.
